The Grand is in the middle of an extensive refurbishment programme. I booked 4 room for 2 nights on each side of my daughter's graduation - which I explained to the hotel in advance, so we could have rooms close together to help with hairdressing etc. First the good - beautiful building with stunning original features within a contemporary refurbishment. Stunning public areas, easy parking (albeit the car park is v tatty). The BEST service staff - accommodated all our requests, gave my daughters free parking as a gift. Everyone was delightful, helpful and effective. The bar was superb, superb service and drinks. Breakfast was gorgeous - huge variety with quality ingredients, beautifully presented. The rooms were simple yet luxurious. V nicely appointed bathrooms, comfy bed, lovely shower products. The bad - two of us had to change rooms due to ineffective / not working aircon. Unfortunately, my room was worst with heat topping 33 degrees, even hotter when the hairdresser arrived. I GOT NO SLEEP due to the heat. My friend had already had her room changed before she arrived due to a maintenance issue but her new room had no aircon at all - worth knowing that 4 stars does not mean aircon in all rooms (only 50%) have it. After having to back up we were allocated new rooms. My friend's room was an upgraded one. Mine was not, but the aircon worked to a nearly acceptable level. That said, nothing close to the ”fridge” temperature my daughter / boyfriend and her brother, enjoyed. I spoke to the manager after breakfast as I checked out. He too was charming and completely accepted my complaint. In essence, the ”build” is still happening and he is reporting the snagging issues. Given dinestiv builds can be a nightmare, he did my sympathy as he is trying to coordinate this, much larger build, with people getting in the way. I would love to revisit in 6mths or so - as so much of what they are doing is fantastic - its just quite there yet...but it will be fabulous!

Große Lage 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof und Stadtzentrum. Einer der sehr wenigen Orte, die Haustiere erlaubt zu bleiben. Es gibt eine zusätzliche 10 £ pro Nacht für aber gut wert, wenn Sie Ihre Haustiere mit Ihnen haben. Zimmer sind sauber und funktional. Gut gestaltet Bad mit guter Dusche. Es gibt auch ein gutes Heizungs-/Kühlsystem, das gut funktioniert.

I’ve stayed here three times. It’s a relatively new hotel in Leicester, but the room has many annoying faults. I could never connect my laptop to the hotel Wi-Fi on all three trips, so I had to use my phone hotspot for work. The AC, fridge and bathroom fan make loud noise — the fridge is the worst, I had to pull its plug to quiet it down. Everything else in the room works normally.

Wir - als Familie von 4 (2 Erwachsenen, 2 Kindern) hatten eine wunderbare Erfahrung auf der Insel Leonardo Hotel Hinckley. Das Hotel war schön und sauber, das Personal war freundlich und willkommen mit einem Lächeln, das Frühstück war großartig mit einer Vielzahl von Essen und Getränken für jeden von uns und wir hatten auch schöne Zeit im Pool mit kostenlosen zusätzlichen Handtüchern! Wir würden das Hotel definitiv empfehlen und wiederkommen.

Solch ein schönes Hotel. Personal ist sehr willkommen. Jeder ist bereit, zu helfen. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr sauber gehalten. Wir hatten sicherlich eine sehr komfortable gute Nachtslaffahrt. Frühstück war gut. Wir liebt die Freizeiteinrichtungen. Der Jacuzzi war unser Lieblings, die Wassertemperatur wS wie ein schönes sehr heißes Bad! Es war erstaunlich. Es war das Beste, das ich je gesehen habe. Auch es war eine sehr gute Größe.. Der Schwimmbad war zu kalt, um mich zu betreten. Ich bin Krebspatient und kann nicht in kaltes Wasser gehen. Das war mein einziger negativer Punkt.bi hätte gern zum Schwimmen gehen. Das Dampfzimmer und die Sauna waren gut. Ich bemerkte auch, dass es ein gutes Fitnessstudio gab, aber ich ging nicht dahin. Es gab ein schön eingerichtetes ruhiges Zimmer mit sofan und Kaffeetisch rund um, um sich zu entspannen oder zu arbeiten. Auch ein Computer mit Internet und einen Drucker für unsere Verwendung, die wirklich gut für arbeitende Gäste war. Ich habe dieses Hotel übernachten für meine Mutter und mich als ein wenig entspannende Getaway reserviert und es war perfekt. Das Parken ist kein Problem überhaupt. Wir werden das in der Zukunft sicherlich in der ganzen Familie fir jy reservieren, wie wir es wirklich genossen haben.

Das Days Inn hat dank seiner weltbewohnenden Empfangsfläche einen großen ersten Eindruck gemacht. Das Personal am Frontdesk war freundlich, freundlich und schnell, um mit der Eincheckung zu helfen, so dass der gesamte Prozess reibungslos und stressfrei ist.

The location is fantastic! 10 minute walking distance to the theatres and shopping areas. The facade is clean and appealing and on entering the building, the bar/restaurant area really provides a wow factor. I had a double room which were two single beds pushed together, so there was no room to stretch out. The kitchenette doesn't come with washing up liquid or a sponge, so I was a little confused as to how I was supposed to clean up. The toilet was lovely, but having lifted the toilet seat, the toilet bowl was filled with yellow liquid. Easily solved with flushing. The shower was glorious I didn't want to get out. The rooms are not sound proofed so if you are a light sleeper like me, make sure you take your ear plugs. On the whole I paid £80 for the room on Trip, other sites were charging £140 so I do think I got a good deal. I paid for what I got.

To customer service. My partner and l stayed at the Bosworth Hall hotel whilst travelling north for an overnight stay to break our journey and get refreshed to continue our journey. Sadly although the staff were amicable and the site was good we got very little sleep as there was hard noise through the night and early morning. This was acceptable but the bathroom facilities were unacceptable. There was very little water pressure so we could not shower and when inspected the pipe had obviously been faulty and leaking prior to our visit but the pipe had been wrapped with electrical insulation tape and the pressure reduced so it didn,t blow the tape off when used. It was a poor advert for a high class hotel. I attach a photo of the pipe. Also l expect you to make recompense to me. Regards Jacob Thomlinson.

Ich war am Holiday Inn Express East Midlands Flughafen und hatte eine angenehme Erfahrung. Die Lage ist sehr bequem, nur wenige Minuten vom Flughafen, was mein früher Flug viel einfacher machte. Das Zimmer war sauber, ruhig und komfortabel, mit allem, was ich für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt hatte. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, und der Eincheckprozess war reibungslos. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und gut organisiert. Insgesamt ist es eine zuverlässige und komfortabele Option für jeden, der durch den Ost-Midlands-Flughafen reist.

The hotel is nice with a touch of character. Breakfast was about average for a conference hotel, although the drinks machine was broken so hot water jugs were provided as an alternative, tea was cold! My room had windows that could not be opened, very poor water pressure in the shower water pressure so took ages to wash my hair. The TV remote was missing and the TV was a cheap hair that wouldn't stand up properly and the sound was awful. It was a twin room with only 1 bedside LED light which was quite dark. I arrived with not enough time yo order dinner. When I asked about other nearby restaurants, the receptionist struggled to provide much help. All in all a reasonable hotel for a 1 night stop over but has a generally cheap feel about it. I wouldn't recommend it for a long stay.
