I caught the RV train from Helsinki, which was relaxing and a brilliant way to see the countryside. Arriving into Rovaniemi at 21:20, it was a short cab drive to the hotel,and with 24/7 reception checking was a breeze. Twin room 410 was well appointed, clean, and beds were comfortable; the room safe was easy to set and use. I appreciated the door chain for extra security and peaceful night sleep. Santas Hotel central location was excellent ,with the padestrian mall, shops, restaurants, and bars literally around the corner. Taxis could be found out front, and the santa/airport bus was only a short walk up the street. Though do pay attention to santa express pickup and drop-off times as they do not run that regularly. The buffet breakfast had something for everyone to enjoy! Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the Christmas decorations throughout the hotel made my inner child smile.😊 There are many attractions, so be sure to give yourself enough time to experience everything. I will definitely choose to stay again next time I travel to Rovaniemi. Sha, Sydney, Australia. 🇦🇺

Die Landschaft ist gut, der Service ist kaum vorhanden, das Frühstück ist sehr wenig, der Geschmack ist allgemein, Finnland wohne ich in so vielen Hotels, das Frühstück ist das schlechteste, aber es ist am besten selbst zu fahren, wenn es nicht zu unkomfortabel ist, viel lecker zu nehmen, weil es hier nichts zu essen hat, aber Sie können kochen, Sie können Urlaub machen, Aber es ist nicht lustig. Die Projekte hier sind teurer als die Weihnachtsmannschaft.

Ein toller Ort! Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer im Economy-Format. Das Zimmer war recht geräumig, die Betten bequem und die Bettwäsche sauber. Der Check-in erfolgte per Selbstbedienung, sodass wir problemlos auch nach Mitternacht einchecken konnten. Die Villa verfügt über eine riesige Küche mit allem, was man zum Kochen braucht, und in jedem Zimmer einen separaten Kühlschrank. Es gibt auch eine Sauna, die aber leider sehr gut besucht war, sodass wir keine Zeit mehr hatten. Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr zufrieden und können sie wärmstens empfehlen!

Auch die Ausstattung des Hotels ist recht vollständig. Die Lobby ist geräumig und hell und bietet einen komfortablen Sitzbereich. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich, checkt schnell ein und versorgt uns mit lokalen Reiseinformationen, sodass wir unsere Reiseroute klarer planen können. Das Zimmer, in dem wir wohnten, war sauber und komfortabel, mit moderner Einrichtung und sehr weichen Betten. Das Zimmer ist mit kostenfreiem WLAN, einer Minibar und einer Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet. Auch die Badezimmerausstattung ist hochwertig und die Warmwasserversorgung ausreichend. Insgesamt schneidet das Hotel hinsichtlich Service, Ausstattung und Lage gut ab und ist eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunftswahl.

Hotelli oli hyvällä paikalla ja pysäköintialue takapihalla oli tilava. Huonekohtaista jäähdytystä ei ollut, mutta huone ei onneksi ollut turhan lämmin. Henkilökunta oli oikein ystävällinen. Aamiainen keskivertotasoa. Pieni miinus tv-kanavatarjonnasta, huoneessa ei näkynyt kuin kanavat 1, 2, 3, 4, Ava ja Sub.

I'm so happy because our room is very clean.Especially, there is a bathtub in our room, we were so happy:) We wanna book again if we come back. But we just hope that we can watch Netflix or YouTube on the TV. We hope just about it!

Das Hotel ist super! Anfang November lag nicht genug Schnee, um Ski zu fahren, aber das Skigebiet Levi war mit der Seilbahn leicht zu erreichen. Unten gibt es einen Platz zur Aufbewahrung der Skiausrüstung Es gibt auch eine Aussichtsplattform im Obergeschoss Es gibt auch ein Spa Das Frühstück war super! Auch die Pasta und Burger à la carte zum Abendessen waren köstlich und die Preise waren angemessen, nicht unverschämt!

The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, with warm smiles that make guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. The room is warm and comfortable, which is important in the cold Lapland climate. However, the room feels quite small for two people, especially when traveling with luggage. Moving around and storing suitcases can be a bit inconvenient. Bathroom amenities are mostly sufficient, but toothbrushes and razors are not provided, which would be expected at this level of hotel. Other amenities are well prepared. Breakfast quality is good, but unfortunately we could not fully enjoy it because it closes too early at 10:00 AM, which may not be ideal for guests who prefer a relaxed morning or late start. Overall, Wilderness Hotel Juutua offers a beautiful lakeside setting, warm hospitality, and a cozy atmosphere. Despite some minor drawbacks such as room size and limited bathroom amenities, it is still a very pleasant stay and a great choice for travelers looking to experience the natural beauty of Inari.
