Die Lage ist verkehrsgünstig. Die Zimmerausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Hotel ist aufmerksam und stellt Einweg-Badetücher, Fuß-, Knie- und Nackenwärmer sowie Schlafmasken bereit. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, abwechslungsreich und interessant. Dank der flexiblen Essenszeiten von 7:00 bis 12:00 Uhr ist für jeden Gast etwas dabei. Der 3D-gedruckte Joghurt war eine nette Idee. Restaurantleiterin Jenny war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Restaurant war hervorragend. Bruder Li in der Lobby hat mir an einem kalten Tag sogar ein Taxi bestellt und mein Gepäck getragen – ein großes Lob! Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden.

room is spacious and clean it is very near to the metro station line 2, so is convenience to go to the attractions frontdesk staff are also very friendly, breakfast are ok 1 thing to note is that although it is very near to the railway station, to get there with the luggage, you need to climb a few flights of stair and pass through some area where it seems to be not frequency used, so if you are carrying large luggage, it is not convenience, but taking a cab is very fast

We came to Snow Town without any itinerary and honestly had no idea what to do there. What truly stood out was not only how clean and well-maintained the hotel and rooms were, but the exceptional hospitality we received. Every single staff member was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely taken care of. The breakfast was very good and especially comforting in the cold weather, adding to the warmth of the entire experience. Due to my busy schedule, I wasn’t able to secure transportation from Location A to Snow Town in time. Amazingly, the team went out of their way to help arrange transportation within 24 hours—while I was already at the airport on my way to Harbin. That alone speaks volumes about their dedication and care for their guests. A heartfelt and special thank you to Xiao Zhi. He was with us every step of the way—guiding us, checking in on us, and always making sure we were okay. He helped us plan our itinerary with genuine care and never once tried to sell or push any activities. Everything he did came from a place of sincerity. He truly wanted us to enjoy Snow Town, and that made all the difference. Some may feel the price is higher compared to other accommodations, but it is worth every single cent. You are not just paying for a place to stay, you are paying for genuine care, exceptional service, and heartfelt hospitality that makes you feel truly valued. From the reception staff, to the cleaners, to those serving breakfast, every individual played a part in making our stay so special and unforgettable. This experience exceeded all expectations, and I would recommend this place without even a moment of hesitation. I would 1000% encourage anyone visiting Snow Town to book with them—you will not regret it. Our experience would have been completely different without them. Bữa ăn sáng ngon, khá là lạ, cảm giác giống pan chan của Hàn Quốc. - Ảnh 1: Nhân viên của khách sạn đón chúng tôi từ trạm soát vé Làng tuyết Hương đến chỗ nghỉ. Trong lúc đó tôi có để quên đồ ở trên xe đã đưa chúng tôi đến, nhân viên đã nhiệt tình giúp đỡ, chờ đợi cùng chúng tôi. Das gesamte Hotel ist im russischen Stil gehalten, und schon beim Betreten fühlt man sich wunderschön. Besonders loben möchte ich die Rezeption: Die beiden Mädchen, die Pilz und Keks hießen, waren sehr freundlich und geduldig. Als ich abreiste, haben sie mir sogar Afternoon-Tea-Gebäck eingepackt, das war so rührend! Das Frühstück hier ist auch nicht schlecht. Morgens gab es tatsächlich Guobaorou (knuspriges Schweinefleisch) und Lammkeule, das Essen war fantastisch! Das Guobaorou war superlecker!! Brillanter Genuss – Afternoon Tea zum Doppel-Fest: Der Geschmack war sehr gut. Ausgewähltes Souvenir: Beim Verlassen gab es sogar ein Abschiedsgeschenk, die orangefarbene Verpackung war besonders schön!

Location is very near to airport, about 10 mins by car. Free Shuttle van service to airport is provided, driver helped to carry and arrange luggages onto van. Breakfast variety is good and nice. Room is spacious and cleanliness is superb. Lift, laundry service, gym are provided.

Mein erster Aufenthalt im Qiuguo Hotel. Vom Check-in bis zum Check-out sind alle Mitarbeiter sehr enthusiastisch und können alle Probleme rechtzeitig lösen. Der Service ist sehr gut und sie sind wie Familienmitglieder. Es gibt auch viele Toilettenartikel und verschiedene Kleinigkeiten im Zimmer, wie Nähzeug und Nagelfeilen, was viele Unannehmlichkeiten beseitigt. Auch das Frühstück war lecker und reichhaltig. Der Raum ist außerdem mit einem Luftbefeuchter und einem Frischluftsystem ausgestattet. Toilettendesinfektionsmittel, man sieht, dass sich dieses Hotel wirklich darum kümmert. Außerdem gibt es im ersten Stock einen Freizeitbereich, der sehr prächtig aussieht und auch Saft, Zucker und Kekse bietet. Auch der Dekorationsstil von Qiuguo gefällt mir sehr gut. Kurz gesagt, ich bin mit dieser Zeit sehr zufrieden und werde bei Gelegenheit in Zukunft wiederkommen! Ausstattung: sehr gut Hygiene: Sehr hygienisch Umgebung: großartig Service: Erstklassig 👍

Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und haben uns mit den Gepäck vom Shuttle-Bus zu unseren Zimmern im dritten Stock geholfen. Sie haben auch unseren Gepäck abnehmen geholfen, wenn wir auschecken und sie zum Shuttle-Bus verschoben. Es war großartig und rettet uns viel Probleme! Vielen Dank! Die Zimmer sind neu und sauber.

Das Sun Island Garden Hotel bietet ein schönes Ambiente; das Hotelgelände ist sehr weitläufig und Parkplätze sind bequem zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und komfortabel, und auch die Badezimmer sind großzügig geschnitten und mit Dusche und Badewanne ausgestattet. Alle Zimmer sind sauber und hygienisch. Das Personal ist herzlich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam und kümmert sich umgehend um alle Anliegen. Hauptgrund für meinen Aufenthalt im Sun Island Garden Hotel war der Besuch des Ice and Snow World Beer Festivals. Das Festivalgelände befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Nordtors des Hotels; man erreicht es in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß über die Straße, was die Lage des Sun Island Garden Hotels sehr praktisch macht. Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen zweitägigen Aufenthalt im Garden Hotel, da ich aus Peking angereist war. Ich genoss die komfortable Unterkunft und hatte eine tolle Zeit auf dem Bierfestival. Ich habe es genossen, Bier zu trinken und das Leben zu schätzen.

The location is good but the sign board of the hotel was not clearly visible so it’s easily to miss out.  The Kang bedroom was very cold as the heater was not controllable and not warmth.  The TV wasn’t working and was told that there’s a technical issue with the missing signal card.  There’s no separation of dry and wet area in the toilet and the whole toilet will get wet when one shower plus the drainage was so poor till the floor stay flooded the entire night.  Breakfast was below average like plain steamed bun with no fillings, plain porridge with salted pickles, hard boiled eggs and oily sweet pastry like the ********* Sun Biscuits alike.
