Close to the city center, with lots of restaurants and museums nearby. Very kind and helpful staff, especially all the receptionists. Clean hotel and good breakfast. It can be a bit noisy with the music going on until late and starting early, even though it is calm music.

The hotel is nice but very spartan. Only one towel per person. The bed very narrow. The hotel doesn't allow credit to accor members if I purchase the stay with trip.com

Stayed here for one night during a long layover. The hotel is a great value. The bathroom in the room was spacious and the rain shower head was very nice. The room had everything necessary and the pool and sauna were well-maintained. I also ate at the restaurant. This was a little bit pricey for the serving size, but the food was good. The hotel itself is a bit far from anything to do in Santa Cruz, but for me it was the perfect spot for just one night.

La verdad ya e repetido por la tranquilidad del lugar y del hotel Los desayunos muy ricos muy ordenado y todo bonito!! Y sobre todo sus café.. jugo...todo Eso sii un frío!!!! La mantita me supo poco,pero bueno el jacuzzi espectacular, el servicio, la atención y los taxis para el aeropuerto viru viru , sobre Hugo y José 5 estrellas a ellos también. gracias!!! Das Hotel ist gut, aber sie machen viele Tricks , wenn ich auschecke sie bezahlen mir 200 Bolivariano, weil sie sagten, ich habe ihren Kaffee und Wasser verwendet , in der Tat ist der instant Kaffee nicht auf dem Tisch gezeigt , zumindest niemand weiß, dass nicht kostenlos ! Und Wasser auf dem Tisch haben sie mir nicht gesagt, dass es zusätzliche Geld kosten ! Diese sind sehr schlechte Tricks ! Nicht guter Weg, um Servicekosten zu zahlen !
