AAnonymer BenutzerThe hotel is generally nice And the staff members are super friendly. Facility-wise, it is a bit out-dated, but you can see this staff is trying the best to keep it clean. They also have an interesting buffet offering for 20 dollars, i haven't tried it out, but i heard it quite nice.

Die beiden wichtigsten Dinge für mich in jedem Hotel sind ein komfortables Bett und eine gute Dusche.
Das Bett war groß, aber der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war sehr schlecht.
Darüber hinaus gab es andere Fragen, die ich von einem Hotel dieser Standard nicht erwarten würde, die die Preise tragen, die es tut.
Der Fernseh-Knopf funktionierte nicht, noch machte er die oberen Knopfe auf der Fernsehsendung.
Als ich das Fernsehen auf dem GPO wechselte und dann auf dem eigentlichen Fernsehen selbst, konnte ich nicht den angeschlossenen DVD-Player verwenden, da die Tasten, um es auf dem Fernsehen zu schalten, nicht funktionierte.
Frühstück war ziemlich schlecht. Im Grunde Getreide oder Eier geschrotet mit einigen anderen Optionen wie Obstkuppen, Joghurt und Kuchen.
Es diente mir, nahe dem Konventszentrum zu sein, aber ich bezweifle, dass ich noch einmal dort bleiben würde.

GGastnutzerNo car park attached to hotel, have to drive to car park yourself or pay $55 for a chauffeur to drive it. Room service menu was fancy stuff from the downstairs restaurant. Nothing simple. Not even room service breakfast available. On the note of the restaurant downstairs this is where the “buffet” breakfast was and I use that term loosely. Shocking variety. Even have to do our own coffees right in a tiny corner of the the room. One coffee at a time while the line gets bigger. We have to get a special order for eggs because the scrambled eggs are just mush. At least the toaster worked. And the space fits maybe 20 which is fine for a B&B but not for a 16 floor hotel. We had to have breakfast at 8 to avoid the crowds waiting at 9 and later. In the room itself (we had a suite), there were light switches EVERYWHERE. And they were all so confusing as you couldn’t see what they said. Then the one in the bathroom you had to walk in and close the door to access it. No fan ventilation for showers. Bath mats being so thin gets immediately soaked after one shower. No face washers. Bench was too low for a bathroom. Hand towels way too low. The size of the bathroom was nice though and the shower pressure was good. TV remote didn’t work properly, could not find all amenities like coffee, tea, fridge even etc. No nice hotel guide folder to help us out. The “desk” was the tv cabinet when there was plenty of space in the lounge area to have a desk. Then we had a balcony with no chairs or table to sit at (can easily have some out there and bolt them down for safety). The temperature stuff don’t even get me started. Uncomfy beds and flat pillows. I ended up sleeping on the lounger as it was more comfortable.
I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon. Wasn’t horrible but wasn’t great. The staff were nice though which was a nice change

GGastnutzerIt was a lovely 2-night stay in the Oceanview Twin Room. We were offered an upgrade for just $20 a day to enjoy a balcony, definitely worth it! Loved the location, so close to shops with plenty of food and drink options. The kids and I also had a great time relaxing in the heated pool and spa, even in the cold weather.

FFatima Lorainne Ramirez LlorandoIt was a good stay. The room is spacious and exceptionally clean. Their amenities are above average. The hotel is quite new and I hope they can maintain the cleanliness in the next few years.
In terms of customer service, I think they can do better if they want to live up the name as “luxury escape” in Murray Bridge. The room is quite hot for us and adjusting it manually is prohibited as the A/C can only go down to 20 degrees celsius “auto”. We kept asking the front desk to make our room a bit cooler. Some staff are tremendously helpful but some of them don’t know how to operate it in their end. One staff even promised to ask for assistance from their colleagues but they never did and nothing happened. The view in our room is impressive but the sliding glass doors are quite dirty which defeats the purpose why we paid extra dollars to have a nice view. The cleaner said that they have a professional cleaner who does it twice a year only.
In the lounge bar, we decided to have a coffee after we checked out and were fortunate to enjoy live music every last Sunday of the month. The waiter promptly delivered our orders to our table. However, no napkins provided and he even spilled the coffee in our table and didn’t even bother to say anything or even clean it. The breakfast buffet was depressing, we had to eat exactly the same thing during our entire stay. For me, luxury experience is all about the small details, and they would benefit from improving on the small details that they may have overlooked in their service. Overall, I would still recommend it to others and happy to stay again in the future.

GGastnutzerGenerally the room looked clean and the bed was made up but the pillow/bedsheet smelled a bit like body odour so I’m unsure if it was cleaned properly or if they didn’t change all of the sheets/pillow covers. On top of this, I left a big bag of Haigh’s chocolates in the mini fridge and forgot to take them when I checked out. When I rang that night to ask if they were found the reception told me no and that any food left would be thrown away. I can understand if half eaten or opened food should be thrown away but these were unopened chocolates which I had bought as gifts for my family. Surely they could have kept them for at least 24 hours to make sure that the guest won’t come back for them? I think we all know where those chocolates ended up. Very disappointing!

GGastnutzerDies ist eine tolle Lage und ich genossen mein Aufenthalt trotz einiger Nigger. Die Form des Zimmers bedeutete, dass der TV so weit vom Bett entfernt war. Es schien perfekt platziert, um TV aus dem Badezimmer zu sehen, aber id eher eine komfortable Aussicht aus dem Bett. Es bedeutete auch zwei von uns auf einer Seite der b
Das Bett war auch unkomfortabel und braucht eindeutig eine Ersetzung. Es lief auf einer Seite und hatte einen großen Schlag im Zentrum.
Das Hotel ist insgesamt gut, aber ich würde nicht wieder in diesem speziellen Zimmer bleiben.

VVentraseeThe best thing thing about this hotel is that it is located in the heart town. It is a walking distance from the Rundle Mall and Adelaide Convention Centre. It also has great spa and decent size pool; breakfast buffet and bar with happy hour daily. I highly recommend this place!.

Das Zimmer verfügte über eine Küche - Geschirrspüler, Backofen + Mikrowelle + Waschmaschine + Balkon über das Aussichtskonventzentrum.
Schön bleiben, komfortable Bett, ruhig - die Toilette klingt wie eine Wasserpumpe, wenn sie füllt. Badezimmer/Dusche ist ein wenig datiert, aber funktional.
Parkplatz kostet 30$ pro Tag (vernünftig bezahlt - unbegrenzte Einreise während des Aufenthalts)
Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt!! Wird sicher zurückkommen!!!!
