Das Zimmer ist etwas klein, aber es ist besser, sauber zu sein. Es gibt auch ein Toiletteraum, das neu dekoriert wird und sehr sauber ist. Die Service-Einstellung des Personals ist auch gut, ich lasse oft die Rezeption helfen, den Wagen zu rufen. Es gibt zwei gute Restaurants umgeben, ein ist ein Wenzhou Restaurant, ein ist die Lebensmittellinie-Arbeit (siehe Bild). Der Geschmack des Restaurants im Hotel ist nicht sehr gut, es gibt kein halbes Gesicht von Drachen, die sich nicht halb scheinen, und die Drachen sehen sehr wenig aus.
Der Nachteil ist, dass es eine Attraktion umgeben ist (siehe Bild), aber der Preis ist hoch, das Hotel selbst hat keinen Strand, einen Pool und einen Fitnessraum. Sie müssen sich zum Strand gehen.

EEUN-MIIt is located in the Chia Laguna, one of the clusters of 4 and 5 stars of hotels. Beautifully managed landscapes and access to private beaches make this resort very attractive. However, it is for those who don't care about the quality of the hotel and for those who want to just sleep at night and take the most of the activities outside of the room. In terms of quality of the room, it requires lots of attention. You are most likely to enter your room through the sliding door, and then there is your bed, and there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, bidet, and the sink. The bed is not comfortable, and there is a weird sewage smell coming from the bathroom, we had to spray our perfume and close the bathroom door, and leave the bathroom windows open. Typically, the hotel bathroom is a joy to enter, but this bathroom was one of those bathrooms that wanted to get out as fast as possible, especially with sewage smell. I had to dry my hair outside of bathroom so the sewage smell doesn't get to my hair. (Enough said) On top of our not-so-impressed experience, our neighbor left the TV on loud and party in their room until 3am, we couldn't sleep at all. Contacted the front desk at 1am, but loud noise still continued. Thank God, we only had to stay 1 night. I would have looked for another hotel if we had to stay one more night. Hotel reservations came with 2 meals, breakfast, and a dinner buffet. It was one of the worst food experiences not only in Italy but also in all the places we have ever been. At a glance, the buffet seemed fine and attractive, but as soon as we started tasting the food, we felt right away, we cannot expect much. Most of the dishes were extremely salty, lacked flavors, and the quality of each ingredient was bad compared to the dishes that we experienced in Cagliari.
If you only care about the location and the beautiful beach access, this is the place for you, but if you care about all the aspects of what the resort hotel supposed to offer, it might be wise to either spend a bit more money and stay at either Curio or Conrad properties or consider different location or hotels. Hope this review helps you to decide where to stay in Chia Laguna.

GGastnutzerGood standard hotel with spacious if somewhat dated but clean rooms and a nice pool with bar. Great location if you want to be close to Olbia Terranova train station as it’s next door. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the old town. Rooms do not have soundproofing so not ideal for light sleepers. I arrived at 12:30 and was told the room would be ready between 2and 3p. As check-in officially starts at 2pm I sat down and waited patiently only to see some other guests get a room straight away. At 2:15pm a Dutch guest kicked up a fuss when he was told his room wasn’t ready and he too was then given a room. At this point I protested (having waited for 1hr30) and then also got a room. Whilst the reception staff were friendly this was not a great check-in experience.

JJJROUSThis camping is located in beautiful settings in Porte del Porticciolo area, that is a part of a beautiful nature park. There is a almost private bay with a beach, with beautiful views over the old historical tower and evenings you can see a beautiful sunset front of you. Camping has a friedly helpful staff. Little cottage where we stayed is cute but very poorly sound Insulated, you can help absolutely everything from the room attached with my room even the talking was with normal tone.
This camping would have a lot more potential, but its kind of feels dated and let down.
Coffee place staff were helpful but food selection very poor. Sunday morning there was exactly 1 croissant, one cream Danish and something else available, nothing else. Also selection of ready packed toast. Sad offering to be honest. Camping has a super market that closes everyday between 13-17, that makes no sense in the camping area. Restaurant staff was very charming but pizza can only be eaten evenings, no for lunch, and house wine in caraf is only available evenings. Pizza selection was very limited and not the best flavour. Again, very bizarre. Swimming pool closes 7pm, still when its beautiful evening sun, that goes down 9pm. Evenings had live music that was actually quite enjoyable but otherwise this camping amenities are poor and give you a feeling that its rundown and only to made to make money and nothing else. If you want an air-conditioning in your cottage or room, be prepared to pay 40€ per day for this luxuries.
So basically saying, I didn't totally disliked my stay but I wouldn't come back either. Thank you for a lovely staff members in the pool, restaurant, shop, coffee shop and beach bar, and check in person was also very nice

GGastnutzerWe stayed for 2 nights because we had a catamaran tour day booked from the marina: We loved the orange and blue interior of the Junior suite which was spotless and well appointed. As ports go, it is nice port to have a view of from the balcony (over the car park). It was October and we had no problem parking directly in front of the hotel in the public parking for €12 a day and it was therefore also a quiet sleep. Reception were very courteous and efficient checking us in and recommending restaurants after we found out that La Gritta had closed for the season already. The location could not be more convenient for bars restaurants and shops too which suited us very well as we were in a road trip and it’s sometimes nice to ditch the car on arrival. The breakfast buffet was extensive especially the variety of pastries but there was also scrambled eggs and bacon which we had not seen in other hotels. The breakfast coffee was from a machine and not as nice as when it is made by a barista during the breakfast service elsewhere.

LLaura&RubenWir verbrachten vier Tage auf einem Resort in Sardinien und entschieden uns, die Stadt nicht zu erkunden, da wir als Paar nach reiner Entspannung suchten. Das Resort war gut organisiert und bietet Ihnen bequeme Shuttlebusse, die Sie zum Strand oder zum Pool nehmen könnten, was es sehr einfach umzukommen machte.
Unser Zimmer hatte einen schönen Blick auf den Ozean, der wirklich zur friedlichen und entspannenden Atmosphäre unseres Aufenthalts hinzugefügt. Es gab zwei Schwimmbads: ein großer und tiefer Pool und ein kleiner, schlankerer Pool mit einem kleinen Wasserfall, das eine schöne Variante je nach Stimmung bietet.
Der Strand war angenehm, vor allem während der Tageszeit, als das Wasser klar und transparent war. Später am Tag wurde das Wasser weniger klar und sah mehr wie ein typischer Strand aus. Es gab viele kleine Fische im Meer schwimmen, aber sie beißen nicht. Entlang der Küste gab es eine Menge kleiner schwarzer Partikel oder Partikel.
Das Essen war jedoch enttäuschend und nicht so gut wie Sie von Italien erwartet. Insgesamt würden wir diesen Ort nicht vollständig empfehlen.

GGastnutzerDas Hotel liegt direkt vor einem großen Strand. Super nicht touristisch und besetzter Strand und die Landschaft ist sehr weich und ruhig.
Es gibt einen Katze-und-Hund im Hotel, der nur frei umgewandelt. Sie sind sowohl sehr freundlich und Spaß zu spielen !!!
Was die Zimmer betrifft, ist es für ein 3-Personenzimmer angemessen groß. Toilette ist sauber mit ausreichenden Ausstattung. Wasserdruck des Duschekopfs ist manchmal etwas schwach, aber immer noch ok. Die Betten sind ausreichend komfortabel. Es gibt jedoch ein bisschen Insekten, die umher fliegen (vor allem aufgrund der Lage des Hotels in der Nähe des Strands und Sandgebiete).
Das Restaurant im Hotel ist ziemlich gut ! Essmenü hat eine breite Palette, aber die Verfügbarkeit von Gerichten hängt vom Tag ab. Im Frühstück wird eine ganze Handvoll Nahrungsmittel wie Obstfleck, Kreuzungen, Joghurt, Getreide und die Auswahl von Getränken gegeben. Das Hotel ist sehr klein, aber ehrlich genug für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in diesem Hotel und können es von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Der Service war durchgehend herzlich, professionell und aufmerksam – das gesamte Personal hat unseren Aufenthalt besonders gemacht.
Das Frühstück war ein echtes Highlight: große Auswahl, frische Zutaten, köstlicher Cappuccino und dazu der traumhafte Blick auf das Meer – einfach perfekt für einen entspannten Start in den Tag.
Ein besonderes Plus ist der private Strandbereich, der sehr gepflegt ist und genug Platz für alle Gäste bietet. Das Wasser ist kristallklar, und es gibt immer genug Liegen und Sonnenschirme – kein Stress, kein Gedränge.
Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls top – direkt an der wunderschönen Bucht von Baja Sardinia, mit Restaurants, kleinen Läden und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Trotzdem ist es ruhig und ideal zum Entspannen.
Alles in allem: ein Ort, an den wir definitiv zurückkehren möchten! Vielen Dank für diese unvergessliche Zeit! 💙

SSopartWe absolutely loved our stay at Il Nuovo Gabbiano. The location is fantastic, right next to the port and in the centre of everything. The beach is only a 2 minute walk away! The view from the balcony was incredible with stunning views of the sea and mountains. Despite it being right next to the port, noise was minimal. Breakfast was extra at €14pp each day however we chose to buy juice and pastries from the nearby supermarket to have out on the balcony every morning. The room was fairly big and contained a mini bar (only containing bottles of water) and coffee/tea making facilities. The hotel itself was clean and the staff were always friendly and helpful. There’s no parking, however we parked in the port across the road for €6 per day. We came later in the day so we managed to find a spot, it gets quite packed early morning. The hotel restaurant does great food, I would recommend the Sardinian ravioli with potatoes and cheese!

FFlyTorpedoThe hotel is very clean and the staff at the reception is very welcoming and helpful! Breakfast is average. Parking is 15 euros per day but you can find free parking on the street nearby.
The hotel is about 1.3km away from the port and there is a shuttle bus taking you there every hour from 9:30am to 7pm. It is walkable, but you have to climb up the hill when you walk back.
Our room is facing the main road and some motorbikes were very noisy.
It’s also interesting that they charge (around 2 euros) for refilling your water bottle, claiming this is to help the environment while you can buy a bottle of water less than 1 euro in a shop. We stayed in a different hotel and they have similar policies. I feel this is making money in the name of environmental protection. If it’s really for environment protection, I would suggest to offer free refilling.

EE.Z.Inkompetenz und Mangel an Professionalität sind die Grundlage dieses Resorts mit der Marke Baglioni, aber von Baglioni gibt es kaum etwas außer dem Logo ... Es ist ein altes Resort namens Paradaise, das so gut wie möglich renoviert wurde und als Falle für ausländische Touristen mit geringen Ansprüchen dient .
Personal nicht ausreichend geschult und teilweise zu pedantisch.
Die Zimmerreinigung wurde nicht oder eilig durchgeführt, zu absurden Zeiten wie 17.30 Uhr. Ein fettiges, nasses Reinigungstuch und viele Haare bleiben im Koffer zurück ...
Dass der Gästeservice die Wäsche kostenlos zur Verfügung stellt... In solchen Fällen würde ich sagen, das Minimum.
Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel und noch mehr für ein Baglioni gibt es viel zu tun, um die Dienstleistungen zu verbessern.
Besonders hervorzuheben sind Paolo und Antonello vom Strandservice, die alles tun, um die Mängel der Struktur auszugleichen, Francesco vom stets professionellen Restaurant und der Direktor Victoriano für die Modernisierung.
