Das war vielleicht der beste Kundenservice, den ich je in einem Hotel erhalten habe. Leider habe ich den Namen der Frau verpasst, die mich angemeldet hat, aber sie war wunderbar warm und blass. Sie begrüßte mich in Vernazza, gab wirklich hilfreiche Beratung, die mein Besuch verbesserte und blieb während meines kurzen Aufenthalts außergewöhnlich freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Zimmer war klein, wie es in den kompakten Dörfern der Cinque Terre üblich ist, aber es war komfortabel, sauber und hervorragend für eine solche beliebte Reiseziel. Das Frühstücksangebot war auch wunderbar. Das Hotel ist nur wenige Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, was besonders geschätzt wurde, wenn Sie mit Gepäck ankommen, während das Dorf, Wanderwege, Züge und Bootsdienste alle in leichter Reichweite sind. Es war eine ideale Basis für die Erforschung der Cinque Terre mit Fuß, Eisenbahn und natürlich mit Boot. Als eines der relativ wenigen traditionellen Hotels von Vernazza bietet Pensione Sorriso auch Besucher die Möglichkeit, eine lokale Gastfreundschaft zu unterstützen, anstatt in einer Ferienhäuserwohnung zu bleiben. In kleinen und schwer besuchten Gemeinschaften wie diesem halte ich es für wert, darüber nachzudenken. Ein sehr freundlicher, komfortabler und erinnerelicher Aufenthaltsort, besonders durch die hervorragende Gastfreundschaft.

才走進房間，黑乎乎以為光線差，拉開窗簾一看很興奮，原來是一間看得見風景的房間。被教堂和好看的房屋圍繞的後院，種着仙人掌和檸檬樹，打開窗，清香撲面。早晨還有教堂八點鐘的鐘聲叫早！ 室內非常整潔，氣味清新，房間不算小，還有桌椅供小憩，浴室的內像新的擦得發亮。燈光明亮。 地理位置處於小城繁華地帶，門前的街各種品牌，很好逛。出門右轉幾步路就是東正教教堂，過街就是海濱大道；出門左轉去老城區松果區觀景台看日落也很方便，或者去海邊碼頭看船。 交通：坐大巴車到達更近更方便。火車站略遠，不過穿巷子走近路也可以步行到達，注意入口離站台較遠，早點走到站台等車更從容。 附近巷子餐館特別多，價格也算實惠，薄餅pizza很美味。風景優美、很有風情的小城，還有街頭音樂表演值得觀賞。

The staff at Hotel al Sant’Andrea were TOP NOTCH! Very kind, informative, and always greeted us with a smile! The breakfast was basic but delicious and we always left full. The rooms were very basic and a bit run down but the beds were very comfortable. The rooms kind of felt like a dorm room to me. A/C worked well. Rooms were big for European hotel rooms (I’m Canadian and used to very large hotel rooms). The shower was very small but for only a 2 night stay it wasn’t a big deal. There was a mini fridge that actually kept items cold! I find hotel mini fridges are usually subpar. The location wasn’t ideal for us because the train station was a 15 minute walk away but if you are driving, location wouldn’t be an issue. We did not explore Sarzana, this was used as a home base to explore Cinque Terre, and for the price, I believe this hotel is worth it.

We stayed at Hotel San Desiderio for four nights, and everything exceeded our expectations. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring, making us feel as if we were staying in our own home rather than a hotel. Their warm hospitality made our trip even more special. The location is excellent, just a short walk from both the beach and the train station, making it very convenient for exploring the area. Our room was spotless and well maintained throughout our stay. We also loved the atmosphere of the hotel, which is beautifully decorated with photographs and paintings that give it a unique and artistic charm. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend Hotel San Desiderio to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and authentic place to stay. We would be happy to return in the future.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for the first time with our two children. We booked two rooms, both offering a stunning view of the sea. The atmosphere is charming and naturally elegant, enhanced by the historic character of the building. The staff was friendly and supportive throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of both international and local options. The beach is just across the street, only a two-minute walk, which was perfect for us. We also appreciated the hotel’s convenient parking, located just outside the building. The swimming pool with its bar was a highlight—an ideal spot to relax and enjoy an aperitif before dinner. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that we would be happy to repeat in the future.

Hotel über it.travel gebucht. Super Preis. Alles ist gut, die wahrgenommene Qualität entspricht einem 4-Sterne-Hotel. Geräumiges Zimmer, leise Klimaanlage. Ich möchte nur auf ein paar kleine Details hinweisen, die verbessert werden könnten, wie z. B. eine Ablage in der Dusche und die elektrischen Obstteller, die besser befestigt werden sollten.

Hotel is conveniently located next to the port. It serves our purpose to visit our daughter when the cruise ship she is working on docked there. There is a Bus No 7 from the Station that you can take to the hotel. Though it is not directly outside the hotel but it is walking distance from the bus stop to the hotel. Hotel is neat and clean. Surrounding there are plenty of restaurants and a supermarket across the bus stop where you alight. Generally, we could not find many Italians that speak English compared to Swiss. We had a hard time trying to ask for directions. Don't get me wrong. There are nice and helpful people around who voluntarily guide us and helped us on the bus and on the streets.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, wenn Sie gerne entlang der Küste gehen. Obwohl trotz der ruhigen Lage und ohne Außenlärm, können Sie alle Klang von Innen (Hotelboden) hören, wenn Sie in Ihrem Zimmer erwarten Entspannung und Privatsphäre. Außerdem, wenn es eine Verbindungstür in Ihrem Zimmer gibt, stellen Sie sicher, dass jeder kleine Klang von Ihrem Nachbarn hört, wie sie in demselben Zimmer mit Ihnen sind - das war eine große Enttäuschung. Auch alle Chats vom Korridor, Vakuumreiniger und Musik aus den nahe gelegenen Zimmern - buchstäblich alles. Die Reinigung war ausgezeichnet. Das Frühstückstisch bietet eine breite Auswahl. Die Damen am Rezept sind super freundlich und unterstützend!

Dies ist eine Service-Wohnung, die im 4. Stock ohne Aufzug besetzt ist. Die Lage ist großartig, nur zwischen Piazza Colombo und Piazza Siro Carli mit vielen Restaurants. Es ist ein bisschen weit vom Bahnhof entfernt, ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Insgesamt genossen ich meinen Aufenthalt.
