Se ci si adatta all'assenza della TV o di altre comodità elettroniche gli arredi originali raccontano storie di un’altra epoca. La villa ha solo quattro camere – ognuna dedicata a una grande figura della cultura salentina – e ti fa sentire come un ospite in una residenza privata. Dalla terrazza che circonda la villa si ammira l’azzurro del mare dove si mescolano ionio e adriatico, mentre il parco profuma di pini e di fiori mediterranei. ideale per chi vuole ascoltare il silenzio e il mare.

Les chambres sont très modernes et très propres, le petit déjeuner est bon, l’hôtel est bien situé à côté d’une plage de plus il y’a plein de bus qui mènent vers la ville. La navette de l’hôtel vers la vieille ville est gratuite, c’est top.
On as beaucoup aimer la piscine, les frites de patate douce ainsi que les mijotos à déguster au bord de celle ci.
Le personnel est parfait , et mention spéciale pour Vito , le pool boy extrêmement gentil et très serviable

Bella struttura. Ottima la colazione. Buono il ristorante. Un po' piccola la piscina e la spiaggia è per lo più un terrazzamenti di cemento. Parcheggio gratuito custodito. Ottimo per l'aeroporto

The hotel is nice as each room has its own small terrace and view to the nature. The pool is very nice surrounded with nature. The location is 15 minutes walking from the center and no transportation available.

Hotel bien nuevo y con todo el confort. Excelente atención, muy profesional, profesional y acogedora. Ubicación sobre la avenida principal. Lleno de negocios y de atracciones. El mismo hotel cuenta con una confitería grandísima. Recomiendo comprar para llevar y probar sus helados ( de los más ricos que jamás jaja comido en mi vida). Habitación muy amplia y con todo el confort. Con balcón privado. Y el desayuno súper abundante y fresco. No le faltaba nada. Volveré y espero con más tiempo también para conocer su lido que (a ver por las imágenes) debe ser bellísimo. Muy buen gusto en todo y en la elección del personal con su atención impecable, excelente.

Das Hotel verfügt über einen 1500 m² großen Wellnessbereich, der von Culti gestaltet wurde. Die Zimmer im minimalistischen Stil bieten kostenfreies WLAN. Das Parken ist kostenlos.
Das in einem kleinen Dorf gelegene, von jahrhundertealten Olivenbäumen umgebene Histò San Pietro besticht durch sein attraktives, markantes Design. Das Hotel verfügt über eine eigene Basilika, die für besondere Events und geschäftliche Veranstaltungen zur Verfügung steht.
Die Zimmer bieten alle Steinböden und -wände. Einige warten mit gewölbten Decken auf. Jedes Zimmer ist mit Klimaanlage, einem privaten Badezimmer und Sat-TV ausgestattet.

GGastnutzerUnfortunately this was a stay of two halves, and I wish I'd heeded other people's low reviews about the host's attitude before booking.
The place itself was lovely. A cute, clean little room that seemed authentic and had some nice finishing touches. The area around was beautiful and it's a great location.
I was excited to see the room description, stating a spa, billiards room and other amenities that would account for the higher cost of this place.
I saw the warning that the booking was non-refundable but took a punt.... I was wrong for doing this. Soon after booking, I received the first of many messages stating the jacuzzi in the photo was an extra 209 euros, which was apparently written in very small print, the large fridge in the photos was just for show and alongside this were given a set of house rules including not being allowed to eat in the room!
I didn't like the attitude from the messages and I tried to cancel, over 2 weeks before our stay, but was refused.
Cut to the day of stay I was sent another set of rules, this time warning us that if we change the temperature of the air conditioner or any other settings then ”the consequences will be on us”, it also told us to re-read the rules carefully and reminded us we couldn't eat or drink in the room. Self-check in was simple, although on the website it states there's a front desk and luggage storage on site... There isn't. It was 39 degrees outside and 27 inside.
I messaged saying that in the heat setting, 24 degrees, was too warm and asked if we could lower the temperature, she refused, I asked for a fan, she pretty much accused me of lying, saying it WASN'T too warm, and after a long and draining conversation she ”allowed” us to change it to 18 degrees.
After this, I tried to be civil and she responded with some suggestions of places to eat and visit. We ”respected the people who work for you” as she demanded in the messages.
The apartment was equipped with basics but for the price, would have expected extras like small toiletries or glasses for water.
It all went well until the last day on check out, I suggested some things to make the stay better such as a friendlier manner, trash cans in the room and more toiletries, as this was quite an expensive stay. I suggested she revisit the description of the hotel and that she didn't send ”the rules.”
She didn't like this. In all honesty, the woman, I believe, is a narcissist, and can't take responsibility for her mistakes. She wouldn't accept there were areas for improvement and when it came to asking for help that linked to her apartment, she took it as a criticism on her part and went on the attack. She sent a final message which was copied from one previously sent, so this suggests she's had similar issues before. I had to block her because she wouldn't stop messaging me!
I have all the messages saved and complained to trip.com who have been extremely helpful.
If you want to stay in a nice place, this is lovely, but there are similar ones out there with nicer hosts.
Don't give this rude lady business.
I never did get to play a game of billiards.

Our first room was old , smelly, and awful with a broken fridge, a kettle that could not be plugged in and peeling paint.
The second room has 3 different paint colours exposed fires and a bathroom that floods every time the shower is used.
There are holes in the ceilings, no staff apart from 1 young girl at reception.
Rooms have the cheapest, most basic facilities. The toiletries are what you would expect in a 2 star hotel.
No nescafe machine if you want sn expresso you must pay €3.50.
The hotel is run down and clearly management care only for money.
Private guest information is stored in a public cupboard. Maintenance is ignored, and breakfast is basic.
The breskfadt consists mainly of prepared sweet pastry and cakes.
A small glass of tetra pack orange juice us €5
If you wish to iron, you need to either iron on the bed or the floor..
The hotel does not have a bar that operates. There are no umbrellas or comforts of a 4-star hotel. Service is zero.
The hotel only offers breakfast. No lunch, dinner, or room service.
But the most alarming concern is the hotels noncompliance with fire safety. If there was a fire at this hotel, guests would simply lose their lives.
On both the 2nd and 3rd fll
Oor parts of the ceilings have collapsed.
The police gave arrested the hotel due to serious concerns for staff and guests.

In second room there were no air so we ask to move to another room ( in that room was pregnant women), they asked us to wait for day after, and they changed, but by the end they asked for change 20 euro
And in the third room we noticed that the close room can look inside the bath room . We complained about it and they said the they are not the bosses .
I refused to pay until the boss will came but he ignored us.

Ppaulrob200A very comfortable stay at the BellaVista. It lives up to its name with superb view of sea on both sides from the room, which was very spacious! Breakfast was a very basic continental one with limited options. Located 200m from the old town area with has Beach of Purity. Plenty of restaurants around making location perfect for a relaxing few days. Didnt check out the rooftop spa.

TTimothyDer Ort war minimal, aber hatte alles, was Sie brauchten. Frühstück am Morgen war zumindest zu sagen arme (vorbereitet aus Paketen) keine Hammer/Käse.. nur Schalen und Paket-Kreuzungen mit Toast.
Ideal nahe dem kleinen Hafen mit lokalen Restaurants, aber keine Parkplätze erlaubt vor Ort.
Ich dachte, der Ort war völlig persönlich, aber sehr schrecklich im kleinen Schlafzimmer.

DDiamantiniNeben der Überpreisung wie alle Einrichtungen mit einiger geringer Verfügbarkeit während der Hochsaison und letzter Minute Buchungen, muss ich sagen, das Personal war nett und wirklich hilfreich, meist eine nette Dame an der Rezeption.
Zimmer sind so, mehr wie ein 2/3 Sternenhotel, Pool ist schön und ein großer Plus, aber in Puglia im Sommer...Vermissen ein kleines Fitness ist es eine traurige, Frühstück einfach grundlegende (und in Italien kann ich nicht erwarten, dass die Basis über Lebensmittel) wieder wie vielleicht 3 Sterne.

I had young noisy up stairs guests that screamed at 3 am and didn't have any respect for others until I told them off. I told the owner he had a word with them too. I stayed in the second lot of units nearer to the cathedral and castle . Great spot.

GGastnutzerL'albergo si trova in un punto strategico, a pochi chilometri da Bari, Polignano e Monopoli. Bisogna spostarsi in macchina in quanto si trova sulla superstrada. Di fronte l'hotel un panorama mozzafiato col tramonto sul mare. Servizio eccellente, tutti molto gentili. Colazione ottima fatta sulla terrazza al sesto piano con vista sul mare.

GGastnutzer Reinigung und gute Lage, die einzige negative Anmerkung, das Zimmer, in dem wir gebündelt wurden, war ohne einen großen Spiegel und war wenig beleuchtet, so dass wir vom Balkon in einem Garten waren, wo die Sonne nicht durchging
