Your Lakefront Anchorage is a fantastic place to stay, offering an unbeatable location and great service. The setting is simply stunning, with beautiful lake views that create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Whether enjoying the scenery from the property or heading out for outdoor activities, the location is perfect. The service was excellent—friendly, accommodating, and attentive to guests’ needs. Check-in was smooth, and the staff made sure everything was comfortable throughout my stay. The accommodations were clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped for a hassle-free experience. If you’re looking for a lakefront getaway with a perfect balance of tranquility and convenience, this is the place to be. I highly recommend it and would definitely return!

I was pretty disgusted to see the N word written in dust on the window in our suite. The food was overpriced and was definitely nothing special. Didn't matter after dinner though; there's no microwave to reheat left overs, and with how cold our room was, our food got cold and hard pretty fast. The wallpaper is coming off the wall, the hooks are coming out of the wall, we had the heat on friday-sunday but could never get it up past 68 degrees despite it being on for days. The water got shut off while we were there, parking was crowded/limited. We booked a room for 5, only to be put in a room with only 2 beds and told they couldn't provide us with a cot because of fire hazards; after complaining that I'm not putting my child on the very used/old carpet, they upgraded our room to include a couch for my 3rd child. The pool required a reservation but they didn't check reservations and the pool was over crowded. I was REALLY uncomfortable with how secluded I was from everyone when going to the locker room... it felt like the perfect spot for someone to catch a woman or child off guard. Everything is very old or outdated or broken in one way or another, and everything was VERY overpriced. If they want to claim they're a resort and charge resort prices, they need to start looking like a resort. Next time we need a weekend getaway, we'll be going to Denali instead!

The view from my room faces the ocean but the location at the end of Homer Spit isn’t exactly the best place to be because it takes 15mins walk to get to the centre where eateries, shops and ferries are located especially if you’re like me having to carry camera equipment. Taxi services tend to be slow at peak hours. Housekeeping is not efficient and needs to be reminded despite hanging the card out. Cups are not washed and bed is not made unless the card in the room(no card was placed in my room)is completed which was the excuse they gave. This happened for 5x out of my 9 nights where the other 4, I opted for no disturbance . Breakfast is buffet style but limited selection. My stay was over 9 nights. I have to return for another 3 nights on organised tour group. I informed receptionist upon checkout to put me in the same room. The answer is NO. The level of service at front desk and housekeeping needs improvement except for a special lady, Lena who is exceptionally friendly and helpful. All in all, there is no value for money.

Die Lage ist gut, sehr nahe dem Nationalpark und dem Besucherzentrum. Es hat ein Restaurant und Kaffeegeschäft und ein Shuttlebus. Das Hotel ist sehr alt, braucht eine vollständige Upgrade. Der Fan ist sehr alt und laut. Wenn das nächste Zimmer mit Dusche/Toilette klar hören kann. Alle Handtücher/Blätter sollten für viele Jahre ohne Änderung, klein, hart und in schmutziger Farbe sein. Die Hintertür hat keine Lock, stattdessen mit einem Holzstick. Die Reinigungs- und Vordertafel sind untrainiert, sie haben uns die falsche Anweisung für unsere Tour gegeben und wir haben es verpasst. Als wir einen Zimmerservice für einen Reinigungsbetrieb beantragten, kamen 2 Manager ein und fragten, warum wir einen Zimmerservice benötigten (wir brauchen nur neue Handtücher und die Schleifen entfernt). Wir wurden für eine Gepäcktransfergebühr bei der Abfrage gezahlt $44 (wir haben nicht gesagt, wenn wir angemeldet sind).Im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in diesem Bereich ist der Preis viel höher. Prinzessin-Unterkunft Kreuzstraße ist eine viel bessere Wahl, aber es war voll, wenn wir es reservieren

Lovely Hotel great spot to be in the center of Anchorage and is close to the freeway, just be careful parking is not attached, the staff early early Feb 14th was so helpful lovely and kind 3 girls(posted their names on the yelp review)

Stay at ramada was a 4/5 with early check in and nice and supportive staff. Location was near and walkable from downtown. Every excursion pickup point is literally 5-10min walkable from hotel. Only reasons for not giving 5/5 are 1. Room Phone was not working 2. Temperature control of Shower if our room was not working though they did provide alternate room just for shower purpose I would recommend this hotel for nearness to downtown and especially friendly staff

Clean and comfortable.  Great bed and pillows. Nice water pressure in shower and shampoo, soaps, etc were very nice.  Shuttle service and drivers were awesome.  Shuttle really helped get us where we needed to be and on time since location is a few miles from downtown.  Our driver,Columbia, was amazing!  Okay restaurants on site.  Very decent place to stay.  Would stay again when in the area.

Ich erinnere mich, dass ich das Nordgebäude besucht habe, das ziemlich gut war, ein bisschen alt.

Das Zimmer war perfekt, aber das Frühstück/Dinnerzimmer funktioniert nicht.
