I have never stayed in a hotel where the service and experience progressively got worse each day. Everything just started going downhill during our second day you wake up in the morning and the first thing that happens is you are asked about joining one of the tours and offer through the hotel and they do that every chance they get and the moment they find out that you have a booking For a tour with another company and not through them, they will just little snide comments and make you regret your decisions. The second thing was the food you had to order lunch hours before and when you ordered for specific time you get to the restaurant you still have to wait at least another 30 minutes to get it, I ordered calamari on one of those days for eight and only got four small pieces of calamari and that was it just for small pieces of calamari and fried plantain so that was basically two dollars per calamari. There was an element of feeling unsafe because one of the mornings as I was walking up to breakfast there was a strange man just walking around and when I get to breakfast, one of the staff members there tells me that there’s a man who has been asking about me and looking for me and as I turned there, that man is standing right there and my question was, how are you letting this man on the premises, and what if you wanted to come to me and you guys are letting him walk around this entire place because I ran into him on the other side of the hotel so there was that as well which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and uneasy and unsafe. They didn’t spray any mosquito spray as it’s common in the area to in and spray the room with mosquito spray at the end of each evening they only did that first night and we had to keep them and each time it was met with just a sigh of inconvenience like we were inconveniencing them getting there difficult worth it and I think that is the one thing I can attest to being the better part of this entire establishment, but that aside the services awful. You will go hungry, we told the bar open a specific time but it wouldn’t open. Also they change their rules at one day. It’s OK to have a meal by the bar closer to the beach the next day you can’t do that but then you’ll see them. Send them food down for specific people so that was also extremely offputting, I can safely say I will never set foot in that place ever again. Also, the WiFi was bad

Die Lage ist auf der ruhigen Seite, wenn die Stone Town. Obwohl wir sicher waren, dass es sicher ist, wurden wir von wenigen bösen Kindern gefangen, als wir eine Schule in der Nähe des Hotels passierten. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, I highly recommend Zanzi Hotel for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable stay!

Zimmer, Balkon, Aussicht vom Zimmer und Restaurant ist wirklich schön. Aber nur eine Sache müssen sie in ihrem Rezeption Kundenservice verbessern. Zimmer, das ich unterzeichnete, als ich incheckte und Zimmer, das ich wirklich empfangen hatte, war anders. Sie wechselten das Zimmer ohne vorherige Ankündigung. Ich fragte, warum sie gesagt haben, es ist das gleiche Zimmer im Inneren. Aber es war völlig anders. Ändertes Zimmer hat überhaupt keine Privatsphäre. Wir müssen das Fenster während des Aufenthalts schließen. Und ich fragte nach einem späten Auscheck, wenn ich anmelde. Sie sagten mir, ich sollte letztes Morgen prüfen. Am letzten Tag fragte ich wieder nach zwei Stunden späten Auscheck. Sie lehnten meinen Antrag nicht einmal das System zu prüfen. Sag einfach Nein. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht über ihre Haltung. Und als ich die Website überprüfte, gab es noch viel Raum. Wie jeder weiß, ist Zanzibar der Urlaubsort. Die meisten von 5 Stern-Hotels im Urlaubsort, sie laufen Zeit ausprüfen sehr flexibel aufgrund der Flugzeit. Es verdient nicht, 5 Sterne im Kundenservice zu haben.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber. Der Service war sehr gut und zuvorkommend. Die Umgebung war fantastisch. Nur 300 Meter entfernt befand sich das einzige chinesische Restaurant auf Sang Island, das sehr günstig war. Sehr empfehlenswert. Die vom Hotel empfohlenen Delfinbeobachtungstouren und die Prison Island waren jedoch recht teuer. Wenn Sie also das nötige Kleingeld haben, sollten Sie sich woanders umsehen.

In der zentralen Lage der Steinstadt ist der Dach ein sehr hochwertiges Restaurant. Ich gehe nur fünf Minuten zum Nachtmarkt. Die Gebäckstücke, die ich geliefert habe, sind sehr lecker und das Zimmer ist sauber und komfortabel. Das nächste Mal werde ich nach Steinstadt leben.

Lovely hotel, room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly. My safari was cancelled and the staff provided other tour options, many thanks for that! There is no phone in the room, I'd like to suggest even having a pager in the room would be helpful. Also no wifi in the room I think that should be an option. The food was great and I enjoyed my stay, would definitely recommend!

Ich fand diesen Ort toll, alles war großartig, Essen, Getränke, Pool, Fitnessstudio ... Gepäckaufbewahrung nach dem Auschecken. Ich wünschte, ich hätte mehr Zeit gehabt ... und die Klimaanlage nach 3 Wochen ohne war das Tüpfelchen auf dem i ... Das Bett war wirklich bequem. Sie erlaubten auch einen frühen Check-in ... ich habe absolut nichts Schlechtes zu sagen 👌 Das Personal war auch wirklich freundlich und höflich

We enjoyed the food at Amaani, every breakfast was different and delicious, the meals were good as well. The staff is very friendly, forst day we had issues but they were due to language barrier. They were resolved respectfully. Its a bit far from stone town but well if you book a tour guide who provides pickup it wont be an issue.

Vorteile: Hotel im Hafen, das die ganze Stadt zu Fuß machen ermöglicht. Das Zimmer ist schön und geräumig und das Badezimmer war im Allgemeinen sauber. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Das Frühstück ist ziemlich gut (vor allem die Eierkarten) und das einzige Essen, das wir dort gegessen haben, war ausgezeichnet. Die Aussicht vom Dach ist wunderschön. Nachteilige Auswirkungen: Die Gegend ist sehr laut und das Zimmer (303) war unter dem Dachbodenrestaurant, also gab es viel Lärm bis mindestens 23h und ab 6h am Morgen. Auch wenn das Badezimmer sauber war, fanden wir 2 Kerle.
