Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Hotel Maritimo sehr genossen. Die Angestellten waren überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Manager (leider habe ich seinen Namen vergessen) half uns bei der Buchung einer Tour, und Fatma war jederzeit für uns da, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Das Zimmer bot einen wunderschönen Meerblick und war geräumig genug für drei Personen. Wir haben die herzliche Gastfreundschaft der Menschen in Trabzon sehr geschätzt.

I had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn Trabzon. The hotel is perfectly located with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made my visit to Trabzon even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Ahmed for his constant support, attentiveness, and kindness throughout my stay. I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect. Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant. If you’re visiting Trabzon and want a place where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, Residence Inn Trabzon is the perfect choice. Huge thanks again to Ahmed, Lina, and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

The stay was wonderful, Located in the middle of the city away from the traffic We investigated all the reviews before booking, we had some worries mostly by the noise of the nearby airport.. It came out that it was part of the fun The noises are not that horrible especially if you close the sound proof windows.. However the air traffic wasn't that heavy and the kids enjoyed the observation of the planes, The hotel was perfectly clean, breakfast was very rich and variant and reflect the Turkish heritage with Int'l components.. Staff were very nice and supportive, with very polite approach, the whole atmosphere in trabzon was very amicable and welcoming Definitely will stay there again

Die Lage ist gut, direkt in der Nähe der Fußgängerzone, und die Restaurants in der Fußgängerzone sind preiswert. Die beiden gutaussehenden Typen an der Rezeption sind herzlich und aufmerksam. Das Parkhaus ist relativ klein und der gutaussehende Typ hat uns zum Parken gebracht. Vor unserer Abreise am Morgen stellten wir fest, dass das Auto bereits vor die Tür gefahren worden war. Vor dem Hotel herrschte viel Verkehr, daher ist beim Fahren Vorsicht geboten. Das Restaurant befindet sich auf dem Dach. Beim Frühstück können Sie die Landschaft genießen. Das Frühstück schmeckt durchschnittlich. Es gibt eine große Moschee mit vier Minaretten. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber es standen vier große Mülleimer vor der Tür, was unglaublich war.

The room is quite clean. The housekeepers are helpful and courteous. However, the front office refused to cooperate with us when we brought to their attention that we booked a bigger room. We even evidenced it by showing them the details of the online booking. However, they kept gaslighting us and trying to make us believe that we were in a 22m2 room when it was clearly a 15m2 room. Don’t be in the hospitality sector if you don’t like to help your guests.

The hotel is situated near the central park and street. The hotel corresponds its price. If you need some place to sleep, take a shower and discover Trabzon it's quite a good option.

Ausgezeichnetes Personal. Ein Mädchen mit einem russisch klingenden Namen, Nadia, bot mir beim Einchecken Kaffee an. Sehr freundliches Personal. Trockene und zusätzliche feuchte Tücher wurden auf Anfrage gebracht. Das Hotel liegt nahe der Straße; ich bat um ein Zimmer auf der anderen Seite, und es war recht ruhig. Hätte ich von Anfang an gewusst, dass ich in wenigen Stunden alles in der Stadt sehen kann, wäre ich hier geblieben, anstatt ein anderes Hotel im Zentrum zu mieten.

Housekeeping is not good, service only by demand. Meals are average, there were a hair in the dishes, we showed them, but they didn't react. Eventually we would be better and reasonable get breakfast outside. You can a full breakfast for the less fee in local Cafe (Uc Kale) just under the pedestrian passage.
