ZZhulianbiheDas Zimmer war frisch renoviert und roch stark nach Formaldehyd. Ich kam um 4:30 Uhr morgens an und checkte gegen 5:00 Uhr ein, musste aber bereits um 11:00 Uhr wieder auschecken. Ich zahlte 860 RMB für nur fünfeinhalb Stunden; der Service und die Ausstattung waren den Preis nicht wert.

AAnonymer BenutzerOverall a beautiful property. The rooms are lovely, breakfast is great and the daily housekeeping service is very good.
There was one gentleman who was really very nice and helped us figure out the bus to the airport. He even drove us to the bus stop to show us where it was. It was just a few minutes away but really nice of him.
Some cons and things to take note of:
1. Most staff DO NOT speak English. They use google translate which is effective for the most part, but tough if you need to have a discussion.
2. The hotel page mentions airport drop of free. The hotel claims it’s not included and impossible to have a discussion so couldn’t do much. Not sure if this is a trip.com issue or a hotel issue.
3. Breakfast really is very good. But it’s a fixed Turkish breakfast so if you have dietaries this may be tough. The staff would casually ask “tea,coffee, juice?” as though it was all included and then when we were checking out we get a bill of £40 for a few coffees. Seems only the tea was included. When we told them no one informed us if it was chargeable, all they did was offer us 2 coffees in the morning to compensate. Really not okay.
4. LOUD MUSIC. There is music playing loudly till 1am. The first 2 nights it was a bit quieter and shut off by 12. But the last night it went on till 1am. When we complained around 12 they said oh this is normal but now since some guests have complained we’ll reduce the volume. Really didn’t make much of a difference. Last night there, completely spoilt the lovely few days we had there.

OOzgeDemOverall, we had a good experience during our stay. The hotel offers a generous breakfast and dinner buffet with plenty of variety, which we really enjoyed.
The location is convenient. There is a supermarket about a 10-minute walk from the hotel, and the minibus stop is located right in front of the hotel, making it easy to get around.
The swimming pool was excellent, with plenty of sun loungers available, so it was always easy to find a place to relax.
However, there were also some disappointing aspects. The hotel had very few facilities and activities available. Most activities required advance reservations, and there was not much entertainment within the hotel itself.
The staff were friendly, but many of them seemed very young and inexperienced. As a result, the overall management and service did not always meet the standards we expected from a five-star hotel. The drinks were also quite expensive, and unfortunately the quality did not justify the price. For example, we ordered a strawberry milkshake, but after waiting around 20 minutes, we were told that the necessary ingredients were out of stock. Situations like this are disappointing, especially when staying at a hotel that advertises itself as a five-star property.
That said, if your main goal is to relax, enjoy the beach, and have a peaceful holiday, this is still a good place to stay.

GGastnutzerWir hatten einen ausgezeichneten aufenthalt. Das Personal war unglaublich zuvorkommend und herzlich, uns wurde immer geholfen und man wurde sehr nett empfangen, wie als auch verabschiedet. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und der ausblick aus dem Zimmer einfach wundervoll, direkt auf das Meer. Man sollte während seines aufenthalts definitiv auf den Rooftop, man hat eine einzigartige aussicht über Izmir. Den Spa bereich haben wir auch genutzt und auch da war alles sauber, die Massage die wir gebucht haben, kann ich nur weiterempfehlen, sie war unglaublich. Alles in einem sind wir mehr als zufrieden und hatten einen tollen aufenthalt. Immer wieder gerne.

JJoshua PaulI had such a lovely stay at this boutique hotel — it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcome. The staff, who are part of the family that runs the hotel, were so friendly and kind. Their warmth really added a personal touch to the whole experience.
I was immediately struck by how beautifully the space was designed. The decor was modern but with a tasteful Turkish influence that made it feel both elegant and authentic. My room was cool and comfortable thanks to great air conditioning, and the bed was one of the comfiest I’ve slept in during my travels.
One of my favourite parts of each day was sitting by the pool and watching the sunset — the view was just stunning and made the whole place feel so peaceful and special. It’s an intimate space, never crowded, and perfect for relaxing.
The location was also really convenient. I found it easy to visit Ephesus and the Temple of Artemis, and the staff were full of helpful suggestions for places to eat, local sights, and travel tips.
Overall, I had an excellent experience. I felt truly looked after, and the hotel itself was beautiful and restful. I’d absolutely stay again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a charming, peaceful stay with a personal touch!

1. The hotel is located in the best central area of Alaçatı.
2. There are plenty of parking spots just a few steps away from the hotel.
3. Free breakfast is provided.
4. The hotel is clean.
5. The view and interior design of the hotel are very beautiful and appealing.
Negative Points:
1. Consider increasing the variety of the breakfast buffet and offering coffee as well. The breakfast selection, especially the hot menu, is limited.
2. Since the airport is quite far from the hotel (1.5 hours), there is no transfer service, or the cost is quite high. I suggest subsidizing part of the transfer cost for your guests.
3. There is no heated pool. It would be great to have warm water in the pool during the colder seasons.
4. The outdoor seating area by the pool is unusable during the colder months. I suggest adding heating equipment near the tables and chairs by the pool.
5. No special slippers are provided in the bathroom and toilet. The available foam slippers are not suitable for wet areas and get soaked.
6. There is no welcome drink or anything similar. I suggest offering a welcome drink to guests.
all in all I will choose it again.

GGastnutzerZwei 1.5m Betten sind sehr geeignet für die Familienreise, die Terrasse ist sehr groß, die Nacht ist auch ruhig, das heißt, die Lage ist relativ, es gibt keine Dörfer und keine Laden, es gibt mehrere Restaurants umgeben, es gibt kein chinesisches Essen, es gibt keinen Ort, wo die Straße zu begraben ist, die Tür ist voll mit dem Auto oder dem Paket, das Hotel hat keinen Pool, wenn es einen Innen- und Außenpool gibt, Das ist perfekt.

GGastnutzerWir waren im Doubletree weil wir am Tag vor unserem Föug unseren Mietwagen ohne Stress abgeben wollten. Direkt neben dem Hotel ist eine sehr gute Autowäsche. Am nächsten Morgen sind wir dann mit dem Taxi zum Flughafen. Mit dem Taxi waren es ca. 5 Minuten zum Flughafen. Das Hotel ist modern und gemütlich. Unser Zimmer hatte eine Terrasse mit Blick auf einen Pool. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Lediglich den Shuttleservice zum Flughafen scheint es nicht mehr zu geben. Als wir buchten war auf der Website des DoubleTrees die Rede von einem Shuttleservice zum Flughafen. Allgemein fanden wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und würden das Hotel weiter empfehlen.
