Die Lage war wunderschön, wir mussten keine öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nehmen. Es gab Handtücher, Föhn und Schampoo. Außerdem hat Hedi uns sehr geholfen, wenn wir fragen hatten. Alle waren sehr nett. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. Wenn ich nochmal nach Stockholm reise, werde ich mich aufjedenfall wieder für Rygerfjord Hotel entscheiden. Danke für Ihre Freundlichkeit.

Es liegt ganz in der Nähe des Flughafens. Wenn Sie nach 11 Uhr abends ankommen, können Sie den Shuttlebus nehmen. Sie können den Bus Nr. 3 am Flughafen T2 nehmen und in zwei oder drei Minuten am Hoteleingang ankommen Haltestellen. Das Frühstück gibt es um vier Uhr, was praktisch für diejenigen ist, die morgens ein Flugzeug nehmen. Es gibt auch ein Fitnessstudio, das ist sehr praktisch.

Я останавливался в Motel L Älvsjö в Стокгольме и хочу поделиться впечатлениями.
Отель произвел очень хорошее впечатление: интерьер стильный, современный, яркий — все в скандинавском минимализме, но с акцентами в цвете. Номера не слишком большие, но очень продуманные: удобная кровать, хорошее освещение, рабочая поверхность, телевизор с большим экраном. Всё выглядит свежо и ухоженно, уборка поддерживается на высоком уровне.
Особенно понравилось, что в ванной отличный душ с хорошим напором воды и современным дизайном — это мелочь, но очень влияет на комфорт.
Расположение отеля тоже удачное: буквально пару минут пешком до станции Älvsjö, откуда можно за 10–15 минут доехать до центра Стокгольма. Рядом есть магазины и кафе, так что проблем с едой и покупками нет. Сам район спокойный, тихий и безопасный.
Общее пространство отеля очень приятное: есть лобби с баром, где можно выпить кофе или что-то покрепче вечером. Атмосфера непринужденная, молодежная, много путешественников.
Персонал вежливый и дружелюбный, всегда готовы подсказать дорогу или помочь с вопросами. Заселение и выезд проходят быстро и без лишних формальностей.

Bra läge, rena rum. Man behöver ha med sig ett hänglås för att kunna låsa in sina behörigheter i en låda under sängen. Handdukar ingår inte och man behöver betala 60 kr per dag för att kunna låna en handduk från hostel.
Jag sov väldigt dåligt. Folk på rummet har ingen respekt för andra. Med tanke på att hostel har våningssängar, och då är väldigt känsliga. Min granne på sängen ovanpå mig har rört på sig hela natten, och då skackades hela sängen.
Stället var rent, men aldrig hostel för mig igen.

It’s a good stay for people either having an early or late flight. Aiden provides free shuttle service twice every hour and the whole drive is approximately 5 to 6 minutes, just remember to check their schedule. One thing I’m not quite satisfied is the cleaner didn’t remove the trash from previous guest, lukily they’re all in a paper bag. I didn’t head up to the receptionist since I arrived Aiden at very late night (check-in is available for 24 hours as they have 2 self-checkin machines), but they did apologise for that when I told them during check-out. I believe it’s just a minor issue (at least for me). In general, it’s good for short stay, they have breakfast and a large bathroom (compares to other one-person room).

GGastnutzerWir hatten ein 15m² großes Zimmer. Vielleicht war meine Vorstellung von 15m² auch überschätzt aber das Zimmer war schon sehr eng. Besonders der Eingangsbereich war sehr schmal. In dem Schrank befindet sich ein Bügelbrett und -eisen, was ich persönlich eher für mehr Kleidungsablagen im Schrank ausgetauscht hätte, das es daran etwas gemangelt hat. Das Wifi in unserem Zimmer im 7. Stock war schrecklich. Es ist andauernd disconnected oder hat lange geladen. Das Bett hätte für zwei Personen etwas breiter sein können. Es wurde eine extra Matratze auf das Bett gelegt, die andauernd verrutscht ist. Außerdem war es ein sehr wackeliges Bett (mit Sprungfedern oder so), dass wenn einer sich im Schlaf nur minimal bewegt hat, hat das ganze Bett wie Wackelpudding gewackelt. Es hieß das Zimmer wäre Schallgedämpft. Davon hat man garnichts gemerkt. Man hat alles vom Flur oder vom Nachbarzimmer gehört.
Nun aber zu den positiven Dingen:
Die Lage ist natürlich nh 10/10. Man ist fast direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Die Lobby ist sehr schön ausgestattet. Unter anderem eine schöne Bar an der man immer gratis Zitronen-Gurken Wasser bekommt und zwei Shuffle-Boards die sehr viel Spaß gemacht haben. Das Fitnessstudio ist im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels gut ausgestattet.

SSimonI recently stayed at this hotel with my family, hoping for a relaxing break. However, our experience was far from what we expected.
Upon check-in, there was no mention of any building works taking place. It wasn’t until later that we noticed a small sign in the hotel lift, casually mentioning that disturbances might occur between 9 AM and 5 PM from Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, this warning was not only insufficient but also inaccurate. We were rudely awakened at 7:15 AM by loud drilling, far earlier than the supposed start time.
When we went down for breakfast, we were shocked to find that the building work had already begun, well before 9 AM too. The noise and disruption made it impossible to enjoy and certainly not a relaxing start to the day. The coffee was dreadful, as another reviewer had mentioned, and the breakfast experience was further marred by the staff’s lack of attention. If you are lucky enough to have your table wiped, don’t expect it to be done with a clean cloth or any cleaning products. Rooms shabby, location however is good.
The situation worsened after we checked out. Despite having prepaid for our stay through Trip.com, we were charged again on our credit card for the entire stay, 24 hours after departure. This has resulted in the hassle of trying to get the hotel to refund us from overseas and we’ve had to engage our credit card company to assist with the dispute. While Trip.com has done their best to secure compensation for the building work disruption, the hotel has been utterly uncooperative occurring to trip.com seniors.
Adding insult to injury, we didn’t even receive a goodbye when we checked out—just a lacklustre experience from start to finish. This hotel is part of a large chain it seems, but it’s clear that they are not customer-focused at all. I would strongly advise reconsidering whether they deserve your money. There are plenty of other places that understand the basics of hospitality….. improvements needed!

Es ist nur wenige Schritte von der U-Bahn-Station entfernt. Es ist sehr bequem, überall hin zu gehen und an verschiedenen U-Bahn-Stationen einzuchecken.

The location was unbeatable — just steps away from great shopping streets, excellent restaurants, and easy access to public transport, making it perfect for exploring the city on foot. Many attractions like Nybroviken, Strandvägen promenade, and the metro are within walking distance, so it was incredibly convenient for sightseeing.
The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, from check‑in to offering local tips. They made me feel truly welcome, and service throughout my stay was consistently excellent.
The room was clean, stylish, and comfortable, with modern design details that gave it a chic, Scandinavian vibe. While European city hotels sometimes have smaller rooms, everything felt well‑organized and cozy, and the comfortable bed ensured a great night’s sleep.
One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet — it offered a variety of tasty choices and was a great way to start each morning before heading out to explore.
The hotel also has a lively bar and restaurant downstairs, perfect for grabbing a drink or dinner without going far. The overall vibe of the property was modern and fun, making the stay feel more like a memorable experience than just another hotel visit.
Overall, I would highly recommend Story Hotel Stockholm Stureplan to anyone visiting Stockholm — especially if you want a stylish, centrally located hotel with great service and a welcoming atmosphere.

BBabongile BhebeEin wunderbares Hotel mit moderner Infrastruktur. Es liegt direkt neben dem Bahnhof Urisksdal (1 Gehminute). Das Frühstück war wunderbar, das Abendessen im Hotel war perfekt. Der Pool funktionierte während unseres Besuchs nicht, er wurde gerade gewartet, aber wir hatten die Möglichkeit, die Sauna zu benutzen (gegen Aufpreis) und sie war fantastisch. Ich würde es auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

MManshijieliudadelaoyuDas Hotel hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage und die Zimmerhygiene ist akzeptabel. Allerdings war die Badezimmerheizung in dem Zimmer, in dem ich übernachtet habe, kaputt, was etwas bedauerlich war. Das Frühstück im Hotel gilt in Nordeuropa als reichhaltig. Der Service des Barkeepers ist sehr enthusiastisch und der Preis ist nicht teuer. Es liegt nur 15 Gehminuten von den Hauptattraktionen entfernt. empfehlen
Der Pauschalpreis für die Fahrt mit dem Taxi vom Flughafen zum Hotel beträgt jedoch 720, was in Ordnung ist. Die Fahrt mit dem Taxi vom Hotel zum Flughafen kostet jedoch volle 1600 schwedische Kronen betrogen worden.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar: mitten im Herzen von Stockholm, in der Nähe der wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten und der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Die Zimmer waren kompakt, aber gut organisiert, mit bequemen Betten und moderner Ausstattung. Wir haben das kostenlose Frühstück sehr geschätzt, das eine große Auswahl bot und uns für unsere Erkundungstouren stärkte. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit, sodass wir uns wie zu Hause fühlten. Es war ein preisgünstiger Aufenthalt, ohne dass wir auf Komfort oder Bequemlichkeit verzichten mussten. Eine hervorragende Wahl für Familien, die eine zentrale und unkomplizierte Unterkunft in Stockholm suchen! Absolut empfehlenswert!

GGastnutzerDer Service war sehr gut und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung des Zimmer war sehr modern und durchgedesignt, vor allem das Badezimmer. Die weitere Ausstattung des Hotels mit Fitnessraum und Sauna waren sehr gut und sauber mit modernen Fitnessgeräten, ausliegenden Handtüchern, einem Wasserspender und Äpfeln.
Außerdem gibt es in der großzügigen Eingangshalle einen Fotoautomaten, ein witziges und einzigartiges Detail.
Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen kleinen Gemüse-Shot.
Lediglich der Fitnessraum und die Sauna sind etwas schwer von der Eingangshalle aus zu finden und die Beschilderung ist nicht immer nachvollziehbar.

GGastnutzerEtt hem was part of the reason that we came to Stockholm!! We were very excited to come stay here as we have heard such great things from friends.
The whole concept is that it’s a home, and it really did feel like that! It felt as though we were staying at a friends home, where we can roam around all of the shared areas and spend time anywhere, in the living room, lounges, library, garden etc. The space was designed by a famous interior designer. Our room was an attic room that was quite beautiful. We also opted to have dinner at the house; the menu changes daily depending on what the chef orders in, and on our night it was delicious. We also used their spa room / sauna which was very enjoyable.
My only comment is that while the staff were all very friendly and nice, they were not always available to be found. At times I would need something and go to the main check in counter and there wouldn’t be anyone there, and I would have to roam around the house looking for someone. Same goes for the entrance. You have to ring the bell every time you come back to Ett Hem and on a few occasions, no one answered the door bell or they answered but didn’t follow up / open the door / or come to get us. I understand it’s a part of the casual home feel, but for a luxury hotel I would have preferred a little more availability…
Great stay overall though!!
