Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und auch der Busbahnhof ist schnell zu erreichen. Es ist modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, und der Self-Check-in war für Reisende wie uns sehr praktisch.

Das Hotel ist sehr neu, sauber und modern gestaltet, das Frühstück war auch gut. Der Grund für die schlechte Bewertung ist, dass ich es hasse, wenn ein und derselbe Zimmertyp unterschiedliche Größen hat und man am Ende immer das kleinste bekommt. Außerdem habe ich über einen Monat im Voraus gebucht, und als ich später nachgeschaut habe, war der Preis sogar günstiger. Da ich aber eine nicht stornierbare Rate gewählt hatte, musste ich es hinnehmen. Ich finde solche Hotels sehr intransparent. Freunde, die hier buchen möchten, sollten unbedingt eine stornierbare Rate wählen und die Preise im Auge behalten.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, hoping for a relaxing break. However, our experience was far from what we expected. Upon check-in, there was no mention of any building works taking place. It wasn’t until later that we noticed a small sign in the hotel lift, casually mentioning that disturbances might occur between 9 AM and 5 PM from Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, this warning was not only insufficient but also inaccurate. We were rudely awakened at 7:15 AM by loud drilling, far earlier than the supposed start time. When we went down for breakfast, we were shocked to find that the building work had already begun, well before 9 AM too. The noise and disruption made it impossible to enjoy and certainly not a relaxing start to the day. The coffee was dreadful, as another reviewer had mentioned, and the breakfast experience was further marred by the staff’s lack of attention. If you are lucky enough to have your table wiped, don’t expect it to be done with a clean cloth or any cleaning products. Rooms shabby, location however is good. The situation worsened after we checked out. Despite having prepaid for our stay through Trip.com, we were charged again on our credit card for the entire stay, 24 hours after departure. This has resulted in the hassle of trying to get the hotel to refund us from overseas and we’ve had to engage our credit card company to assist with the dispute. While Trip.com has done their best to secure compensation for the building work disruption, the hotel has been utterly uncooperative occurring to trip.com seniors. Adding insult to injury, we didn’t even receive a goodbye when we checked out—just a lacklustre experience from start to finish. This hotel is part of a large chain it seems, but it’s clear that they are not customer-focused at all. I would strongly advise reconsidering whether they deserve your money. There are plenty of other places that understand the basics of hospitality….. improvements needed!

Ausstattung: Die meisten Annehmlichkeiten sind vorhanden, nur ein Wasserkocher fehlte; wir haben an der Rezeption einen angefordert. Sauberkeit: Die Reinigung erfolgt nicht standardmäßig. Umgebung: Sehr schön. In der Nähe des Entensees. Service: Ausgezeichnet.

Das Alleinstellungsmerkmal dieses Hotels ist seine erstklassige Lage! Gleich um die Ecke befindet sich ein Busbahnhof, von dem alle 15 Minuten komfortable Busse zum und vom Flughafen ARN fahren. Außerdem sind alle guten Museen, Restaurants und Pubs bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war ordentlich, ohne Schnickschnack, aber einfach sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Ausruhen und Frischmachen braucht. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist auch gut. Es kann allerdings recht voll werden, wenn man nicht schon um 7 Uhr morgens in den Tag starten möchte. Also, ich bin begeistert!

We had an excellent one night stay before our early flight home. Great experience all round, check-in and check-out via the app certainly made life easier and much quicker at Reception. The bed was extremely comfortable and we appreciated the tea and coffee facilities. We had food at the restaurant which was delicious and hot. All staff were friendly and accommodating. The free shuttle service to the airport run smoothly and on time. My only negative thought was that the swimming pool was cold but still refreshing. We highly recommend and will 100% be back. This was our second visit and we weren't disappointed A*****

Bra läge, rena rum. Man behöver ha med sig ett hänglås för att kunna låsa in sina behörigheter i en låda under sängen. Handdukar ingår inte och man behöver betala 60 kr per dag för att kunna låna en handduk från hostel. Jag sov väldigt dåligt. Folk på rummet har ingen respekt för andra. Med tanke på att hostel har våningssängar, och då är väldigt känsliga. Min granne på sängen ovanpå mig har rört på sig hela natten, och då skackades hela sängen. Stället var rent, men aldrig hostel för mig igen.

I had a fantastic stay at Story Hotel Stockholm Stureplan right in the heart of Stockholm. The location was unbeatable — just steps away from great shopping streets, excellent restaurants, and easy access to public transport, making it perfect for exploring the city on foot. Many attractions like Nybroviken, Strandvägen promenade, and the metro are within walking distance, so it was incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, from check‑in to offering local tips. They made me feel truly welcome, and service throughout my stay was consistently excellent. The room was clean, stylish, and comfortable, with modern design details that gave it a chic, Scandinavian vibe. While European city hotels sometimes have smaller rooms, everything felt well‑organized and cozy, and the comfortable bed ensured a great night’s sleep. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet — it offered a variety of tasty choices and was a great way to start each morning before heading out to explore. The hotel also has a lively bar and restaurant downstairs, perfect for grabbing a drink or dinner without going far. The overall vibe of the property was modern and fun, making the stay feel more like a memorable experience than just another hotel visit. Overall, I would highly recommend Story Hotel Stockholm Stureplan to anyone visiting Stockholm — especially if you want a stylish, centrally located hotel with great service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Dieses Hotel ist wirklich toll! ! Erstens ist der Raum sehr groß, die Ausstattung im Raum ist sehr vollständig und er sieht sehr neu aus, was den Leuten ein gutes Gefühl gibt, nachdem sie ihn gesehen haben. Zweitens ist das Frühstück des Hotels reichhaltig, mit viel Brot, Obst und Getränken. Die Einstellung des Personals war ebenfalls sehr gut und sehr freundlich. Sie sorgten für einen frühen Check-in. Auch die Dekoration des Hotels ist gut Es gibt viele Supermärkte in der Nähe. Sie können die S-Bahn innerhalb von fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichen und das Stadtzentrum in 10 Minuten erreichen. Obwohl es nicht im Stadtzentrum liegt, fühlen sich die Leute hier nicht trostlos oder gefährlich, und die beiden Mädchen wie wir haben sich hier sehr wohl gefühlt! Und der Preis ist zu freundlich! Empfohlen~

Für mein zweites Hotel in Schweden habe ich das Sheraton Hotel gewählt, das relativ stadtnah liegt. Tatsächlich liegt dieses Hotel auch ganz in der Nähe des Rathauses und des Königspalastes und der Hauptbahnhof befindet sich direkt im Erdgeschoss. Die Lage ist großartig. Das Zimmer ist größer als erwartet. Die Einzelbetten sind 1,5 Meter breit und sehr bequem. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und es gibt viele Möglichkeiten. Die Lage dieses Hotels ist großartig!
