Review: 5-Star Comfort with a Small Location Caveat Overall Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently stayed at Centro Olaya Riyadh and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is impeccable—the rooms are modern, sleek, and exceptionally clean, offering a perfect urban retreat in the middle of a busy city. What I loved: Service: The staff were professional and went out of their way to ensure a smooth check-in and comfortable stay. Facilities: The rooftop pool and gym are highlights of the property, offering great views and a chance to relax. Vibe: It has a very chic, lifestyle-focused atmosphere that is perfect for both business travelers and couples. The only downside: The only thing to be aware of is that there aren’t many shops or convenience stores within immediate walking distance of the hotel entrance. If you need snacks, pharmacy items, or a quick retail fix, you’ll likely need to take a short Uber or drive to one of the nearby malls or commercial strips. Verdict: Despite the lack of immediate shops nearby, the quality of the hotel and the service make it a 5-star stay for me. I would definitely stay here again, just with a little more preparation for my personal supplies!

A great location for a close link to the airport, but not in city centre. Perfect for us. Staff attentive,respectful and most importantly friendly with a smile. Very posh in side and good touches throughout the building. We enjoyed our stay. Buffet style restaurant also great. “Lune” restaurant was inside hotel and had various style foods, all fantastic.

Sehr zufriedenes Hotel! Das Zimmer ist komfortabel und sauber, die Betten sind sauber und schlafen sehr komfortabel. Der größte Lichtpunkt ist die geografische Lage überlegen, ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu gehen ist der Supermarkt, die Lieferung von Geschäften ist super bequem. Der Mitarbeiterservice ist enthusiastisch und aufmerksam, reagiert schnell und macht die Leute ein Gefühl, dass sie zurückkehren. Ob Geschäftsreisen oder Reisen, sind hier die idealen Wahlen, stark empfohlen!

酒店較好，離萬豪酒店很近。就是在馬路的這一側，稍微有點吵，應該是隔音做的一般。除此之外，整體來説酒店OK。

Everything that you want from a hotel - clean rooms (spacious and quite - cannot hear neighbours or the highway infront of the house), good service (after two days the staff made me omelette without me even asking for it) and perfect location (central and 2-3mins walking distance from Al Mourabba metro and Lulu hypermarket). If - like me - you can’t go a day without exercise, the gym offers the basic equipment, too. Recommend you book with breakfast - it’s buffet and has sufficient choice.

The rooms have been refurbished recently but the spa and fitness amenities are very dated and tired. They urgently need to be refurbished too as they don’t offer the comfort and luxury you would expect from Four Seasons. Service was mixed, some of the stuff was very attentive and other was just indifferent, so for us service was again not what we are used to by FS. We would recommend staying here only if you are on business trip because of the location.
