Das Zimmer, das ich reservierte, war das kompakte Innenzimmer. Perfekt für einen Einzelreisenden und der Preis war sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage war hervorragend. In der Nähe des Buswechsels und Intercity Bushalte. Zimmer war sauber. Ich würde noch einmal buchen.

Wegen starkem Regen an der Westküste fuhr ich zurück in die Stadt und blieb für eine Nacht. Es war sauber. Jedes Zimmer im ersten Stock hat eine Hintertür zum Garten. Frühstück ist dabei. Brot, Marmelade, Kaffee und Tee sind inklusive. Die ganze Mahlzeit scheint 21,5 Yuan zu kosten. , Feng Jian von Leuten

This was by far the best hotel I stayed at in New Zealand. Compared to other Hilton properties, the bed here was noticeably larger and more comfortable. I stayed in a twin room, and each bed was around 1.2 to 1.5 meters wide, whereas other hotels only offered very narrow single beds (about 0.9 meters). There was also plenty of space between the beds, which made the room feel much more comfortable. The room was very clean, well-equipped, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also decent, making it a very convenient and pleasant place to stay overall. I would highly recommend this hotel — especially if you’re looking for a comfortable and restful experience.

ELMS hotel at Christchurch provide with welcome drink voucher during our check in. Unluckily we don’t receive any room upgrade from the reception during 3 days of staying. location wise is conveniently and there’re various restaurants and cafes nearby the hotel! Interior facilities seem a bit of old style, and dusts on the desk and cups are observed! Not far from the hotel to the city centre where you can take boat or tram exploring around the Christchurch!

Das enthusiastische und gut bediente Personal. Wir haben das Restaurant falsch als Rezeption betrachtet, die Barpersonal ist sehr geduldig und sagt, dass es oft passiert, und führt uns dann zum Abschiedstermin. Das Frühstück ist großartig! Es gibt auch Mikrowellenschränke, Essgeräte und kostenlose Taschentücher, die im Kreuzungssaal verwendet werden können. Das Bier im Restaurant ist sehr lecker!

I received a 'warm' greeting from the desk clerk upon my arrival, with the 'check-in' straight forward and quick. Upon entering my room, I found it to be tidy and clean. Very impressed! But to my dismay, there was no alarm clock in the room so I could set my 'wake-up'!! I also had issues with setting the air conditioner. Upon going down to reception and enquiring about these issues, I was advised: 1. They don't have alarm clocks in their rooms, but can offer a 'wake-up call' after 7am when the office is open. 2. The desk clerk did show me how to operate the air conditioner using the one in the office. He even turned mine on and adjusted it to suit my requirements, using a master control in the office. Great service there! But if you are staying at the hotel, it would pay to set your own 'wake-up alarm' using your watch, or what-ever else you have. That is, if before 7am. Be wary of the rooms either side of you, I could hear what was going on in the room next to me, talking, tv, etc. Breakfast in the morning is a 'set' menu, but I was surprised to find that the cooked breakfast and continental breakfast were two different prices! At other hotels, for about the same price, I received both cooked and continental for the one price. I even had to pay for a glass of orange juice! Coffee/tea and water was complimentary. Overall, I did enjoy enjoy my cooked breakfast. Overall, I was happy in some respects with the hotel, but disappointed in others during my stay. The location of the hotel is within an easy walking distance to the Christchurch Square etc. The Christchurch Casino is literally just around the corner.

Das Hotel ist nicht sehr alt, so ist es ziemlich frisch und sauber, es ist in einem großen Ort und das Personal ist genügend angenehm. Der Pool ist sehr klein und beschäftigt, aber Sie bleiben in Kaikoura - ins Meer. Betten sind komfortabel. Wir hatten keine Zeit, das Restaurant oder die Bar zu versuchen, als wir in die Stadt gingen (ein Favorit unserer auf der Südinsel). Parkplatz war einfach - wir parkten auf der Straße draußen.

we had a pleasant stay. nice and warm place. however, some rooms need to take some stairs/steps which is a bit inconvenient when you have heavy luggages.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Das Zimmer war sauber, das Personal war freundlich! 🚘Parken: Es gibt einen privaten Parkplatz (ca. 10 Autos), aber das Parken an der Straße vor dem Hotel ist rund um die Uhr kostenlos, daher würde ich sagen, dass es sehr praktisch ist!!

The family room is huge! The beds can fit 2 adults and 4 children (if the hotel allows). We used this as a one night hotel stay before heading to the airport in the morning. The staff kindly helped my children check in and bring our numerous luggage to the room because my husband and I had to rush to Hertz to drop off the car. Sorry we didn’t tip as we didn’t know who you were! But thank you! We really should’ve stayed one more night and eaten at the 4.5 star google rated restaurant in the hotel. Can walk to shops + major car drop off. Apx NZD$30 Uber ride to airport!
