Akjola Personal ist sehr gut geeignet, zusätzliche Meilen zu gehen, um mit allen unseren Bedürfnissen zu helfen. Sie sind super freundlich, gut Englisch sprechen, und sehr hilfreich. Schießen Sie auf Malik und Lera aus dem Frontdesk. Wird sicher wieder in Akjola bleiben, wenn ich in Bishkek bin!

Останавливался в отеле на одну ночь после ночного перелета. Заселился в номер очень быстро. Номер оплачивал через сайт Trip.com. рублями тут же на ресепшене , что очень удобно , так как наши карты в Бишкеке не работают. Номер просторный, хороший вид из окна. Из отеля удобно добираться до основых достопримечательностей города. Хочется отметить доброжелательность персонала отеля и достойные завтраки. Я бы порекомендовал данный отель друзьям.

Had a really great stay here! The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the overall service was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I also really liked the amenities provided — everything we needed was there. The environment felt calm and relaxing, perfect for a short getaway. Location was convenient and easy to access. Overall, everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly. Highly recommended, especially for couples. Would definitely come back again! 😊

Dieses Hostel ist für Sie völlig empfohlen, wenn Sie nach einem Sharing-Zimmer oder sogar ein privates Zimmer suchen, sie haben gute Küche und komplett für die Küchenhilfen, ihr Zimmer sauber, und auch ihr WC ist sogar die Toilette teilen, aber sie halten es sauber 👍🏻

convenient downtown location, yet quite quiet; fast check-in check out; 3+ stars facilities; some of the sockets are of UK standard which could be helpful for certain people; central heating is a bit too hot, need to open the window from time to time; bed sheets aren’t changed every 3 days as supposed and the floor could be washed better; gym is the way too small, apart from that all good, breakfast is satisfactory

Отель очень неплох, хотя номера маленькие. Спа - огонь, там почти всегда пусто. Что плохо, так это забывчивый персонал. Забыть положить мыло в номер при заезде гостей. Забыть его принести после напоминания. Забыть отремонтировать лейку в душе. Забыть убрать номер. Пойти за карточкой и не вернуться - это, увы, в норме.

Mein drei-Nacht-Besuch war absolut erfreulich. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich hilfreich und willkommen, seit ich ankam. Mein Zimmer war konsequent sauber, ruhig und sehr komfortabel. Die zentrale Lage des Hotels machte es einfach, die Gegend zu erkunden, und jedes Abends zurückzukehren fühlte sich wie zu Hause zu kommen. Es war die perfekte Basis für mein langes Wochenende, bietet sowohl Entspannung als auch Komfort. Ich werde sicherlich zurückkommen.

Spacious room and bathroom, ok breakfast, location is a little outside of the central district, good service and cleanliness. Some of the Chinese guests are smoking in the bathroom regardless of the warnings and fines, regardless of the designated balcony on each floor reserved for smokers and a nice patio in front of the hotel. My suggestion to the hotel is to put signs in the Chinese language and to organise a breakfast buffet with more simpler dishes instead of complicated baked cheese-topped combinations.

The location is somewhat at the fringe of the city centre. Room amenities are very basic.

I stayed at Avant Hotel for a whole week and honestly it became one of my favorite stays in Bishkek. The location is perfect, literally right in the city center and super close to everywhere, which made everything so easy during my trip. Restaurants, cafés, shopping, and attractions were all nearby. What made this hotel really special for me was the staff. Every single person was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Since I stayed for a week, they even started recognizing me, always smiling, saying hello every time I walked in, and making me feel really comfortable and at home. Their hospitality felt very sincere and warm, not forced at all. The service was amazing from beginning to end, and whenever I needed help, they were always ready to assist with kindness and professionalism. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bishkek.
