Hello, hotel was okay, but I arrived late at midnight and they don’t have the service of concierge, no one helped me to bring my things up when I had stroller with baby and big luggage . So was a bit disappointed with the service and expected more for this level of hotel. Breakfast was ok . Was enough things to choose and eat.

Overall experience was good. Location is strategic Room is spacious. Good restaurants are all within walking distance. We checked out at 7am, Didn’t manage to take our breakfast but the hotel was very thoughtful in preparing a breakfast pack for us to take away.

Ich bin jetzt zum dritten Mal hier. Das Zimmer ist sehr günstig, was in der Gegend selten ist. Es liegt auch ganz in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums und ist sehr bequem mit dem Taxi zu erreichen. Es gibt eine Wechselstube, wenn man ausgeht. Auch die Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und der Service ist jederzeit erreichbar. Das Haus ist groß und sehr günstig. Der Hof im Erdgeschoss ist auch sehr schön und es gibt auch einen Kühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle. Allerdings ist das WLAN des Hotels nicht sehr gut. Wenn Sie arbeiten müssen, müssen Sie in die Lobby gehen.

Das Zimmer hat keinen besonderen Geschmack, die hygienische ist gut, relativ ruhig, der Holzstil ist sehr gut, es ist sehr bequem, wo immer Sie umgeben gehen. ★Der Busbahnhof wird Ende Oktober 2024 verlegt. Von diesem Hostel aus ist er mit dem Taxi in etwa 30 Minuten erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel! Der Wäscheservice kostete 300 Som pro Waschgang und 300 Som pro Trocknen. Das Hostel bietet auch Touren zum Ala-Arka-Nationalpark an, die sehr günstig und praktisch waren: Für insgesamt 4 oder mehr Teilnehmer kosteten sie nur 1.000 Som (4.000 für 1 Person, 2.000 für 2 Personen, 1.300 für 3 Personen). Es ist wirklich schade, dass der Busbahnhof verlegt wurde.
