As it is not near the JR station, you need to take a tram to get there. But it is near the castle and the arcade where there are many stalls to shop. Service is excellent. The bed is quite comfortable too.

Kurokawa onsen was the highlight of my trip to Kyushu. So I splurged on this accomodation. I chose a room with river view and it was the best decision. Love the stay so much. Staffs were lovely and helpful. They speak good English and Mandarin. Lobby was spacious. Plenty of spaces to chill and chat as a family. The onsens were abundance to choose from. Breakfast was awesome, so was dinner. We got the room with 2 beds and 2 futons. We all enjoyed our stay so much

Gute Lage, nahegelegene Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Einfacher Zugang vom Bahnhof. Sauber und ruhiger Zimmer.

Der Hotelpersonalservice ist super gut, sehr bescheiden und sehr lecker (das ist auch ein Lächeln). Die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption haben sich auch beim Abflug aus eigener Initiative erholt, sie haben sich auch dazu ausgesprochen, die Fotos zu filmen und unsere Autos auf der Straße zu befördern. Wenn das Auto verlässt, haben sie auch wieder neues Begeisterungssystem. Das Zimmer ist auch groß (das Schlauch- und das Zimmer sind super groß, die Haupträume sind mehr als 25 Kilometer), und die Landschaft ist auch sehr gut, siehst du einen Fluss an und hört auch die Flussschall (Natürlich müssen Sie das Fenster öffnen, das Geräusch ist gut). Wärme ist auch ein großes Merkmal des Hotels. Wir sind kostenlos im Hotel und bekommen einen Bus. Sie können am Hoteltür sitzen. Die Klasse ist ungefähr 20-30 Minuten pro Klasse. Sie erhalten das Hotel in der Freizeit warm, es gibt 5 warme Klippen, und es ist alles sehr gut, aber es gibt wenige Leute, die 😂😂😂 gehen. Und Freunde sagen, es ist ein Erlebnis, das es wert ist, wieder zu leben.

Kleines, kompaktes Zimmer mit moderner Einrichtung. Bequemes Bett und gute Belüftung dank eines kleinen Ventilators. Ein zusätzliches Bettlaken wurde bereitgestellt, sodass das Schlafsofa in ein weiteres Einzelbett umgewandelt werden konnte. Groß genug für einen Teenager zum Schlafen. Ausreichend Platz zum Öffnen eines großen Koffers. Das Zimmer wirkte etwas feucht, aber da wir nur zwei Nächte dort waren, haben wir nicht gewechselt. Viele kostenlose Parkplätze sind vorhanden. In der Nähe befindet sich die Aso-Milchfabrik, die man unbedingt für leckeres Gebäck und Snacks besuchen sollte.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut, liegt direkt neben dem Bahnhof Kumamoto und steht anderen beliebten Hotels in nichts nach. Der Preis ist auch sehr günstig. Es gibt drei Betten für drei Personen und im inneren Zimmer gibt es auch einen Schreibtisch, was sehr gut ist. Das Hotel ist auch sehr ruhig und sehr schön. Es ist auch fünf Gehminuten vom gegenüberliegenden Amu Plaza entfernt. An der Ecke des Hotels befindet sich auch eine Biccamera.

Location is close to kumamoto station, you only need to take the tram for 1 stop. Alternatively, there is also a paid shuttl bus by the hotel that takes u around. We got a room change because our original room had an insect, the staff was quick and nice about it. Room style is quite old school as it is an old building. There’s also a kumamon mascot that greets u at the lobby :)

Nothing can be complained for me. The staffs were very helpful. A little fancy instagramable breakfast. All attractions are near - Kumamoto Castle, Kumamon Square, Department & Convenient Stores, Walking street including restaurants. Room design makes kids having fun and a good time. All in all worth it.

Our stay at the ryokan was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and a beautiful blend of traditional charm and modern comforts. The tatami rooms were spacious and immaculately clean, with a calming ambiance that made it easy to unwind. We also loved the small touches, like the yukata robes provided for guests and the attentive staff who made sure we were comfortable at all times. The whole experience felt like a perfect balance of tradition and luxury.
