Das Hotel ist sehr gut, liegt direkt neben dem Bahnhof Kumamoto und steht anderen beliebten Hotels in nichts nach. Der Preis ist auch sehr günstig. Es gibt drei Betten für drei Personen und im inneren Zimmer gibt es auch einen Schreibtisch, was sehr gut ist. Das Hotel ist auch sehr ruhig und sehr schön. Es ist auch fünf Gehminuten vom gegenüberliegenden Amu Plaza entfernt. An der Ecke des Hotels befindet sich auch eine Biccamera.

Tsubaki UmisachiThis is definitely a fabulous and fantastic experience living in a Ryokan, and this Ryokan is also reputable among local people, which means it is highly recognized by Hitoyoshi residents. Some local residents also spend their time in this Ryokan as a relaxing journey. I ordered the room with breakfast served, and it looked so amazing and delicate. I hope to visit here again in the near future if there will be any chances. I absolutely love this little town.

GastnutzerWhen we arrived at the hotel, we couldn't find a parking spot, and then one of the staff members—I think Elly—helped us tremendously to find a parking spot. The staff is very helpful and super friendly.
The hotel is centrally located.
It is very quiet in the hotel itself. The surroundings are also extremely quiet, so we were able to sleep well. The beds were very good.
One minor downside is that they didn't offer drinking water. So you had to get it yourself, and the 7-Eleven was around the corner, so that wasn't really a huge problem.
We enjonyed our stay. Thank you!

GastnutzerKleines, kompaktes Zimmer mit moderner Einrichtung. Bequemes Bett und gute Belüftung dank eines kleinen Ventilators. Ein zusätzliches Bettlaken wurde bereitgestellt, sodass das Schlafsofa in ein weiteres Einzelbett umgewandelt werden konnte. Groß genug für einen Teenager zum Schlafen. Ausreichend Platz zum Öffnen eines großen Koffers. Das Zimmer wirkte etwas feucht, aber da wir nur zwei Nächte dort waren, haben wir nicht gewechselt. Viele kostenlose Parkplätze sind vorhanden. In der Nähe befindet sich die Aso-Milchfabrik, die man unbedingt für leckeres Gebäck und Snacks besuchen sollte.

Kurokawa onsen was the highlight of my trip to Kyushu. So I splurged on this accomodation. I chose a room with river view and it was the best decision. Love the stay so much.
Staffs were lovely and helpful. They speak good English and Mandarin. Lobby was spacious. Plenty of spaces to chill and chat as a family.
The onsens were abundance to choose from.
Breakfast was awesome, so was dinner.
We got the room with 2 beds and 2 futons. We all enjoyed our stay so much

The staffs are very helpful and polite. There is free drinks every night from 7pm to 9 pm. Including sake and wine which is rare. Free hot bath for family but must book . Basically this is a good hotel , worth for the money

The resort location is accessible actually by bus from tateno 立野 station and the last bus is in the evening you may check the timetable online. We did not drive and leaving the accommodation is less convenient because all taxis were booked out but the staff was very friendly as to driving us to the nearby train station to continue our journey to Aso Volcano.
Service was good. The private onzen was amazing and we were able to use it for one hour. The public bath was good too but the amenities they provided inside were not as enough, eg they don't have comb for ladies and make up removing pads. Other than that, cleanliness was amazing and staff were friendly, rooms had amazing Mountain View's.

Das Abendessen ist sehr reichhaltig und frisch und lecker, das Frühstück ist ebenso lecker, es gibt in der Nähe Assu-Städte, privates warmes Geschmack. Das nächste Mal muss ich wiederkommen.

GastnutzerBusiness hotel right smack in middle of shopping streets. Trams make for easy commute. Overall room was modern and clean.
Parking experience was a little challenging for our family driving in from Aso. The hotel security initially turned us away from the hotel parking lot so we spent a good amount of time driving around the tight busy roads to no avail, which created some stress. Eventually we drove back again to the hotel to tell the parking security we are staying guests, and he let us in. Parking was pricey at 2200 JPY per night, but given the outside parking and traffic situation, the availability of a near and secure parking space was a great relief.

Location is close to kumamoto station, you only need to take the tram for 1 stop. Alternatively, there is also a paid shuttl bus by the hotel that takes u around.
We got a room change because our original room had an insect, the staff was quick and nice about it. Room style is quite old school as it is an old building.
There’s also a kumamon mascot that greets u at the lobby :)
