Das Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk ist typisch für das englische Unterhaus. Der Blick ist sehr begrenzt. Darüber hinaus ist alles in Ordnung. Besonders der Service im Restaurant ist großartig. Am Morgen war die Zeit zu beschleunigen, die Damen im Restaurant halfen mir vorläufig etwas zu essen, großartig, danke

Das Hotel war nur eine Nacht und war im Geschäftsverkehr, so dass ich nur nach einem sauberen Zimmer mit einem komfortablen Bett und einem anständigen Frühstück am Morgen suchte. Dieses Hotel hat sich gut auf alle drei Rechnungen geliefert. Es ist auch sehr bequem für die M40 mit einer McDonalds rechten Nebentür. Ich habe für einen sehr vernünftigen Preis gebucht und viel bevorzugt es für einige der Premier Inns, die ich kürzlich geblieben habe.

Die Umgebung ist sehr gut, das Frühstück ist auch okay, das Haus ist zu schwach, die Schleppbox ist sehr unkomfortabel, es muss mehrere Türen schließen, aber die geografische Lage kann auch Stratford Stadt sehr bequem sein

1. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. In der Nähe der Stadt und in der Nähe des Cafés. Nice.
2. Das Zimmer hat USB C Ladeport. Gut für meine Apple Iphone 16 Power up. Die Beleuchtungskontrolle des Zimmers ist einfach und einfach zu beherrschen.
3. Frühstück: Gut, viele Wahlen.
4. Personalservice: Am 1. Juni habe ich das Personal im Lobby um 7:30 Uhr gebeten, für meine Zimmerreinigung, einschließlich Handtücherersatz, zu sorgen. Leider, nach meiner Rückkehr um 10 Uhr, war das Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Da es sehr spät war, habe ich mich entschieden, nicht um Personalhilfe zu bitten und das Zimmer selbst zu reinigen. Hier kann das Hotel seine Serviceverlässlichkeit verbessern.

Fantastische Hotelzimmer waren großartig schön groß. Haben Sie nicht wünscht, eine bessere Lage in der Nähe von Fußgängern zum Zentrum von Stratford auf Avon in der Nähe aller Theater würden sicherlich hier wieder bleiben und haben Freunde und Familie empfohlen

This is a really nice hotel. Bedrooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Hotel is well staffed and the staff are friendly. Food is good and breakfast area well spaced out so never felt crowded.

Love this beautiful hotel, perfect location opposite the Royal Shakespeare Theatre and easy walking distance from the centre of Stratford upon Avon. Very convenient location, large car park, very helpful staff. Special mention to Peter on Reception for warm welcome and helpfulness. Clean, comfortable with everything you need. Only need to be a bit wary of the varying levels, due to its history and location. Rooms are reached by several sets of stairs and there is no lift other than a platform lift from reception to restaurant (which is also street level).

Great location, and beautiful grounds ~ parking was hard to find.
The room was clean and tidy, with a nice firm bed, the Weather was very warm, and even though there was a fan in the room the heat was stifling and so hot! The so called “air con” was useless!
The indoor swimming pool was a good size, but it was so incredibly hot in the building, it was hard to breathe!! (Open the doors to let some oxygen in!)
The evening meal was good, as was the breakfast the following morning.
Quite expensive for a mediocre stay.
Lovely staff throughout.

For two nights we didn't have hot water. We rang reception an spoke to the duty manager - the second time...He told us it was because there was a coach load of people staying who had all taken a shower/bath at the same time on their return, and we would have to wait until it heated up again. That didn't allow for the lack of pressure - a trickle! In the end we gave up - no shower/bath. However, the duty manager assured us that the manager would find us the next morning.... this never happened, On the Saturday night the same thing happened. The excuse given by the receptionist for the manager not having found us that morning was there was a wedding and all managers were needed - they didn't start their shift until 11am. The duty manager couldn't speak to us as he was working at the wedding - Saturday night - but Leanne assured us that she had noted our complaint and that she had written up notes, and our inconvenience (now not having hot water for two nights of a three night stay) would be reflected in our invoice on checking out. This wasn't the point. The stay was supposed to be a relaxing, super special treat, not able to have a shower or a bath at night was NOT okay! She assured us that on the third night the 'tour' party and 'wedding party' would have left. So we would have hot water. Which we did.
On checking out the receptionist had no idea about our complaint, and therefore couldn't help us.
We are in the process of writing a compliant, and a review. The staff and hotel did not let you down - the management did!

On another point, the hotel is described as dog friendly. This might be the case. You can bring your dog for a fee of £25 a night, however, on check in we were told we had to eat in the bar area or outside. Luckily the weather was okay. However, we felt like second class citizens! Not only that but the bar area has no tables at which anyone could eat a meal - the tables are all low and only fit for snacks!

The problem was the specific room we were given. Room 109 (and I assume many of the other rooms on the first floor) is right above the bar. Both nights we were disrupted by noises. On the Thursday, live music was playing very loudly from 8pm until past 10pm. Being directly above the bar, the music was incredibly disruptive! On Friday, music began at 10pm. I actually called reception at 11:30pm as the music hadn't stopped. They were very apologetic and said they would get the music turned off straight away (which they did), as it should have turned off at 11pm. While I appreciate how quickly the issue was resolved once I complained, it's poor that the hotel allows loud music to play until such a late time. I appreciate it was a Friday night, but I was working the next day, and the noise both nights really disrupted my sleep. The fan/heating unit was also so loud that we could not use it. I had a discount on the room, but I would have been incredibly disappointed if I had paid full price.

GGastnutzerWe could t fault the hotel. We stayed there on a night out in Leamington. The price was very reasonable. We didn’t expect much due to the cost but we were pleasantly surprised. Kettle tea/coffee in the room. Toiletries in the bathroom. Fluffy towels. Mattresses very old though. Springs had gone but can’t say we were too uncomfortable. Road not too noisy. It even included breakfast! Would definitely stay again.

JJulianDieses Hotel befindet sich in einer schönen Lage, bequem für Rugby und das M1/M6. Die Grundstücke und das Gebäude sind schön, obwohl es Anzeichen von Vernachlässigung gibt. Wir blieben in einer Suite in den Stables, es war müde, was ich von den Fotos online wusste, aber unser Badezimmer hatte Haare im Bad und in der Schlauch geklappt. Die Dusche war nicht heiß und der Toilettenfluss war schlecht. Das Frühstück war mittelmäßig, viele heiße Lebensmittel waren mit niemandem ausgegangen, wir mussten um Auszubringen bitten. Das Personal war 50/50 - einige sehr angenehm, aber einige uninteressant, einer der Rezeptionisten gab uns nicht einmal die Richtungen zu unserem Zimmer ordnungsgemäß suite. Wenn etwas Geld für die Verbesserung der Zimmer und das Gebäude ausgegeben worden wäre, würde ich gerne mehr zahlen, es ist eine echte Schande, das Potenzial ist riesig!

DDawnieIn the countryside in Stratford in a beautiful timber beamed building. The room was dark but spacious. We had the family room with a double and two single. Breakfast was included. No menus but the waiter said any English breakfast combination which was great. I had two poached eggs. The only problem was a lack of communication regarding the usual route to find the hotel being closed due to road works. Navigating a one way system in an unfamiliar town with no email or call to let us know how we were to get to the hotel was extremely stressful and put us 1.5 hours behind the schedule to arrive. This could have been sorted if the hotel had contacted trip.com with the landline provided at booking and explained about road works so I could have been forwarned.

SShowkat GanieThe room itself was generally fine, and the heating worked perfectly. However, we experienced a significant issue with the bathroom: the water would not drain properly, leaving the floor flooded. We had to use a wiper to push the water toward the sink and drain (images attached), which was very inconvenient.
Another surprising and disappointing detail was that no towels or soap were provided. These are basic essentials in any hotel, and since we did not bring our own, we were charged extra for them. This felt completely unreasonable.
Finally, the location is far from ideal. The hotel is quite a distance from the town centre, and public transport is infrequent, making it difficult to get around. Would not recommend!!!

GGastnutzerThe location was great - right in the middle of Stratford and ideal for a theatre visit. The room was small and pretty basic, but it was clean with comfy beds so fine for overnight. The communication from staff was great - no onsite parking but a clear explanation of where the nearest car park was (very close) and how to get the best price. Very helpful staff. Didn't use the bar area so can't comment on food or drink, but it was welcoming and there was a pleasant outside area. Tea / coffee and kettle provided. Clean if small shower room. Overall really good value for the price and would definitely stay there again.

GGastnutzerIch nahm mich für das Wochenende weg. Die Lage dieses Hotel war perfekt für mich, zu entscheiden, wo ich für den Tag gehen könnte. Es gibt viel zu tun in der Umgebung, von Bowling mit einer Arcade, weiches Spiel für Kinder, und Kino. Eine gute Auswahl an Orten für Nahrungsmittel und Getränke. Die Bahnhof ist nicht zu weit und öffnet viele weitere Orte. Das Personal im Hotel ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie geben Empfehlungen und helfen direkt an alles, was Sie / wollen. Die Mitarbeiter bei der Ankunft bitten, dass ich Ihnen einen bevorzugten Stock hätte. 3 mal hier geblieben. Ich würde sicher empfehlen und bleiben, wenn es nötig ist.
