Lovely victorian seaside hotel. A stones throw from the front and the shopping street. Room was a decent size and beds comfortable. Breakfast was self service and there was a good choice of cold and hot products -all were good quality. Our only issue was that there was nowhere in the bathroom to keep toiletries however the bathroom did seem newly renovated and they may not have got round to fixing a shelf. We'll certainly stay there in the future

To start off Booking the hotel I spoke to a lovely lady on the phone, then when I arrived on the Saturday the hotel reception staff were amazing, I went up for a wedding and I asked for an early check in, they bent over backwards for me so I could have it, the staff there are very friendly and very welcoming. Due to the wedding going into the middle of the night I had to come in and see the hotel night porter and the lovely gentleman was very friendly to get me my keys to the room and very polite. All in all the hotel staff are very accommodating, very professional and very friendly, the place is lovely and the rooms are very cosy, comfy bed and a nice area. Lovely place to stop and a few activities around the area close by to go to, like Zip world and Go Karting, if you want a more adventurous site seeing time Snowdonia is round the corner to walk up. I recommend stopping here for a lovely experience, with a spa as well attached to it, after your events you can always go for a dip in the pool to relax

My stay at The Swallow Falls Inn – The Inn Collection Group was thoroughly enjoyable. The location is excellent, set in beautiful surroundings and perfectly placed for exploring the nearby countryside and waterfalls. The inn itself has a welcoming, traditional feel that adds to the overall charm. The Superior Double/Twin Room with sofa bed was clean, comfortable, and well presented, providing everything needed for a relaxing overnight stay. Cleanliness throughout the property was outstanding, and the room felt cosy yet spacious. Staff service was another highlight — everyone was friendly, attentive, and happy to help, making the stay feel warm and personal. Facilities were well maintained, and the dining and communal areas were inviting and comfortable. Overall, with top scores for location, cleanliness, service, and facilities, this inn offers excellent value and a relaxing experience. I would happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a scenic setting.

Great place to stay to enjoy the many wonders of the Snowdonia National Park. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The bar is well stocked with excellent local real ales and the food is superb and really good value. Especially good is the Tuesday night Curry and a Pint for £15! Breakfast excellent, served quickly and great value. Had a slight issue on arrival where I was given a double room instead of the twin I had booked, but they were able to move me without problem. Was also expecting a Mountain View according to Trip.com but didnt get that either.....wasn't bothered in the end as I was out in the mountains all day anyway, but others may be disappointed if that happened to them. Room was very clean and serviced each day, although the coffee/tea/etc was not replenished and the cups weren't cleaned - possibly an oversight on my particular visit. Again, not a big issue for me but others may be more critical. All in all a great place to stay and good value for the money.

Absolutely fantastic, wonderful views, Excellent food, Great selection of amenities, Room was big, beautiful and very clean. ALL THE STAFF where very polite. Receptionists where incredible they helped me and my mum with alot of things. THANK YOU ALL FOR A WONDERFUL STAY . CANT WAIT TO BOOK AGAIN.

The holiday was beautiful, the hotel was lovely, the view was beautiful and the room was very comfortable, the bathroom was lovely and old fashioned but I liked that. Beautiful place and tge staff was very delightful and very friendly and polite. I enjoyed some of the breakfast food especially the dried fruit. The sitting area was beautiful and nice. Very lovely hotel. Good for the price.

What a lovely stay myself and my 3 year old had. Staff were friendly and helpful and very interactive with my daughter. There was a lovely warm pool that was clean and quiet.  The bar area overlooked the ocean which was wonderful. Our room also overlooked the ocean and was a lovely view. We asked for a quiet room and were given a very lovely quiet room. We were really happy with our stay we would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Caer Rhun Hall Hotel. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful scenery and very peaceful – perfect for a relaxing family break. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent, and our room was spotless and very comfortable. The service was outstanding; the staff were friendly, attentive and always happy to help, which made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The facilities were great and well maintained. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly enjoyed our short stay. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a charming and relaxing getaway.

Das Hotel selbst befindet sich auf der Promenade. Wir fanden Parkplätze im Gegensatz zum Hotel sehr bequem und nur für £5.40 für 24 Stunden. Wir blieben auf einem Bett und Frühstück, die Betten waren wirklich komfortabel und wir hatten einen Meerblick, der ein Bonus war. Das Frühstück war etwa durchschnittlich für einen Selbstbedienung, geschmackvollen Bacon und Sauce, und der Tee serviert in einem richtigen Teepot war wunderschön. Das Hotel ist sehr informativ und freundlich. Das Hotel ist vor allem für Trainerurlaube geeignet, so dass ich nicht sagen würde, es würde junge Menschen anziehen. Es gab Bingo und Unterhaltung an den 3 Nächten, die wir geblieben, was schön für die meisten älteren Besucher. Insgesamt ein sehr guter Ort zu bleiben

Die geografische Lage ist in einem Kreuzweg vom Meer noch etwas weit entfernt, es gibt einen großen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Die Unterkunft ist eine separate Einfahrt hinter der Bar. Ich mag das Design der Spiralschritt sehr englisch und das Zimmer ist sehr komfortabel und ein altes Windschuh. Das Restaurant unterhalb der Bar ist bereits voll, sie haben uns in der Ecke der Bar zum Abendessen geplant. Die Produkte sind sehr gut. Ich persönlich mag die Dekoration und die Atmosphäre der Bar lieber, eine sehr glückliche Nacht! Am nächsten Tag ist das Frühstück ein halbes Punkt, das heißt, der Kaltplatte ist Selbsthilfe und dann ein Punkt warmes Essen ist immer noch wunderschön und lecker 😋... Insgesamt ist es sehr gut, besonders empfohlen für Freunde, die Bar-Hotels erleben wollen!
