"The Belmont has fast become our place to stay in Llandudno. A great location near the pier, with the sea view rooms overlooking the whole bay. Great additions of a pair of binoculars, 2ps to spend at the pier arcades and a mini fridge which is perfect if staying for more than one day. All the staff are lovely, so professional and nothing is too much trouble for them. We will be back again later in the year."

SSue WhiteleyLovely victorian seaside hotel. A stones throw from the front and the shopping street. Room was a decent size and beds comfortable. Breakfast was self service and there was a good choice of cold and hot products -all were good quality. Our only issue was that there was nowhere in the bathroom to keep toiletries however the bathroom did seem newly renovated and they may not have got round to fixing a shelf. We'll certainly stay there in the future

SShauno192To start off Booking the hotel I spoke to a lovely lady on the phone, then when I arrived on the Saturday the hotel reception staff were amazing, I went up for a wedding and I asked for an early check in, they bent over backwards for me so I could have it, the staff there are very friendly and very welcoming.
Due to the wedding going into the middle of the night I had to come in and see the hotel night porter and the lovely gentleman was very friendly to get me my keys to the room and very polite.
All in all the hotel staff are very accommodating, very professional and very friendly, the place is lovely and the rooms are very cosy, comfy bed and a nice area.
Lovely place to stop and a few activities around the area close by to go to, like Zip world and Go Karting, if you want a more adventurous site seeing time Snowdonia is round the corner to walk up.
I recommend stopping here for a lovely experience, with a spa as well attached to it, after your events you can always go for a dip in the pool to relax

SSaurabh0303My stay at The Swallow Falls Inn – The Inn Collection Group was thoroughly enjoyable. The location is excellent, set in beautiful surroundings and perfectly placed for exploring the nearby countryside and waterfalls. The inn itself has a welcoming, traditional feel that adds to the overall charm.
The Superior Double/Twin Room with sofa bed was clean, comfortable, and well presented, providing everything needed for a relaxing overnight stay. Cleanliness throughout the property was outstanding, and the room felt cosy yet spacious.
Staff service was another highlight — everyone was friendly, attentive, and happy to help, making the stay feel warm and personal. Facilities were well maintained, and the dining and communal areas were inviting and comfortable.
Overall, with top scores for location, cleanliness, service, and facilities, this inn offers excellent value and a relaxing experience. I would happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a scenic setting.

GGastnutzerGreat place to stay to enjoy the many wonders of the Snowdonia National Park.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. The bar is well stocked with excellent local real ales and the food is superb and really good value. Especially good is the Tuesday night Curry and a Pint for £15! Breakfast excellent, served quickly and great value.
Had a slight issue on arrival where I was given a double room instead of the twin I had booked, but they were able to move me without problem. Was also expecting a Mountain View according to Trip.com but didnt get that either.....wasn't bothered in the end as I was out in the mountains all day anyway, but others may be disappointed if that happened to them.
Room was very clean and serviced each day, although the coffee/tea/etc was not replenished and the cups weren't cleaned - possibly an oversight on my particular visit. Again, not a big issue for me but others may be more critical.
All in all a great place to stay and good value for the money.

GGastnutzerThe Imperial Hotel is a charming hotel overlooking Llandudno Bay. I was on a solo trip and was made very welcome on arrival.
My single room was surprisingly large with plenty of drawer and wardrobe space. Bathroom was also large with an overhead shower over the bath. There was a window which opened and had a view as seen by the photos. Comfortable bed. Bottled water provided.
Upon arrival for breakfast I was warmly welcomed and offered a table in the terrace area which was lovely. The breakfast is buffet style with plenty of choice,
fresh fruit, porridge, cereals, yogurt, pastries and lovely bread. Full English available or you can order from the breakfast menu, some items with an extra charge.
Fresh tea available if you prefer or machine dispensing coffee, hot chocolate etc also available.
Use of the Mint Condition leisure area is available to guests, bathrobe and slippers provided.
All in all a lovely couple of days at this hotel and will return.

AAnonymer BenutzerDas Hotel bot ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich hatte Glück und konnte direkt vor dem Gebäude kostenlos parken (Parken hinter dem Hotel kostet 6 £). Etwas weiter die Straße hinauf muss man dann gebührenpflichtig parken. Der Pier ist in etwa 15 bis 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, was sehr praktisch war. Das Zimmer war einfach, aber sauber und komfortabel. Direkt vor dem Fenster stand ein Baugerüst, was nicht optimal war, aber ich war positiv überrascht, für den Preis Meerblick zu bekommen. Das einzige wirkliche Problem war die Dusche. Es war schwierig, eine angenehme Temperatur einzustellen, da das Wasser zwischen zu heiß und zu kalt schwankte, obwohl Warnschilder vorhanden waren. Insgesamt eine solide Budget-Option.

GGastnutzerWhat a lovely stay myself and my 3 year old had. Staff were friendly and helpful and very interactive with my daughter. There was a lovely warm pool that was clean and quiet.
The bar area overlooked the ocean which was wonderful. Our room also overlooked the ocean and was a lovely view. We asked for a quiet room and were given a very lovely quiet room. We were really happy with our stay we would stay again!

The room was clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and helpful. You can pre check in a day before you stay which make the process much more efficient and smooth.

AAugusto De MirandaWe had a wonderful stay at Caer Rhun Hall Hotel. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful scenery and very peaceful – perfect for a relaxing family break.
The cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent, and our room was spotless and very comfortable. The service was outstanding; the staff were friendly, attentive and always happy to help, which made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived.
The facilities were great and well maintained. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly enjoyed our short stay. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a charming and relaxing getaway.
