The staff is really nice except Nicholas from font desk was really rude and unprofessional just because I was asking to update to add one person that I will paid the difference he start screaming a me and didn’t let me talk it was really unpleasant all other staff are excellent Jose, Antonio and Irving was really friendly and also the animation team like Ronald is great from the bartender Luis Roberto from the restaurant and Juana all of them are great

Fuimos a una boda, nos quedamos dos noches, a destacar la ubicación, playas hermosas, tranquilas y limpias de sargazo, la comida variada y buena, cócteles deliciosos. Por mejorar: La primera noche la habitación tenía un fuerte olor a blanqueador que no me dejaba dormir, y las mucamas se reunían muy temprano en las mañanas en la puerta de mi habitación a hablar en voz alta (309)Muy mala insonorización de las habitaciones.

Das Hotel war wunderschön! Sehr schön und sauber. Der Check-in-Agent war sehr hilfreich! Wir konnten sehen, dass es mehrere Aktivitäten gab, wie mehrere Pools und der Strand, aber leider blieben nicht lange genug, um von vielen von ihnen zu profitieren. Wir haben auf einem Restaurant auf einem Pier über dem Meer mit absolut schönen Aussichten gegessen!
