My stay at Ithia was very enjoyable. First time in Spain. The hotel is about 25 mins away from El Dorado Airport and check in was very smooth. My spanish is very basic but the staff was very patient and answered all of my questions. It is conveniently located right next to Museo National and within walking 15-20 mins walking

Das ist ein 3.5/4 Sternhotel. Für die Marke wartete ich auf ein höheres Serviceniveau und bessere Einrichtungen. Das Fenster in unserem Schlafzimmer war schmutzig bis zu einem Punkt, wo wir kaum die Außenseite sehen konnten, einige Bereiche brauchen TLC, und einige Möbel brauchen Ersatz. Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer ist nicht bequem (entweder ganz hell oder total dunkel, nicht zwischen). Der Fernseher hat uns irgendwie nicht kontrolliert (nur die Fernsehbox). Sie fühlten sich, dass wir aufwachen müssen, um uns daran zu erinnern, dass wir am Mittag checkout brauchen (die ich billig, brutal und unnötig finde). Ich kam mit höheren Erwartungen und war leider enttäuscht. günstige Punkte: gutes Bett + freundliches Personal.

Das Essen kann auch sein, das Hotel ist abgelegen. Wenn es warmes Wasser gibt, wo man schwimmen kann, ist es besser. Andere Hotel-Helikopter und andere Zeiten sind ein bisschen lang. Alles, was im Hotel gegessen wird, ist gebührenpflichtig. Wenn Sie nicht bezahlen, sind Sie gut.

Die Lage im historischen Zentrum ist hervorragend.
Die Architektur des Gebäudes sowie die Einrichtung gehen fließend in einander über und sind stilvoll.
Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und Hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und lecker.
Besondere Freude hat es uns bereitet das Treiben in der offenen Küche zu beobachten.
Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir würden wieder Kommen.

The hotel in nice and the rooms are huge with sea view balcony! This hotel no have private beach so anyone can swim in hotel front beach. When you want to go to front beach and get seats and umbrella you have to pay COL PESO 30.000! In front beach there is a lot of food sellers drink sellers which every 5 min someone gonna come up to bother you that was the only - issue! Rest hotel is great and specially the pools was amazing! Breakfast is good enough! Good for family and group of friends!

AAnonymer BenutzerThe experience was a mix of both positive experiences and areas of opportunity, in the positive aspects the service provided by the staff was great, kudos to the restaurant staff as they were very welcoming and friendly with us. Reception, a couple of things to mention: We had a delay on our check-in due to the room having some issues related to the door, we were requested to wait for 15 minutes after the 15:00 check-in, and we did, after this time I had to reach back to the reception to check if the room was ready, still, had to wait for another 15 minutes. It was a total of 30 minutes out of schedule from the initial check-in due hotel's fault, we arrived with more than an hour of anticipation. There was nothing but an apology, not even a slight interest in offering compensation for the wait time, which could have been a plus in the customer service experience. On the other hand. we had several technical issues entering our room, as everytime we where off the room for a while the card wouldn't work, this was a consistent inconvenience in every single day, at the point that at our last 2 days staying at the hotel we directly reached reception to get the card fixed as we were already tired from previous days to reach the 5th floor for our room and then having to go down to reception to report the issue with the card, reach 5th floor again and AGAIN visit reception because the card wouldn't work, this could have been activelly addressed with either a room change or a technical review, however, it surprised us that instead of the receptionist offering at least an apologize we were told it was because WE used the card on another electreonic device, which never happened, another thing to point out was that at their main elevator someone popped a pimple at the elevator's mirror, and that disgusting pimple stayed there for more than 4 days, which indicates that the facility cleaning is not optimal, following this though at our room the blackout was stained at a corner, and even with having staff cleaning the room that stain remained from day 1 untill we left, probably someone spilled a drink at the balcony and it dropped at the blackout. Positive things: Restaurant service and overall attitude from the staff, ubication was good, close to the beach and with a nice view. AOO: A more customer-oriented thinking, at least showing interest in going the extra mile with their customers, cleaning.

Sie sind in Betrieb,.so müssen Sie mehr als 500 mts bewegen, um einen zu haben. Die Preise für sehr hohe Minibar-Produkte. Ich bewerte sie im Allgemeinen mit 4.5/5

GGuest UserIch war @ Santuario viel länger als geplant wegen eines gesundheitlichen Problems. Also, ich hatte die Zeit, nicht nur das Hostel selbst, die große Vibe und Atmosphäre, die fantastischen Betten, wo Sie genug Platz haben (!) plus eine ungewöhnliche Gesamtprivatität, wie Sie ein Mini-Zimmer in einem Zimmer haben, zu schätzen, Aber besonders die Menschen: das Personal ist groß und sorgt wirklich für den Gast, während ich krank war, hatte ich eine Familie wie Überwachung, vor allem Stefy ”la chica del bar”, Kathy (Reinigung & Küche) und Jose (Wartung) Ich habe mich nie vermisst, mich zu unterstützen und wirklich interessiert zu fragen, wie ich mich gefühlt habe, ihr Bestes zu tun, um zu helfen. In einem schwierigen Moment war ich an der richtigen Stelle, danke ihnen! Eines, was mich störte, war die Luftkonditionierung: OK es war nur am Abend und in der Nacht, ganz üblich, das Problem war ein Mensch, das Gefühl, kalt genug war, um den Luftkonditionierung für alle zu schließen ... und es war heiß dann ... Ich liebe das Einfrieren, Ok, aber ein richtiges Gleichgewicht wäre das Beste, was darauf hindeutet, wer kalt ist, ein T-Shirt zu tragen, sollte arbeiten, und andere werden nicht schwitzen ;-)

GGastnutzerThe Osh hotel has such an amazing vibe. As you enter the lobby, you are greeted by their lovely staff with a welcome drink. Check in was really smooth and they offered options for my room category, and the location was great. Literally walking distance to local bodegas, bars and restaurants. Osh is located 10-15 min from walled city, which made dinner options and tours easy to get to in the area. Prior to my stay in the Osh hotel, I stayed at the Hilton with my travel group for four days. In comparison although most tourist stay at the Hilton or the Hyatt. I would opt to stay at Osh every time. Beautiful pool on the main floor and rooftop. While there is not beach access, I believe you can simply book a tour for a beach day at Aqua Azul or Makani Luxury Wanderlust. During my stay also schedule a massage in my room which was a nice add on before I traveled back home. I highly recommend you experience The Osh in Colombia. Suites are also available to splurge a bit and treat yourself.

WWilliamAbsolutely fantastic. This is a quiet small resort with maybe 14 rooms. 1.5 hours from Cartagena City. A bit of a harrowing drive, but definitely worth the trip. Once you get in through the doors, it’s beautiful & peaceful. Balinese type style. Not a five-star resort but they do a really nice job. Very well staffed so you have somebody to help you if you need anything. Very quiet. No telephones, no tv’s in room. Rooms are spacious, private, very comfortable. Two small beaches on either side of the main area. All open-air reception, Restaurant. One restaurant iwth 2 levels. Food was actually terrific. Best food we had in Colombia. We were there for three nights and absolutely loved it. lots of daytrippers, people coming in from Cartagena on boat to spend the day at the resort. Was nice. Will definitely come back. Thank you to Lordy who took such nice care of our family. Special place.

XXUEDie Hotelumgebung ist sehr gut. Sauber und sauber. Der Pool ist wirklich schön, um am Abend Fotos zu machen. Da die Kinder gerne schwimmen, haben sie dieses Hotel gewählt. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und es lobenswert. Es ist außer dem Frühstück allgemein sehr lobenswert.

Great variety of fruits,healthy and local food. Thank you so much to Andrey so polite and charming guy who helped me in everything; as well as Jorge who is so professional doing his work, Alfredo and kitchen girls, thank you for so delicious food. The rooftop is a dream but unfortunately don’t have (stable) bartenders to enjoy drinks.Sadly to say the general manager was unprofessional and unkind, must to improve his professional relation to drive a good management of a hotel of this category.
I would love to go back in my next trip to Cartagena 🤍🇨🇴 .
Recommendations: if don’t tolerate noise, don’t book the rooms next to the street.

GGastnutzerAlle Zimmer versehen einen zentralen Hof, der schön ist, aber nicht praktisch ist, da die Leute immer durchlaufen, so dass Sie das Fenster nicht offen lassen können, weil Sie keine Privatsphäre bekommen. Der Gärten ist nicht ein Gärten, sondern ein rollendes Blind, also entweder geschlossen oder geöffnet. Mein Zimmer ist auf dem Boden, wo das Restaurant ist. Es kann besser auf den anderen Etagen sein. So nur künstliches Licht.
Es gibt auch kein Arbeitstisch im Zimmer. Andernfalls ist das Zimmer angemessen und sauber.
Das Frühstück ist einfach, aber gut mit Kaffee, Saft einigen Früchten und einem Omelett.
Der Ort ist sicher und die Rezeption müssen Sie öffnen, um in und aus zu gehen. Lage weise ist es ziemlich gut sowie es ist innerhalb der Wand, aber nicht, wo Touristen werden aushängen. Sehr sicher
Check-in genau um 3 Uhr, auch wenn das Zimmer verfügbar ist 😅

GGastnutzerStaying here was truly amazing, from the hospitality to the comfort of the room, i felt at home, safe and happy. The food offered was delicious, i recommend the pasta with the shrimp. The waters in front and back offer a beautiful view of the sea and sky. I felt blessed to be able to enjoy this island and meet the community and the beautiful diversity nature had to offer. Swimming in front was so fun, and all the activities are a must! (Playa libre, oceonario, planktons..) Also, it’s beautiful to see the stars at night on the deck. I recommend! Just make sure you bring insects repellent and water shoes.
