My stay at Ithia was very enjoyable. First time in Spain. The hotel is about 25 mins away from El Dorado Airport and check in was very smooth. My spanish is very basic but the staff was very patient and answered all of my questions. It is conveniently located right next to Museo National and within walking 15-20 mins walking

Mitte Cartagena, sehr bequem für Einkaufen und Restaurants und Bars 😍 Sehr freundliches Personal am Front Desk, das bei der Änderung meiner Buchung geholfen hat. Und ihre Konzert ist sehr hilfreich und schön 👍🏼 Wenn man eine Minibar in das Zimmer einfügen kann, dann wäre es perfekt.

El personal no es muy atento, saludábamos y ellos jamás respondían. El restaurante dijo que nos podía llevar el pedido a la habitación si lo dejábamos pagado, lo hicimos y al ver que no subían dijeron que teníamos que recoger la comida, que ellos no llevan a la habitación

Die Lage ist sehr gut, der Service ist auch gut. Das Hotel ist sehr heiß, es gibt verschiedene Organisationen in den Wochenenden und Wochenenden, die Aktivitäten im Hotelzimmer und im Freien haben. Der Nachteil ist, dass die Isolierung wirklich schlecht ist, die Beigeschwindigkeit wird vernommen, und der Fernsehgeräusch wird auch. Und ich hatte einen Stromausfall in der Nacht, und es kam etwa eine Minute.

Wenn ich Ihnen mehr als 5 Sterne geben könnte, würde ich Ihnen die geben. Die Wahrheit, ein hervorragendes Hotel im Allgemeinen. Der unverschöne Service, das leckere Essen, die Anlagen sind schön und sauber, das Zimmer hat alle Komfort und befindet sich in einem sehr guten Sektor. Das einzige, was vielleicht verbessert werden könnte, ist die Wi-Fi-Abdeckung, aber es ist ein Minimum an Details.

The experience was a mix of both positive experiences and areas of opportunity, in the positive aspects the service provided by the staff was great, kudos to the restaurant staff as they were very welcoming and friendly with us. Reception, a couple of things to mention: We had a delay on our check-in due to the room having some issues related to the door, we were requested to wait for 15 minutes after the 15:00 check-in, and we did, after this time I had to reach back to the reception to check if the room was ready, still, had to wait for another 15 minutes. It was a total of 30 minutes out of schedule from the initial check-in due hotel's fault, we arrived with more than an hour of anticipation. There was nothing but an apology, not even a slight interest in offering compensation for the wait time, which could have been a plus in the customer service experience. On the other hand. we had several technical issues entering our room, as everytime we where off the room for a while the card wouldn't work, this was a consistent inconvenience in every single day, at the point that at our last 2 days staying at the hotel we directly reached reception to get the card fixed as we were already tired from previous days to reach the 5th floor for our room and then having to go down to reception to report the issue with the card, reach 5th floor again and AGAIN visit reception because the card wouldn't work, this could have been activelly addressed with either a room change or a technical review, however, it surprised us that instead of the receptionist offering at least an apologize we were told it was because WE used the card on another electreonic device, which never happened, another thing to point out was that at their main elevator someone popped a pimple at the elevator's mirror, and that disgusting pimple stayed there for more than 4 days, which indicates that the facility cleaning is not optimal, following this though at our room the blackout was stained at a corner, and even with having staff cleaning the room that stain remained from day 1 untill we left, probably someone spilled a drink at the balcony and it dropped at the blackout. Positive things: Restaurant service and overall attitude from the staff, ubication was good, close to the beach and with a nice view. AOO: A more customer-oriented thinking, at least showing interest in going the extra mile with their customers, cleaning.

It was good value for money. Not hot water (neither that cold, it is caribean weather just not heated) and a bit far from the main hotspots (i use uber motorbike so for me was ok, is around 1/2$ per trip).

Insgesamt solide, aber etwas dürftig. Keine Hausschuhe, Bademäntel oder Wasser im Zimmer. Es fühlte sich an, als wären es nur zwei TV-Fernbedienungen und ein leerer Barkühlschrank. Auch die Badezimmerausstattung ist einfach. Die Lage ist praktisch für den Flughafen und andere Orte, aber rund um das Hotel selbst gibt es nicht viel. Das Frühstück schmeckte gut, aber die Szene war hektisch. Die Speisen gingen ständig zur Neige, die Omelette-Linie war langsam und die Tische waren größtenteils unsauber und ohne Besteck. Das hört sich vielleicht schlecht an, aber es war durchaus zufriedenstellend

Die Lage des Hotels und die Umgebung sind ausgezeichnet, aber das Personal an der Rezeption ist schade, nicht so gut wie inländisch, zwei Zimmer, ein Check-in für 2 Stunden und ein Check-in für fünf Stunden. Check-out aus unerklärlichen Gründen, es gab eine zusätzliche Rechnung im Zimmer. Ich habe mich mit denselben Chinesen unterhalten, die ausgecheckt haben und gesagt, dass dies normal sei. Er erinnerte sich falsch an seinen Konsum in anderen Räumen. Zum Glück habe ich festgestellt, dass es wieder geändert wurde. Es war zu Tinte...
