Unfortunately, due to an equipment issue, I was unable to stay at the hotel. However, the service and communication prior to my arrival were excellent. The staff responded promptly to every request and handled everything efficiently, allowing me to stay at an alternative hotel without any concerns. I am truly grateful for their support and would definitely like to stay here on my next visit.

В целом хороший отель, внутри хороший ресторан, завтраки слабые, но есть омлет. В номерах нет кондиционера и вентиляции в ванной. Без вентиляции приходится открывать окно и залетают насекомые.

The hostel is very spacious. Dorms have lockers and comfy beds. 2 small kitchens for guests but also you can buy food with discounts in the hostel restaurant ( very good pizza). Staff is very nice and competent. Convenient location. Recommended

Really good location, I liked how the hostel is made out of big wood logs, they had a washing machine and dryer to clean our clothes. The breakfast is pretty basic for a hostel, but i was happy with a banana, boiled egg and cereal. Overall enjoyed our stay and the staff were very polite and helpful with any questions about booking a taxi or giving us restaurant recommendations.

Большие стильные номера, потрясающий вид на озеро, неплохой завтрак. Вежливый и дружелюбный персонал. Из минусов: тонкие стены, очень хорошо слышно соседей, берите беруши; в нашем номере не работало джакузи, нет бутилированной воды в номере.

El hotel es muy lindo, toda la gente que trabaja en el hotel son super amables y cordiales. El desayuno buffet es bastante completo. Lo único criticable es que el baño de la habitación no tiene bidet y el lavatorio está del lado de la habitación, algún capricho del arquitecto. Pero el hotel es 100% recomendable. Sin dudas volvería. Felicitaciones a todo el personal

Das Hotel ist neu und sauber. Betten sind komfortabel mit zusätzlichen Kissen. Wifi ist stark. Lage ist fantastisch, nahe der Hauptstraße in der Stadt mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften. Das Front Desk ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders möchte ich Luciana erwähnen, die uns bei der Buchung runder Reise nach Eiern und Transfer zum Flughafen geholfen hatte. Nur das Frühstück kann bessere Variante wie gefrierte Eier haben.

Mir hat dieses Hotel so gut gefallen, dass ich meinen Aufenthalt um einen Tag verlängert habe. Das Zimmer bietet Blick auf den Lago Argentino, und es gibt mehrere Restaurants in der Nähe. Auch der Busbahnhof ist nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Mit viel Gepäck kostet eine Taxifahrt nur 4000 Pesos.

Loved the peace and privacy of couples’ room. Place has heated floors and super warm showers. Breakfast was plentiful, amenities awesome! Kitchen has lots of basic cutlery and plates but really needs some more cooking utensils and pots and pans, but the actual kitchen layout is great, with 3 gas stoves and ovens. Good labelling system for food. Restaurant and bar onsite… terrific options. Evening entertainment while we were there… ace!
