Excellent hotel right next to the city's central square. Clean, minimalist room, a comfortable soft bed, and plenty of single-use toiletries. A small breakfast buffet. Friendly front desk staff. On the minor downside: sound carries quite well from the hallway, so falling asleep quickly proved difficult due to the loud voices and noise from other guests in the corridor. The hallway light also seeps in through the gap under the door — in a room like this it shines right into your eyes if you're facing the door; I ended up covering my face with the spare pillow. Overall, though, the impression is very positive. Very clean, lots of handy little extras in the shower, tea and coffee, and a couple of glass bottles of local water.

Amazing hotel definitely one of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed in Armenia! The food was great, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Syuzi, who helped me organize a surprise for my girlfriend - truly appreciated! The hotel is worth every penny. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone visiting Gyumri!

Приятный отель в самом центре города, вблизи центральной площади и прогулочных улиц. Белье и полотенца были чистыми. Сам номер немного устаревший, смена полотенец ежедневная, уборка, видимо, тоже. Что касается завтрака — шведский стол скромный, но все необходимое присутствовало: яйца, сыр, хлеб, масло, колбасы, блинчики, выпечка кофе и даже фруктовая нарезка Голодным не останешься. Для непритязательного туриста - отличный вариант. Так же в стоимость входит сауна и бассейн, не ходили. К отелю относимся отличный ресторан- цены демократичные, еда вкусная. Фишка - поезд, который подвозит напитки к стол

Alles Top Wirklich ein gutes empfhleswertes Hotell. Prsonal sehr gut geschult und Hilfsbereit . Nichts zu mevkern . Wir haben eine zusaetsliche warme Decke verlangt Sie war sofort da. Top Zustand und Neuwertig. Die wellnessbereich war ein Hammer . Schoene Zeit haben wir dort gehabt.Danke
