Es gibt viele Bäume, so dass der Rest hier wirklich besondere Die Familie hatte eine gute Zeit, und die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und modern, so sie waren sehr zufrieden. Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich.

Nằm ở khu hơi xa khu trung tâm nên xung quanh không có chỗ ăn uống gì mấy.
Do là căn hộ cho thuê nên dịch vụ chưa được ok lắm.
Nói chung view đẹp nên mang theo đồ ăn vì thức ăn trong này khá mắc.

This is a condo with a 5 star hotel facility. However, the service part is not as professional as the hotel. The condo is new. There are facilities like a gym, swimming pool, mini Mart and restaurants. The seaside is just walking distance from the condo. The only inconvenient thing is difficult public transportation to towns and fishing villages. The room is well equipped with a fridge, electric stove, towels, slippers, water heater.

Incredibly helpful and attentive staff at the front desk. Great coffee too. Nice bakery next door. We had one of the houses out back. Perfect for our family stay. Some of the rooms are a bit tired, but it is incredibly good value for money. A £1 Grab ride to the market and most of Dalat.

Ein kleiner Zwischenfall, aber der Kundenservice von Ctrip war sehr hilfsbereit. Auch der Service des Händlers war super. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Hotelaufenthalt. Sehr empfehlenswert. Auch der Händler hat mir beim Service sehr geholfen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön.

Die geräumige große, helle Wohnung mit Küchenseite Blick auf das Meer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereites Personal unterstützt und unterstützt in allem im Gebiet gibt es mehrere Schwimmbads und Schleifen für Kinder. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Wasserpark für Kinder im Gebiet gibt es Geschäfte mit einer kleinen Menge an Nahrung und mehreren Cafés. Alles ist sehr sauber und schön. Wir genossen wirklich unseren Aufenthalt. Dieses Hotel liegt 20-30 Minuten Fahrt von der Stadt Mui Ne.
Das Hotel hat sehr schöne Aussichten auf die Wüste, das Meer und die Pools, alles ist sehr, sehr großartig.

Căn hộ dễ tìm, thuận tiện di chuyển, phòng rộng. Tuy nhiên, trong phòng ổ điện bày trí rất xa, có thể mượn lễ tân ổ điện dây nhưng cũng k kéo tới, dọn phòng chưa sạch vì khi nhận phòng vẫn còn tóc vương trên giường, trong wc mùi cống thoát nước bốc lên rất khó chịu. Tuy nhiên, vẫn là 1 địa điểm đáng để lưu trú khi tới ĐL.

Персонал отеля абсолютно не говорит по английский. На стойке регистрации никогда никого нет, можно позвонить, но какой смысл если они не говорят на английском.
Номер холодный, щели в окнах и под дверью щель была почти 5 см, из за чего холодный воздух проникал с улицы. Мы жили на 2 ом этаже, где бы выход на соседнюю улицу и дверь на улицу всегда была открыта, было ощущение что мы живем в коридоре. Слышимость сильная из-за тех же щелей везде. При заезде мы нашли чей то ноготь на полу.
Из плюсов: горячая вода в душе с хорошим напором, стиральная машинка, балкон, кухня со всем необходимым, есть даже мультиварка, чистое постельное белье, полотенца, микроволновка и холодильник, wifi в номере. А также пешая доступность до центрального рынка.

GGastnutzerBefore I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them.
The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had.
CHECK-IN
Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end.
FOOD:
The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally).
AMENITIES:
Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented.
Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good.
The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down.
Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.)
Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm!
*Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing.
KIDS ACTIVITIES:
They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though!
Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!)
*Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it.
CHECK-OUT:
Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple.
All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.

Есть свой пляж с лежаками. Комплекс расположен на возвышенности, непосредственно до ресепшена можно подняться на эскалаторе или возит электрокар. Есть собственный пляж. До центра Муйне примерно 20 км. Без байка не удобно. С байком запаривает кататься туда) Мы 5 дней проживали. Сам номер и комплекс нам очень понравился. Уборка ежедневная, посещение сауны входило в стоимость и бассейнов тоже. Красивый вид. Удобно спать и не слышно соседей. Отдохнули хорошо! Единственное, при бронировании было указано, что есть мини кухня, но по факту плитка не работала. Приготовить минимальный завтрак не получилось. Но для нас это было не критично, мы не обращались по этому поводу к персоналу.

PParty_taeThe reception staff speaks English very well and are very helpful. We checked out early and asked the staff to book a car to take us back to Ho Chi Minh. The staff prepared everything. We had an appointment early in the morning and the staff recommended a hotel that was not far away. We could leave late so that we wouldn't be tired. They recommended it very well. The room was very clean and spacious. It was easy to find the hotel. It was near the walking street and there were many restaurants around. It was great. I will go back and use the service again when I have a chance.

GGastnutzerThe hotel was so adorable! It truly felt like we were in a little fairy village. We arrived a little later in the evening, and the owner, who lives on site was very welcoming. My only downside to our stay was the bathroom. There is no shower curtain, so the water literally gets everywhere. I’m not sure if the smell of urine was coming from the drainage or if it was leaking somewhere from the toilet. Either way that was the only real issue we found. The beds are not very plush so be prepared. Also if you’re like me, and don’t want to leave your physical passport at the desk the entire stay, be prepared to pay 1M VND, to hold as security(you’ll get it back if you have no damages). I wasn’t prepared for that so it took me a little aback. All in all we absolutely enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect for us. On the day of our departure, the owner called a taxi for us, which saved us almost half of what GRAB was going to charge. If we ever return to Dalat, we would absolutely stay here again!

JJacky ƯơngIt is the residential area of Mandala, it is not a traditional hotel. I had a great short stay here, the room is very clean and quiet. the water pressure in the shower room is also very good, the waiter took the initiative to call 3 hours in advance when driving there and reminded me that my vacation was ready, he also took me to the room very enthusiastically and warmly. he always answered my questions about the regional specialties in a timely manner. when checked out this man helped me carry my luggage to my car. I rate it much higher than a traditional 5 star hotel
