Good budget stay in Kuala Lumpur. The room offers a nice view and is comfortable for a short trip. The swimming pool is decent and well-maintained. Check-in was smooth, but the room floor was slightly wet when I arrived around 3 PM, likely due to recent cleaning. One issue encountered was the safety lock, which suddenly engaged by itself and couldn’t be opened from outside. Thankfully, the maintenance staff responded quickly and helped resolve it. Parking is available but comes with an extra charge. Overall, still a value-for-money option with decent facilities, but there is room for improvement in maintenance and room readiness.

The unit itself is clean and fully furnished, which I appreciate. However, there are several serious issues that the owner should address before accepting future guests. 1. Air-conditioning issue (major concern) Please ensure the air-conditioner is properly fixed before hosting guests. During our stay, the unit became extremely hot, especially at night and even worse after sunrise. I was travelling with my elderly parents, and it was honestly uncomfortable and distressing to see them sweating while trying to sleep. This is not a minor inconvenience, it significantly affected our stay. 2. Inadequate cooling for unit size The unit is spacious, even IF the air-conditioner had been working, one small AC unit is clearly insufficient to cool the entire space. With the AC not functioning properly, the situation became unbearable. 3. Serious bathroom privacy and safety issues Both bathrooms have critical privacy concerns. One bathroom has a floor-to-ceiling frosted glass window, but one panel has lost its frosting, creating a large clear section where anyone could see someone showering. The second bathroom has a large unfrosted window near the top, facing the hallway. I personally checked from outside, and it is possible to see clearly into the bathroom. This is a serious safety and privacy issue, not a cosmetic flaw. These problems should be fixed immediately before allowing any other guests to stay. 4. Deposit amount and payment method The security deposit is very high, almost equivalent to the rental cost, which already feels unreasonable. What made it worse is that the deposit was required to be transferred outside the booking platform via WhatsApp. The full check-in guide was only release after transfer is made. One of the main reasons people use trusted platforms like Trip, Agoda, Booking or similar services is for safety and protection on both sides. I had already paid in full through the platform, and all my personal details were available there. Being pressured to transfer a large deposit outside the platform puts guests at unnecessary risk and defeats the purpose of using a secure booking system. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously as an opportunity to improve, rather than dismissing it. With proper fixes and more transparent practices, this unit has potential but in its current condition, the experience was disappointing.

Die Wohnung war geräumig und sauber. Sie ist auch bequem über einem Mall gelegen, und umgeben von Reihen von Essen, Massagestellen und bequem Stab. Sie ist auch in der Nähe des berühmten Dorfparks Nasi Lemak & Wagyu Tavern!

Mein Zimmer wurde zu einer Zwei-Zimmer-Einheit aufgewertet. Es sieht sauber und schön aus. Aber ... ich wurde von zwei kleinen Kakerlaken begrüßt, und in den Zimmerecken tummeln sich Spinnen. Das Bett sah sauber aus, aber ich habe das Gefühl, dass es Staubmilben hat, denn meine Beine jucken. Außerdem riecht das Kissen etwas. Der Abluftventilator im Badezimmer könnte Probleme haben, er ist ziemlich laut. Die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz ist besonders nachts schwer zu finden. Ich hoffe, sie können eine deutlichere Beschilderung anbringen. Insgesamt ist es eine schöne Unterkunft, wenn das Management diese Probleme lösen könnte.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl Gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Einrichtungen wie der Pool und das Fitnessstudio waren super. In der Nähe gab es Supermärkte und so konnten wir mit der gut ausgestatteten Küche uns selber Essen zubereiten. Der einzige negativ Punkt waren die Aufzüge. Obwohl es 6 Aufzüge für das Gebäude gab, musste man teilweise Minuten lang warten bis etwas passierte. Und auch dann kam es vor das der Aufzug auf dem Weg nach unten in fast jedem Stock anhielt, obwohl er schon längst überfüllt war. Da muss man unbedingt an der Programmierung etwas ändern. Ansonsten war unser Aufenthalt wunderbar und wir würden gern wieder kommen

Wir haben gerade mit Freunden vier Nächte in den Mossaz Suites verbracht. Der Parkplatz ist für Erstbesucher etwas unübersichtlich und die Aufzüge waren recht langsam. Ansonsten waren wir aber sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Unser Föhn war defekt, wurde aber vom Servicepersonal innerhalb einer halben Stunde ausgetauscht. Auch unsere Nachbestellungen wurden umgehend erledigt. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an das Service- und Reinigungsteam, das für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt gesorgt hat.

- The stay was very comfortable overall, and everything was quite good. However, there are two things that need improvement: 1. You mentioned on the listing that it can accommodate 6 people. In reality, there are only 2 queen-size beds. The other two “single beds” are just thin mattresses placed on the floor, which are quite uncomfortable. 2. The sofa and beds should be cleaned properly, as there seem to be a lot of dust mites. My children slept on the beds, my wife slept on the floor mattress, and I slept sitting on the sofa. We checked in quite late, took a shower, and went straight to sleep. The next day, all of us were extremely itchy, like monkeys scratching non-stop. The ones who sat on the sofa had itchiness on the back of the thighs, and those who slept on the beds had very itchy hands. These two issues need improvement. Other than that, everything else was very good. Thank you.

The apartment was very clean but it smelled really bad, like durian or garbage that was kept too long in the room. The bed was comfy & the toilet was clean. Only the smell was the minus thing in the apartment.

One of the best locations nearby KLIA, lots of great eateries nearby and very convenient. Just maybe needed a little bit of upgrade on the amenity, then it should be great.

Echt neu und sehr sauber in der Innenstadt. Einfach zu checken, schön und gemütlich zu bleiben. Mit der großen Lage in der Nähe von ss15 und diesem Preis, gibt es wirklich nichts zu beschweren. Die Immobilienverwaltung ist auch responsiv. Ihre Sicherheitsbeamte hat sogar durch meine ganze Reise in den Parkplatz geleitet, um meine spezielle Parkplatz-Parkplatz zu finden. Wenn es nächstes Mal wieder kommt. Nur kleine Kons über diese Eigenschaft ist das Drinagesystem der Dusche ist etwas langsam.
