Wir haben uns sehr wohl Gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Einrichtungen wie der Pool und das Fitnessstudio waren super. In der Nähe gab es Supermärkte und so konnten wir mit der gut ausgestatteten Küche uns selber Essen zubereiten. Der einzige negativ Punkt waren die Aufzüge. Obwohl es 6 Aufzüge für das Gebäude gab, musste man teilweise Minuten lang warten bis etwas passierte. Und auch dann kam es vor das der Aufzug auf dem Weg nach unten in fast jedem Stock anhielt, obwohl er schon längst überfüllt war. Da muss man unbedingt an der Programmierung etwas ändern. Ansonsten war unser Aufenthalt wunderbar und wir würden gern wieder kommen.

The unit itself is clean and fully furnished, which I appreciate. However, there are several serious issues that the owner should address before accepting future guests. 1. Air-conditioning issue (major concern) Please ensure the air-conditioner is properly fixed before hosting guests. During our stay, the unit became extremely hot, especially at night and even worse after sunrise. I was travelling with my elderly parents, and it was honestly uncomfortable and distressing to see them sweating while trying to sleep. This is not a minor inconvenience, it significantly affected our stay. 2. Inadequate cooling for unit size The unit is spacious, even IF the air-conditioner had been working, one small AC unit is clearly insufficient to cool the entire space. With the AC not functioning properly, the situation became unbearable. 3. Serious bathroom privacy and safety issues Both bathrooms have critical privacy concerns. One bathroom has a floor-to-ceiling frosted glass window, but one panel has lost its frosting, creating a large clear section where anyone could see someone showering. The second bathroom has a large unfrosted window near the top, facing the hallway. I personally checked from outside, and it is possible to see clearly into the bathroom. This is a serious safety and privacy issue, not a cosmetic flaw. These problems should be fixed immediately before allowing any other guests to stay. 4. Deposit amount and payment method The security deposit is very high, almost equivalent to the rental cost, which already feels unreasonable. What made it worse is that the deposit was required to be transferred outside the booking platform via WhatsApp. The full check-in guide was only release after transfer is made. One of the main reasons people use trusted platforms like Trip, Agoda, Booking or similar services is for safety and protection on both sides. I had already paid in full through the platform, and all my personal details were available there. Being pressured to transfer a large deposit outside the platform puts guests at unnecessary risk and defeats the purpose of using a secure booking system. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously as an opportunity to improve, rather than dismissing it. With proper fixes and more transparent practices, this unit has potential but in its current condition, the experience was disappointing.

Die Lage war ziemlich schwer zu erreichen. Meine Grab-Fahrer fuhren ständig falsch ab und verloren dadurch jedes Mal mindestens 10–15 Minuten. Da es außerhalb von Kuala Lumpur liegt, waren die Grab-Preise aufgrund der Mautgebühren höher. Obwohl es vom Stadtzentrum aus schwer zu erreichen ist, befindet sich direkt gegenüber ein riesiges, neues und interessantes Einkaufszentrum. Das Niu Niu Café und ein Supermarkt im ersten Stock waren sehr praktisch. Der Pool wirkte recht geräumig, obwohl ich ihn leider nicht ausprobieren konnte. Das Fitnessstudio war fantastisch und die Geräte waren recht neu und ausreichend. Ich würde es jedoch begrüßen, wenn die Betreiber darauf achten würden, dass die benutzten Gewichte wieder zurückgestellt werden. Der Aufzug war manchmal etwas nervig; man musste mitunter 5–10 Minuten warten.

I had a great stay at this homestay in KL. The location was very convenient, the environment was clean and comfortable, and the customer service was excellent. The staff were friendly and responsive throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

Clean and good location with adorable price. next time I will come to stay here again.

Auschecken um 11 Uhr, Einchecken um 15 Uhr – vier Stunden! Der Zimmerboden war so dreckig, dass ich es mir nicht leisten konnte. Ich rief an der Rezeption an und bat den Reinigungsservice, den Boden zu wischen, aber es war dasselbe. Der Boden war wirklich ekelhaft, die Füße waren ganz schwarz. Warum wurde der Boden nicht richtig gewischt? Nicht einmal eingeseift! Ich weiß nicht, was in vier Stunden geputzt wurde – nicht mal eine halbe! Es wimmelte von Kakerlaken. Küchenutensilien wie Scheren, Messer und Schneidebretter waren alle dreckig. Das waren die Sachen, auf denen der vorherige Gast gesessen hatte, ohne sie abzuwaschen. Er hat sie einfach wieder hingestellt, aber der Reinigungsservice hat sie nicht kontrolliert oder gespült. Das Waschbecken war verstopft. Es war schwierig, mir die Zähne zu putzen, das Gesicht zu waschen, das Wasser war abgestanden… Bitte… kümmern Sie sich um das Zimmer! Der Gast hat bezahlt, aber nicht bezahlt… Zum Glück hatte ich ein günstiges Zimmer für 120 RM bekommen. Ich hatte ein teures bekommen, also bin ich direkt zur Rezeption gegangen und habe das Zimmer gewechselt. Ich verstehe das nicht. Es ist ärgerlich. Mein erster und letzter Aufenthalt hier. Etage 13, zurück in Zimmer 8.

The host is not responsive at first. I started contacting him 3 days before arrival. i didnot receive even an email for check-in instructions. I booked the property more than a month before our travel… only when we arrived in the place that I found out that the number posted on the site is not theirs and the reply email from the email booking confirmation that i received from trip.com does not go to the correct host… During this time, I travelled with my 2 kids for the ice skating competition and we brought lots of big luggages for their costume snd props… Our flight is so early so we were unable to get enough sleep and we’re so tired… This is very stressful to all of us… then i just decided to bring the kids to sunway lagoon theme park while waiting for the reply from the host and the trip.com. i finally got an update from trip.com and the host at around 1pm. but since we were already in the theme park, we were able to check in at around 7pm. Anyway, trip.com gave me 3000 points for compensation for the hassle… The amenities are complete and the room was huge with 2 sofa beds, 1 queen size bed, a study table and chair, dining table and kitchen, which are basically my preference so i can cook for the kids. The toilet has bath tub but it doesn’t have cover so the kids were not able to use it. also, there is some smell going out from the drainage of the toilet, so i bought an air freshener. When i got the correct contact number of the host, i realized that he is actually responsive. I requested a clean up room on the third day, and he answered right away… although the cleaner came later in the afternoon, around 5 to 6pm (not on the scheduled time of 11am to 3pm). The property is connected to the mall, where the rink is located. So it is very convenient to us. Overall, i can rate this property as very good based on our needs during this time… and i will certainly come back and recommend this to friends. posted pictures were taken before we checked-out. thats why it’s so messy

- The stay was very comfortable overall, and everything was quite good. However, there are two things that need improvement: 1. You mentioned on the listing that it can accommodate 6 people. In reality, there are only 2 queen-size beds. The other two “single beds” are just thin mattresses placed on the floor, which are quite uncomfortable. 2. The sofa and beds should be cleaned properly, as there seem to be a lot of dust mites. My children slept on the beds, my wife slept on the floor mattress, and I slept sitting on the sofa. We checked in quite late, took a shower, and went straight to sleep. The next day, all of us were extremely itchy, like monkeys scratching non-stop. The ones who sat on the sofa had itchiness on the back of the thighs, and those who slept on the beds had very itchy hands. These two issues need improvement. Other than that, everything else was very good. Thank you.
