I had a great stay at Mossaz Suite Kuala Lumpur. The suite was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with a nice city view that made the experience even better. The location is convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Overall, it’s a great place to stay and offers excellent value for money.

The unit itself is clean and fully furnished, which I appreciate. However, there are several serious issues that the owner should address before accepting future guests. 1. Air-conditioning issue (major concern) Please ensure the air-conditioner is properly fixed before hosting guests. During our stay, the unit became extremely hot, especially at night and even worse after sunrise. I was travelling with my elderly parents, and it was honestly uncomfortable and distressing to see them sweating while trying to sleep. This is not a minor inconvenience, it significantly affected our stay. 2. Inadequate cooling for unit size The unit is spacious, even IF the air-conditioner had been working, one small AC unit is clearly insufficient to cool the entire space. With the AC not functioning properly, the situation became unbearable. 3. Serious bathroom privacy and safety issues Both bathrooms have critical privacy concerns. One bathroom has a floor-to-ceiling frosted glass window, but one panel has lost its frosting, creating a large clear section where anyone could see someone showering. The second bathroom has a large unfrosted window near the top, facing the hallway. I personally checked from outside, and it is possible to see clearly into the bathroom. This is a serious safety and privacy issue, not a cosmetic flaw. These problems should be fixed immediately before allowing any other guests to stay. 4. Deposit amount and payment method The security deposit is very high, almost equivalent to the rental cost, which already feels unreasonable. What made it worse is that the deposit was required to be transferred outside the booking platform via WhatsApp. The full check-in guide was only release after transfer is made. One of the main reasons people use trusted platforms like Trip, Agoda, Booking or similar services is for safety and protection on both sides. I had already paid in full through the platform, and all my personal details were available there. Being pressured to transfer a large deposit outside the platform puts guests at unnecessary risk and defeats the purpose of using a secure booking system. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously as an opportunity to improve, rather than dismissing it. With proper fixes and more transparent practices, this unit has potential but in its current condition, the experience was disappointing.

Das Hotel war nahe an vielen und vielen Essen. Ein wenig teuer verglichen, aber ich denke, es war ziemlich wert. Zimmer war sehr sauber und modern.

Sauberkeit: Insgesamt war das Zimmer sehr sauber, Toilettenartikel, Duschgel und Shampoo werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Nur eine Sache: Der Boden war staubig, vielleicht war ein paar Wochen lang niemand da, also wurde er vor meinem Aufenthalt nicht geputzt. Lage: Ich hatte Bedenken, dass die Lage schwer zu finden ist, bevor ich dorthin ging, aber der Kundenservice hat mir ein Video geschickt, das mir zeigt, wie ich zu ihrem Parkplatz komme. Super! Das nächste große Einkaufszentrum ist 1Utama. Das Gebäude ist von einer Autobahn umgeben, was sehr praktisch ist, wenn Sie mit dem Auto anreisen. Service: Der Service an der Rezeption war gut! Der Kundenservice hat sehr schnell auf WhatsApp-Nachrichten geantwortet! Exzellenter Service vom Sicherheitspersonal, sie sind sehr höflich!!!! Auf jeder Ebene des Parkplatzes gibt es einen Sicherheitsbeamten, also kein Grund zur Sorge, dass niemand da ist, wenn Sie Hilfe brauchen. Annehmlichkeiten: Auf der obersten Ebene gibt es ein Fitnessstudio und einen Swimmingpool sowie eine Bar, um mit Freunden/der Familie zu entspannen (Getränke/Bier/Besteck müssen selbst mitgebracht werden). Soweit ich weiß, gibt es 2-4 Aufzüge, um zur Lobby zu gelangen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl Gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Einrichtungen wie der Pool und das Fitnessstudio waren super. In der Nähe gab es Supermärkte und so konnten wir mit der gut ausgestatteten Küche uns selber Essen zubereiten. Der einzige negativ Punkt waren die Aufzüge. Obwohl es 6 Aufzüge für das Gebäude gab, musste man teilweise Minuten lang warten bis etwas passierte. Und auch dann kam es vor das der Aufzug auf dem Weg nach unten in fast jedem Stock anhielt, obwohl er schon längst überfüllt war. Da muss man unbedingt an der Programmierung etwas ändern. Ansonsten war unser Aufenthalt wunderbar und wir würden gern wieder kommen

The room itself was spacious, clean, and having a kitchenette was very convenient, especially for a longer stay. In terms of space and facilities, the accommodation met my expectations. The location may look convenient on the map, but in reality, it isn’t. There are no nearby train or metro stations within easy walking distance, so you’ll most likely need to use Grab every time you want to leave or return to the property. This is something to keep in mind when planning your stay. Unfortunately, the service was the complete opposite. Communication was by far the biggest issue. The property rarely responded through the Trip.com chat, and the WhatsApp support they asked guests to use was even worse. Most requests took hours to receive a reply, and some were simply ignored. During my stay, I reported issues with the air conditioner and later with the water heater. Instead of receiving timely assistance, I often had to follow up multiple times. On one occasion, when I politely asked how long the repair would take, I received the response, “be patient ya, now is heavy check out.” I found this rude and unprofessional. I was simply asking for an estimated waiting time and was always polite in my messages, always saying “please.” Eventually, I stopped relying on their messaging service altogether because it was ineffective. Every time I needed assistance, I had to leave my room and look for housekeeping staff or other employees in the building to get help directly. The room itself has potential, but poor communication, unprofessional customer service, and the inconvenient location significantly affected my overall experience. I would not stay here again unless these issues are addressed.

- The stay was very comfortable overall, and everything was quite good. However, there are two things that need improvement: 1. You mentioned on the listing that it can accommodate 6 people. In reality, there are only 2 queen-size beds. The other two “single beds” are just thin mattresses placed on the floor, which are quite uncomfortable. 2. The sofa and beds should be cleaned properly, as there seem to be a lot of dust mites. My children slept on the beds, my wife slept on the floor mattress, and I slept sitting on the sofa. We checked in quite late, took a shower, and went straight to sleep. The next day, all of us were extremely itchy, like monkeys scratching non-stop. The ones who sat on the sofa had itchiness on the back of the thighs, and those who slept on the beds had very itchy hands. These two issues need improvement. Other than that, everything else was very good. Thank you.

A wonderful place to stay! The space felt modern, bright, and thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. The layout was comfortable, and all the amenities worked flawlessly—fast Wi-Fi, great water pressure, and a fully stocked set of basics. nearby a mall and easy to get food . Check-in and check-out were completely hassle-free. Five stars all around!

One of the best locations nearby KLIA, lots of great eateries nearby and very convenient. Just maybe needed a little bit of upgrade on the amenity, then it should be great.

With regards to the accommodation, it's great. Looked like I was in a showroom with all the facilities like a water dispenser, microwave, stove top and sink with all the washing equipment available. Towels were soft, not scratchy. There were blackout curtains which meant i slept super well. Shower gel smelled amazing. There was even a bathtub but i didn't use it. Can imagine it would be great for families with children. The bedroom was really spacious with space on the side of the bed so there will be allowance for a cot if needed.  This place is really new so there was a slight paint smell which will probably wear off in a few months.  My biggest gripe about this location is the check in and the location. check-in: you would need to transfer 200RM to a bank account as part of a deposit that would be returned after the access key is returned. At a hotel, i would just swipe my bank card to pay for this. However, as it was remote, I couldn't do that. The bank transfer could only be done via Wise or Revolut which i didn't have.  As i'm not local, i didn't have a Malaysian bank account either.  Wise isn't an app that can be downloaded on the spot i learned. So i was stuck and frustrated, wanting to just cancel and rebook elsewhere. The administrative person on WhatsApp then relented and sent me the details for the check-in without the deposit. This was after an hour or trying to figure out how to make the payment.  Because there were no signs on doors i had to just observe and ask for help from residents in the building about how to get around/identify the mailbox.  I would totally want to return because this place is really outstanding in its liveability, but it would be great to improve this process for foreign travellers.  Location: the name was so close to Dorsett grand and it wasn't clear that one was a hotel and one was a service apartment. Please make it clear that this is so on the booking page. :) thank you.
