Einen Abend hier bleiben ist eine große Erfahrung, besonders für Familien mit Kindern. Ich und meine Familie haben hier eine gute Zeit geblieben und werden sicher wiederholen. Kinder, die Spaß haben im Schwimmbad Level 6 gespielt. Nur in der Nacht, nicht viel Licht am Pool. Familie mit mehr als einem Auto, müssen extra bezahlen, oder Sie können 20myr für einen Tag im Parkplatz bezahlen. Insgesamt ist alles gut.

Das Zimmer ist nicht sauber genug und Kettle ist zerstört , aber glücklicherweise kauft der Gastgeber einen neuen zu ersetzen, Master Schlafzimmer Dusche Wasser ist zu klein, gemeinsame Toilette ist einfach schön

We are family of 6 with kids and senior. The apartment seems new and room is clean and nice! We enjoyed the stay here. There is a playground at level 4 and at least still ok , not alot of things spoilt that kind. For us the location is near to aeon mall which is great for our shopping, dinner and EV charging of car. There is 2 locations to charge EV, very convenient and lots of availability. Host maybe forgot to drop us a message earlier but upon calling, picked up very fast and let us know about how to check in Just that maybe will be great if there is a pool available!. Will be perfect for amenities! However, a small issue for owner! There is a needle on the bed frame near the head side, so is really dangerous, but i managed to saw it and remove it straight away, but would have been really scary if we didnt notice and kids are playing there. So please do be more careful when doing house keeping. The needle is left in the kitchen table already. Thank you for the stay! Will still come back if need!

Smart, sehr strategische Lage, direkt im Zentrum der Stadt Kota Bharu. McDonalds, Starbucks, Kaffeebohnen und andere Geschäfte sind bequem am Bodenboden gelegen. Parken ist jedoch ein Albtraum. Es hat uns Zeit gedauert, n zu lesen, wo zu parken. Die Zahlen der Parkplätze werden gelöscht und wir müssen die Parkplätze mit klaren Zahlen zählen, um unsere Parkplätze auf falschem Parkplätze zu verhindern. Bad Reinigung ist sehr schlecht. Die Badezimmerwand sieht aus wie nie zuvor gewaschen. Sehr schmutzig. Das kleine Zimmer ist nicht so sauber und es gibt steinig Bettblatt und Haare. Der Boden ist auch viel Staub.

Diese Lage ist sehr bequem und das ist der Bereich, den ich nächstes Mal bleiben würde. Aber ich glaube nicht, dass ich wieder zu diesem Prestige Kiara River View gehen kann. Wenn der Gastgeber nicht diese verbessern kann: 1) Keine WLAN 2) keine Tagesgarten nur schwarz ausschaltbarengarten 3) Die Toilette ist nicht geschrubbt und hat schmutzig unwaschte Farben überall im WC. Es hat Grimes überall im WC. Pls verbessert.

Insgesamt ist Gut . Die Umgebung ist sauber und hygienische . Ich hatte das Vergnügen, zu bleiben und werde sicher wieder hier bleiben, wo ich komme, Kalantan. Nur der Duschewasserdruck war niedrig , hoffentlich können diese verbessert werden

AirBNB type of apartment stay, rooms are clean but the service yard is kinda messy and dirty. Location is at the center of the city, almost the only tall residential building there. Eatery is around.

Overall, everything was good, but there are a couple of areas that need improvement. There was no wiping cloth provided for the sink area, which was inconvenient. Also, the current coffee/toast burner or whatsoever they called, the setup is not practical especially if you want to reheat food. Replacing it with a small microwave would be far more useful. That aside, the service was excellent. Response times were impressively fast, likely due to the use of an AI platform for handling customer enquiries.
