Perfect Location. So close to the Subway and the Curry House downstairs is a bonus. So close to all stores and restaurants. The home itself is absolutely Fantastic. Comfortable beds, nice and quiet. Perfectly set out to make a great stay for the Japanese Home Experience. Thank you Eternal! We will return next trip to Japan

Review: 5-Night Stay at One Niseko Hotel, Japan We recently stayed five nights at One Niseko and overall enjoyed our stay, but there are some important things future guests — especially skiers — should know. The rooms were spacious, generally clean, and had very comfortable beds and linens. A few small maintenance issues could use attention, but nothing that seriously affected our stay. Breakfast was decent but fairly repetitive, with mostly the same offerings each day aside from a few rotating dishes. Transportation logistics are probably the biggest consideration. The hotel only offers one daily pickup from the Grand Hirafu bus terminal, and it requires advance reservation. The hotel shuttle itself runs only to Annupuri and Moiwa and does so infrequently, often not aligning well with lift closing times. If the upper mountain lifts close early 3:30pm if they open at all  and may unexpectedly close due to wind or snow.Yyou can easily end up far from the hotel in this situation. Without the shuttle, taxis are limited and cost around $30 USD, or you may face a crowded 1.5-hour bus ride — skis included. The hotel is also quite far from Grand Hirafu, and there aren’t many restaurants within walking distance. We even walked back from Moiwa one day in the rain because the shuttle wouldn’t return for another hour — not ideal after skiing. On the positive side, ski rental prices at the hotel were actually better than many shops in the surrounding area. The hotel restaurant is flexible too — if it’s not full, you can usually walk in without a reservation. The onsen itself is nice, but etiquette enforcement could improve. Some guests were not following standard onsen rules and wearing underwear in the baths, which created an awkward atmosphere (I felt like an exhibitionist!). Management may want to either enforce rules more clearly or consider alternative policies to maintain guest comfort (allow swimsuits). Overall, we did enjoy our stay, but unless you have a rental car, I would strongly recommend considering accommodation in Niseko Village or closer to the lifts for convenience. One Niseko is comfortable but somewhat isolated, and transportation can become challenging quickly depending on weather and lift operations.

A Convenient and Comfortable Retreat There are 4 units in this building. One parking slot per unit is provided at the corner near unit 101. This apartment offers a truly practical and comfortable base for exploring the area. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the basic utensils and cutlery for easy meal prep, and the welcome inclusion of instant slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. The microwave was also super handy for quick snacks and reheats. Comfort is well-managed with one air-conditioner that kept the unit at a pleasant temperature throughout our stay. The washing machine was a huge plus, and we found the designated drying area right above it in the toilet very efficient. The separate dining table was also a nice touch, providing a comfortable space for meals. 2 dryers are outside the building. With two double beds, this unit is well-suited for small groups or families. We also enjoyed being able to link our Netflix account to the TV, which was great for unwinding in the evenings . Things to Note About the Location The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, offering a peaceful atmosphere. While there aren't many eateries directly nearby, there are two convenience stores within easy reach. Do keep in mind that local supermarkets tend to close around 7 PM, so plan accordingly for groceries. We found the area to be quite pleasant for getting around, with not many cars on the road. This makes it particularly fun to explore the town by bicycle, and there are several bicycle rental stores available if you're keen to pedal around.

Terrible service and frustrating check in experience with a misleading listing While the cleanliness and amenities of the property were excellent, the service and check in process were incredibly frustrating. To be fair, we missed the host’s initial message, which caused some early hiccups. However, the actual on the spot setup is completely unfriendly for self check in. The lobby area requires an access code just to enter. If another group of guests had not happened to walk out and let us in, we would have been stuck outside the building entirely. Once inside, the check in tablet machine was faulty and did not work, forcing us to message the host to manually get our entry password. The most disappointing part was the host's attitude regarding baggage storage. We specifically checked that the listing included baggage storage before booking this hotel. Yet, when we asked about it before checking out, the host simply told us no and told us to go use a chargeable baggage locker at the train station instead. When I pointed out that it was explicitly listed on their profile, they just claimed it was a mistake and offered no real solution. To make it worse, we literally saw other guests' luggage stored in the lobby, meaning the host just chose either not to help us or they do not care. The rooms are nice, but the total lack of basic hospitality and misleading information ruined the stay. Would not recommend if you value reliable service because there is no service to begin with.

Location of hotel is very good with beautiful view and many eateries serving good food. Driving to attractions is convenient. The room we booked is spacious with mini kitchen and washer/dryer. We loved the room. The only great inconvenience is parking at hotel is limited, only 5 lots. Had to park at the designated carpark which is away from hotel, it was dark and deserted with stairs that looks like ******* place.

Hier gibt es drei ABC-Apartments. Im Erdgeschoss jedes Gebäudes können Sie jedes Zimmer betreten und über das Tablet mit dem Servicepersonal auf Englisch kommunizieren. Nach der Überprüfung Ihrer Bestellnummer und Ihres Reisepasses werden Ihnen die Zimmernummer und das Passwort notiert, damit Sie einchecken können, was etwa zehn Minuten dauert. Die 5-stöckige Wohnung verfügt über einen Aufzug und einen großen Parkplatz. Wir haben uns für die größte Wohnung entschieden, die über 3 Zimmer, 6 Doppelbetten, 2 separate Toiletten und 2 Badebereiche verfügt. Handtücher und Hausschuhe sind vorhanden und die Küche verfügt über alle Küchenutensilien. Alles ist sauber und die Geräte sind neu. Die Nähe zum Flughafen New Chitose ist etwas unpraktisch, wenn man kein Auto hat, aber wir hatten kein Problem mit unserem Auto. Insgesamt sehr gut, ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wenn ich die Chance habe!

I had a wonderful two-night stay at this guesthouse and really enjoyed my time here. The service was exceptionally thoughtful and went far beyond my expectations. Apart from the usual amenities such as towels, toothbrushes, shower gel and shampoo, the guesthouse even thoughtfully provided facial cleansing and skincare products. I was genuinely surprised and impressed by how much attention was given to the guests’ comfort. It really made me feel well taken care of. The guesthouse also has a very convenient car park located very close to the property, which was especially helpful for us travelling by car. The washing machine is also new and very convenient to use. The shower deserves a special mention too, the water pressure is fantastic, and the hot water supply is excellent. It made showering after a long day especially enjoyable. The only downside was that the bed and pillows were a little too soft for my preference, so I didn’t sleep as comfortably as I would have liked. I hope the guesthouse could consider providing firmer pillows in the future. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and truly appreciated the warm, thoughtful and attentive hospitality. I would definitely be happy to stay here again and would highly recommend this guesthouse to others.

The service was top ! We are extremely satisfied with the Vale this hotel. The room was spacious and had a pleasant surprise with its large floor-to-ceiling windows offering a wide and high view that allowed us to enjoy a snowscape. The facilities in the room are also very comprehensive, including a kitchen, a washer, and a dryer, which we are very satisfied with. Patricia (sweet smiling lady) knew that there were three of us and prepared an extra third chair so that we could all sit together to eat.  Melanie and Liam provided impeccable service. Despite the booking only two nights at The Vale, and we needed to move to Rusutsu resort ( no available in the Vale for the rest of our holiday) they assisted us to deliver our 7 luggage’s to Rusutsu resort(that hotel service is very so so) This led us to The Rusutsu Resort hotel where our luggage was handled very well. Despite the extremely cold , Melanie and Liam were there to help us load our luggage onto the car, and Liam ensured that our belongings were safely delivered to the other Resort.  Honestly , the price in the Vale is value for money for this truly wonderful experience. Rusutsu Resort hotel is overpriced with the such quality service . Thank you again Patricia, Melanie and Liam

Das Zimmer war für 3 Personen sehr klein, aber es war sehr gut ausgestattet mit fast allem, was Sie für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigen könnten. Zu den Einrichtungen gehören ein Backofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Waschmaschine, Platten, Schneidwaren, Kupfer und Pans sowie sogar ein Haarauskleidung. Wir hatten ein wenig Probleme mit der Eincheckung, da es sich um einen Selbst-Check-in-Prozess handelte, aber alle erforderlichen Anweisungen und Informationen wurden in der E-Mail klar gegeben, so dass wir endlich ohne viel Problem eingehen konnten. Leider wurde das Sofabett beschädigt und mit schwarzer Leitungsband, das bereits abgestürzt war, repariert. Das war enttäuschend und machte das Sofabett weniger komfortabel und gut gepflegt. Die Lage ist extrem ruhig und ländlich, die vielleicht nicht jeder passt, aber es war sehr bequem, zum Flughafen mit dem Auto oder Taxi zu kommen. Das Schlafzimmer hatte auch nicht eigene Klimaanlage, so dass es etwas warm in der Nacht sein könnte. Insgesamt ist es ein praktischer und sehr gut ausgestatteter Ort, vor allem wenn Sie irgendwo in der Nähe des Flughafens benötigen. Allerdings sind die kleine Zimmergröße, beschädigte Sofabett und mangelnde Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer Bereiche, die verbessert werden könnten.
