Less than 10 min walk from JR station in one straight direction. Booked Junior Suite Japanese-Western style room with bathtub 1 Room for 3 Nights.
Big room with nice Sea view. Cozy and comfortable. Good breakfast ! Big dining table .. kitchen with all simple things you need for cooking. We cooked noodles and fried beef / veggies. There was a washing machine and the small clothes hanger !
The onsen is good.
Don’t choose expensive small room less than 16 square meter without breakfast near JR. Just walk for 10 plus min since travelling always over eating.
We walked to all places of interest from hotel since we have 3 days here. No problem for us .. there was a ramen restaurant near by in 3 min walk.

Airport connects bus to hotel, staff is generally okay, although not all are helpful. When we checked out, we requested two taxis, but when they arrived, the drivers had difficulty communicating with us to confirm that the taxis were booked for us. Unfortunately, there were no hotel staff available to assist us, which made us feel quite upset. Additionally, the hotel facilities are outdated; the lighting is dim, and we found some dust and dirt on the towels and bedding.

The view on Lake Toya from the hotel was spectacular. We were lucky to have witnessed the cloud sea and sunrise. From the other angle, we could see the full view of Mt Yotei, also known as Hokkaido Fuji. There are few restaurants in the hotel, including the Japanese, Chinese, French, and the Italian. There was also good onsen in the hotel, both idoor and outdoor. We will definitely come back to stay again in the future.

AAnonymer BenutzerIt's a self check in hostel but the check in procedure is easy to understand after reading carefully the email upon booking confirmation. Our room is bunk beds type with private toilet and bathroom, the water pressure is awesome. The overall cleanliness is great. There are a lot paid parking areas nearby, I believe the nearest opposite one is the cheapest. So sad that we didn't manage to find any cutlery in the common area that we couldn't have our hot cup noodles. Deodorize spray is provided and air purifier humidifier is also provided in the room. It's a plus plus plus that the charging ports are everywhere near the each bed.

CChan Moon YikNice stylish condo-styled hotel with full in room facilities (cooking, washing machines, dryer etc) which is really gd for long stay.
Suites are big & spacious, awesomely clean & superd decor.
Onsen is decent & gd for a quick dip but a little small if compared to noborebetsu ones.
Ski area is outstanding with ample storage for ski gear. Truly ski in/ski out resort if u can ski wel as you can hit the slopes once you're all geared up. For beginner, u hv to carry your ski gear & walk down the slopes or walk indoor cutting thru the connected walkway to the main rusutsu hotel.
Conclusion, will love to stay here again & for longer duration...😀

LLeong FamilyThe staff are not knowledgeable on 3rd party ski hire or ski school. We returned the equipment 1 day earlier and the staff said ok and asked if we are fine with 50% refund. We said yes. The next day they said they never said this.....no English, and don't ask questions, they will not be able to answer. They are well mannered and kind, just no direction and very messy.
Bus schedule is also confusing, staff are not clear and busses don't often come without calling and reminding. They say it is due to weather condition, but it wasn't.
You need to book set menu dinners at their one and only restaurant, 3 days in advance. We missed the Christmas set dinner, and even though on the phone to reserve the table, we asked for set menu, they didn't decline and they didn't say we needed 3 day advance notice. So we went and ordered small alacarte meals. Small dishes but were absolutely delicious.
Hot Spring facility is excellent. Rooms are clean and the layout is fantastic. They have a washing machine that dries as well. Bring your own laundry detergent
But I must give 100% credit to them as we left our bag at the lobby and they arranged to send it to Tokyo for us and called the receiving hotel as well,.

The room is well furnished and it's clean, well-equipped and inviting.
- basic amenities and facilities are one of the best for us throughout our stay. The bathing toilet even has a tv as you soak in after a tiring day out.
- instructions and communication were well tabulated and communicated
- sheltered dedicated parking lot at level 1. Useful for Hokkaido as the vehicle is sheltered away from the snow, which is one less effort for us as we don't need to dust away the dust.
- location to nearby sightseeing location is at most 20 mins away. Hokkaido tower, Tanukikoji shopping street, Nijo market is all a stone throw away. Lawson convenience store is just 3 mins away
- best value for money, hotels around this area cost double the cost for the number of travellers we have..
We were thoroughly pleased with this booking and we will look forward to this host and accommodation if we ever come back again. We felt at home throughout the stay and the only regret was we wasn't around for most of the day as we are constantly away

You will need to upload all id/guest info via their check-in weblink.
On the day of arrival, they will email u (1) the apartment passcode & (2) locker code, hanging in the door entrance, to retrieve the unit key.
Then u will also need to upload a group photo on checking in as proof.
Unit is fairly clean, it’s just 50 steps away from the subway, it’s basically a fully furnished apartment with washing machine / dryer. Comes with air cond, heater, internet, TV & a mini bath tub. Fully equipped kitchen & utensils for light cooking.
Lawson, 7/11 is very close by.
* The space is a little tight & there are very few electric sockets, so we used the air conditioning socket & the toaster socket instead.
We had trouble entering the unit because of the steps in keying in the ID pad, but thankfully they replied by email very promptly.

I had to specially give compliment to the hotel staff and service team. They are very helpful, friendly, patient and professional. Their service and attitude impressed us a lot and that would be the reason for staying at this hotel upon our next visit to Furano.
We were a group of 6 and staying at 3-bedroom suite was incredibly nice and comfortable. We had certain privacy by having 3 rooms in the suite and we could also gather in the dining area. Kitchen is fully equipped. Rooms are tidy and neat with amenities. Beds are very comfy and the whole environment was very quiet, so we slept very well. There is also a cafe downstairs.
We travelled by car, so quite easy to get to the hotel and there is hotel carpark. If no car, reaching the hotel would be a bit challenging.
Overall, we loved and enjoyed a lot our stay in the hotel.

GGastnutzer第一晚的房間，感覺很好，有點不想換房間了。但我的訂單，第二晚是四人間（我只有兩人入住），需要先退房再入住另一間房。在攜程和酒店客服用英文溝通，回覆消息很快。但是通知我需要十點退房，下午四點再入住新的房間。白天我們去洞爺湖乘船繞湖一週，湖中有小島，四周都是雪山，特別是羊蹄山景色很美。也去了火山科學館，看了影片解説，詳細介紹了1977年和2000年有珠山兩次火山爆發前後的情景，地表的變化和温泉的形成（發了耳機有中文講解）。回到酒店已是17:30，打開郵件查看新房間號和開門密碼。開門後讓我震驚了！房間真的很大很大，有一間卧室裏面有兩張1.5米床（圖2照片，我們沒用這個房間），和起居室連在一起的房間，也是兩張1.5米床，房間雖然大，但是很温暖，一點都不冷，得益於威力強大的加熱器（見最後第2張圖片）。起居室有兩個大窗户，早上太陽直接射到床上、餐桌上，沐浴着陽光吃早餐，感覺心情也是Sunny 。廚房用具很新，比昨晚的雙床房更齊全，電飯煲、咖啡機都有配。餐桌很長，可供6人用餐。智能馬桶也很温暖。真想住下來不走了。離開時我還想給酒店三個小建議：1、洗臉盆高度較低，需要彎腰使用，洗臉盆的鏡子很Mini ，而且很高，梳頭時我踮起腳，還有點看不到（見圖8）。2、衞生間是浴缸，浴缸的前面牆上，能否增加花灑的底座？因為我們都習慣洗淋浴（見圖12）。3、全自動洗衣機很不錯，但沒找到洗衣液。我到7-11買的洗衣液（見圖9，11），洗了幾條加絨的褲子。房間温度高，到早上衣服就全乾了，對還需繼續旅遊十幾天的我們真好。退房時，將門上的牌子翻轉後即可離開。帶上行李，我們步行五分鐘去車站，趕往我們的下一站—函館。再見！

BBiaopoDer Standort liegt in der Nähe des Flughafens New Chitose. Das Outlet Lera befindet sich ebenfalls in der Nähe. Es ist leicht zu finden, da drei Gebäude nebeneinander gebaut sind. Der Check-in ist unbesetzt und dauert daher etwas. Die Rezeption befindet sich im 1. Stock des Gebäudes C des Gebäudes ABC. Der Parkplatz ist groß und nummeriert, aber es spielt keine Rolle, wo Sie parken. Das Zimmer ist wie ein Zimmer in einer Wohnung, mit Küche, Waschraum, Bad, Waschmaschine und Klimaanlage. Der Höhepunkt war, dass Waschmittel bereitgestellt wurde. Der Nachteil ist, dass es keine Annehmlichkeiten wie Zahnbürsten und Loungewear gibt. Es ist schön, mit der Familie (5 Personen) im selben Zimmer übernachten zu können. Es gibt keinen Supermarkt in Gehweite, aber einen innerhalb von 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Ich würde sie auf jeden Fall wieder nutzen, wenn ich am Flughafen etwas zu erledigen habe.
