比較糟糕的一次體驗。這種糟糕的體驗90%來自不專業的前台。
先説比較滿意的部分：離火車站比較近，步行十到十五分鐘即可到達。設施比較新，有咖啡機，也有廚房，且炊具很齊全，很適合做飯。第一天遇到的前台很友善，提前讓我們40分鐘入住了房間（提前入住需要收取30歐元）。
糟糕的部分：第二天晚上下班回來發現房間沒有打掃就下去問前台。前台強調we are not a hotel, this is an apartment （我們不是酒店，是公寓）。FINE，遂問能不能換一下毛巾或者拿兩條乾淨的毛巾，得到回覆換毛巾需要收取10歐。洗手間的水池下水比較慢，所以問前台能不能請人看看，卻被質問：why didn’t you report this yesterday（你為什麼昨天不説）. I WAS WORKING YESTERDAY AND BY THE TIME I GOT BACK YOU WERE OFF WORK! How would I know if it didn’t work if I haven’t used it at all. 邏輯滿分的前台，完全不內耗，有問題衹會是住客的問題。
真誠建議攜程不要標註是酒店，它自己的員工也強調了不是酒店。

TTravel addict ✈️Amazing stay in a great student campus. You have a study area, a gym, a nice clean room with high ceilings and a kitchen, communal living room spaces and even a tennis court! Definitely more than you need from a couple nights in the city. The area is very close to the Center, and the transport links are great. Buses get you to the city centre in 15 minutes while walking will take you more like 25-30 min. Also they have a large supermarket in the same building, which is super convenient as they have plenty of choice. But beware — there’s a homeless guy nestling right by the supermarket (that street can get some dodgy action at night). As per the accommodation, the biggest community there is composed of students - all very welcoming and friendly. Receptionists and staff are also very helpful. Feels like a hotel. Recommend 👍🏻

GGastnutzerThe studio is in perfect location to explore Turin, about 650m walk from Turin Porta Nuova train station, and very close to Piazzza San Carlo (one of the main squares with history, events and lifely daily activities. We were given a studio during noon where we arrived, which is earlier than the official check-in time. Frontdesk is efficient and helpful, and Sabrina is cheerful. The studio size is bigger than our expectation, with large outdoor balcony. Ideal for travellers that wish to have spacious place to stay and relax. The only thing that could be improved would be mattress (spring support) to make it a perfect stay.

UuulissiThe residence was very good, after check-in at the nearby hotel, I was taken to the nearby residence. The room was clean, albeit a bit worn out. Location was excellent, and breakfast was tasty. Staff was kind and accommodating. I'd stay here again should I travel to Stresa. Thank you.

JJINMINDieses Hotel vereint das Beste aus Familien- und Hoteldienstleistungen. Die Rezeption ist sehr einladend, die Englischkenntnisse sind sehr gut, die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, es liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und der U-Bahn und der Transport ist bequem.

GGastnutzerThe host was so nice to pick me up from Serravale outlet bus station when I arrived for check in and sent me back later. Super friendly and easy to communicate with. Taxi from outlet back to the place is €20.00 and with bus one way cost €2.30 from the Novi Ligure train station.

GGastnutzerWe arrived midnight at the hotel but Briona's son waited for us. He was super friendly and efficient. The place is from 13th century which made me feel connected to ancient people. The location is only a few minutes away from the train station. Highly recommended.

GGastnutzerSehr komfortabeles Apartmenthotel, innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Obwohl es ein Apartmenthotel ist, gibt es einen 24-Stunden-Rezeption-Service. Die Hoteltür hat vier kostenlose Parkplätze zu Hause, aber Glück. Ich habe zwei verschiedene Zimmer reserviert, ein Zimmer pro Halle, ein Gebäudestil, aber der Raum ist groß, es gibt Waschmaschine, Waschmaschine, alle Küchengeräte haben, sogar in der Waschmaschine ist eine Waschmaschine ausgestattet, die Waschmaschine ist auch mit einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet, sehr vorsichtig, völlig übererwartet.
