尊敬的攜程您好，如果是沒有客房清潔的住宿就請不要標成“酒店”。 比較糟糕的一次體驗。這種糟糕的體驗90%來自不專業的前台。 先説比較滿意的部分：離火車站比較近，步行十到十五分鐘即可到達。設施比較新，有咖啡機，也有廚房，且炊具很齊全，很適合做飯。第一天遇到的前台很友善，提前讓我們40分鐘入住了房間（提前入住需要收取30歐元）。 糟糕的部分：第二天晚上下班回來發現房間沒有打掃就下去問前台。前台強調we are not a hotel, this is an apartment （我們不是酒店，是公寓）。FINE，遂問能不能換一下毛巾或者拿兩條乾淨的毛巾，得到回覆換毛巾需要收取10歐。洗手間的水池下水比較慢，所以問前台能不能請人看看，卻被質問：why didn’t you report this yesterday（你為什麼昨天不説）. I WAS WORKING YESTERDAY AND BY THE TIME I GOT BACK YOU WERE OFF WORK! How would I know if it didn’t work if I haven’t used it at all. 邏輯滿分的前台，完全不內耗，有問題衹會是住客的問題。 真誠建議攜程不要標註是酒店，它自己的員工也強調了不是酒店。

Amazing stay in a great student campus. You have a study area, a gym, a nice clean room with high ceilings and a kitchen, communal living room spaces and even a tennis court! Definitely more than you need from a couple nights in the city. The area is very close to the Center, and the transport links are great. Buses get you to the city centre in 15 minutes while walking will take you more like 25-30 min. Also they have a large supermarket in the same building, which is super convenient as they have plenty of choice. But beware — there’s a homeless guy nestling right by the supermarket (that street can get some dodgy action at night). As per the accommodation, the biggest community there is composed of students - all very welcoming and friendly. Receptionists and staff are also very helpful. Feels like a hotel. Recommend 👍🏻

The studio is in perfect location to explore Turin, about 650m walk from Turin Porta Nuova train station, and very close to Piazzza San Carlo (one of the main squares with history, events and lifely daily activities. We were given a studio during noon where we arrived, which is earlier than the official check-in time. Frontdesk is efficient and helpful, and Sabrina is cheerful. The studio size is bigger than our expectation, with large outdoor balcony. Ideal for travellers that wish to have spacious place to stay and relax. The only thing that could be improved would be mattress (spring support) to make it a perfect stay.

Dieses Hotel vereint das Beste aus Familien- und Hoteldienstleistungen. Die Rezeption ist sehr einladend, die Englischkenntnisse sind sehr gut, die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, es liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und der U-Bahn und der Transport ist bequem. Die Küchenzeile ist großartig

There was a communication issue between trip.com and the “hotel” manager - I could not be contacted to make arrangements for the check in, so I ended up waiting 4h for someone to let us in…. The flat is in a good location in the city. It is at the first floor - looking directly in the street that stays lit all night long - with quite some traffic. So not so good on that part unless you are heavy sleeper. Bed sheets with stains, spartiate flat.

Это действительно впечатляет: высокие потолки и сохранившаяся фреска на нем создают уникальную атмосферу. Санузел огромный. Однако есть и существенные минусы. Первый этаж : вечером приходится постоянно держать шторы закрытыми, чтобы скрыться от прохожих. Апартаменты только после ремонта. Многое не доделано то конца. В ванной не хватает крючков и полочек, а на кухне — бокалов. На первом этаже расположен рецепшен. Встреча прошла замечательно, оформление не заняло много времени. Из неприятного — в последний вечер с потолка в коридоре потекла вода. Мы сразу написали хозяевам, но сообщение осталось без ответа. Такое отношение к гостям, особенно в экстренной ситуации, немного испортило впечатление от пребывания. Также неприятно удивило количество криминала, который мы наблюдали каждый день в Турине. В связи с этим не хватало сейфа в номере. В целом все прошло хорошо.

The house was beautiful, situated in a great location, impeccably clean, and wonderfully cozy. The team was professional and courteous, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. They even accompanied us to the house by car, which was a thoughtful gesture. Overall, it was a truly pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The residence was very good, after check-in at the nearby hotel, I was taken to the nearby residence. The room was clean, albeit a bit worn out. Location was excellent, and breakfast was tasty. Staff was kind and accommodating. I'd stay here again should I travel to Stresa. Thank you.
