FFantastic13Overall, my recent stay with Bob W was disappointing. I booked the 4-person penthouse room primarily for the use of the sauna on my last day of the trip. Firstly, pin code provided was only valid for door access to the stairs, not door to the elevator side at night. This became a significant inconvenience, especially for a female traveler like myself who arrived at night after a tiring flight. Having to carry a 20kg luggage and a 10kg carry-on up five flights of stairs was both physically demanding and frustrating. Clear arrangements on how to access the elevator at night should have been considered for guest. Secondly, check-in process was not clearly communicated, causing panic upon arrival. Unfortunately, I had to seek help from customer service on a third-party booking site and reach out via email to obtain a check-in link, which added unnecessary stress and confusion. Furthermore, instruction for turning on the sauna were unclear, and I was unable to enjoy it until the next morning at 8am, just few hours before my checkout time. I had specifically chosen the penthouse room with the sauna for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. due to the lack of clear instructions, and had to seek assistance to figure out how to operate it properly, which ate into the limited time I had available to enjoy the amenity. In conclusion, my stay with Bob W fell short of my expectations. The limited time to enjoy the amenities, issues during the check-in process and accessing the elevator, made for a less than satisfactory experience. I hope that Bob W seriously takes feedback into consideration and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more enjoyable stay for travelers in the future. Thank you

11Finn1FilipinoMe and my mom needed an apartment to be able to visit family member who was in hospital. We needed a kitchen and a washing machine. The room had both and no problem with those. I suspected kitchen knife would be dull and it was, but I brought a knife sharpener and got it sharp. Otherwise everything in kitchen was okay but stove wasn't that powerful. The building's main door's lock wasn't functioning and we informed about it and it was fixed but only after about a week. Our apartment's lock worked all the time without problem. Also one lamp was broken. Mom said it was cold there and it wasn't exactly warm there, good enough for me and blankets were really thick. I complained about coldness and a serviceman came there to do something to radiators but it didn't really change anything. We were there in very early spring. It was 0C outside at night and 5-10C at daytime. There was some communication errors but nothing major and I was able to get hold of someone quickly and easily with the online chat. It was quite clean there except if you take bedclothes off you might enjoy the sight on pillow and blanket. All and all I was quite pleased of the room and stay.

GGopal KalraKeine Transparenz über Einrichtungen wie Backofen in der Küche, auch wenn es in der Zimmerbuchung zeigt, sehr altes Modell TV hat keine Funktionen, nur lokale Kanäle gespielt. Es muss renoviert werden.Obwohl die Lage sehr gut ist und die Gebühren sind sehr nominal nach anderen Eigenschaften. Danke.

GGuest UserDas Hotel ist sehr schön, das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich und lächelt voll. Ich habe das Zimmer noch nicht gesäubert, und ich sagte ihr, sie hätte das Zimmer sofort geändert. Schnell, freundlich. Die Reinigungskräfte sind auch sehr enthusiastisch, und wenn ich Schwierigkeiten habe, dann rufen Sie mich an. Die Anlage selbst ist sehr schön! Das Sauna-Raum ist auch das beste. Keine Einrichtungen wie Zahnfleisch. Darüber hinaus ist eine Person sehr teuer zu wohnen, so dass 2 Personen empfohlen ~ Wohnung (^^)

With random possibility, the tram might be passing by near 8m to your bed, wish you luck on not getting tram-sided room. If you are sensitive about hearing, please put on ear-plugs while sleep. You will also get a nice free eco-bag with minimalism design, high quality Chocolate and Tea set. And wine shop and grocery store is connected right after your room.
