Ich liebe diesen Ort! Wenn ich jemals nach Finnland zurückkomme, werde ich sicher noch einmal hier bleiben. Es ist direkt im Stadtzentrum und zu Fuß zu den Attraktionen der Hauptstadt. Sie können sogar zum Senate Square gehen!! Der Ort selbst ist sehr sauber, sehr komplett mit Küchengeräten, die und auch muslimisch freundlich wie es bidet... es ist einfach mit dem Code auch zu überprüfen!!

Me and my mom needed an apartment to be able to visit family member who was in hospital. We needed a kitchen and a washing machine. The room had both and no problem with those. I suspected kitchen knife would be dull and it was, but I brought a knife sharpener and got it sharp. Otherwise everything in kitchen was okay but stove wasn't that powerful. The building's main door's lock wasn't functioning and we informed about it and it was fixed but only after about a week. Our apartment's lock worked all the time without problem. Also one lamp was broken. Mom said it was cold there and it wasn't exactly warm there, good enough for me and blankets were really thick. I complained about coldness and a serviceman came there to do something to radiators but it didn't really change anything. We were there in very early spring. It was 0C outside at night and 5-10C at daytime. There was some communication errors but nothing major and I was able to get hold of someone quickly and easily with the online chat. It was quite clean there except if you take bedclothes off you might enjoy the sight on pillow and blanket. All and all I was quite pleased of the room and stay.

Don’t ever book this on Trip! If you want to stay here, book it on its official website instead because there is no front desk as you will receive a code for you to check in instead. I had to make a roaming international call to get my PIN code because Trip didn’t send it to me and it cost me €16 to make that call, not to mention the confusion and hassle. Management should also take blame for this and ensure that if the bookings are made through third party apps, that the customer properly gets the information required. The room itself was very clean and tidy and the location was great as well. There’s a nice Chinese restaurant called Nanking and some other nice bookstores, cat cafe, *** friendly bar etc in the neighbourhood.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich und lächelt voll. Ich habe das Zimmer noch nicht gesäubert, und ich sagte ihr, sie hätte das Zimmer sofort geändert. Schnell, freundlich. Die Reinigungskräfte sind auch sehr enthusiastisch, und wenn ich Schwierigkeiten habe, dann rufen Sie mich an. Die Anlage selbst ist sehr schön! Das Sauna-Raum ist auch das beste. Keine Einrichtungen wie Zahnfleisch. Darüber hinaus ist eine Person sehr teuer zu wohnen, so dass 2 Personen empfohlen ~ Wohnung (^^)

Excellente propreté ! Je n'ai jamais vu un hotel aussi propre que celui-ci ! Chambre spacieuse, joliment décorée et avec beaucoup d'équipements. j'étais inquiète sur l'absence de réception, mais le système fonctionne en faite parfaitement ! On a même accès à un cours de gym ou a des tapis de Yoga et cours en ligne. Je recommande vivement cet hotel. Situé en bas d'un arret de tram : très pratique !

Struktur wenige Kilometer von Helsinki entfernt, leicht erreichbar mit Bolt-Diensten usw. Übersichtliche und gut gereinigte Zimmer. Das einzig Negative ist der Check-in-Service, wir bekamen keinen Zugangscode und es war schwierig, das Gebäude zu betreten. Nur dank der Freundlichkeit und Professionalität von Trip.com konnten wir das Problem lösen, indem wir mit einem Mann sprachen, der unsere Sprache sehr gut beherrschte

2024年11月に2泊しました。 部屋のタイプはシングルルームです。 全体的に綺麗なホテルです。 部屋にはテレビ、デスク、ベット、冷蔵庫、ハンガーラック、1人掛けのソファーなど必要な物は揃っています。 コンセントはデスク横とテレビ下にありました。 トイレ、浴室にはドライヤー、大小タオルがありました。コンディショナーはなかったです。 共用キッチンには電気ケトルや調理器具などがありました。（確かオーブンとかコーヒーマシンもあった気がします） 屋上に展望台みたいな所もあり眺めは良かったです。 サウナもあります。 立地的にはヘルシンキセンター駅からトラムに乗り、トラムの駅から徒歩3分で合わせて20分もあれば着くので立地も良いです。 手荷物の預かりをチェックイン前、チェックアウト後共にお願いしたら快く引き受けてくれました。（無料です） 事前にオンラインチェックインのメールが来て、それを入力すればホテルで記入する必要もないので、それも良かったです。 値段もリーズナブルで朝食も付きホテルの従業員も親切だったので次回もまた泊まりたいなと思いました！

Als ich gebucht habe, habe ich dieses Hotel mit einer guten Lage direkt neben dem Bahnhof Tikkurila gefunden. Es ist sehr bequem zu übernachten, egal ob vom Flughafen oder mit dem Zug aus einer anderen Stadt. Finnische Hotels sind nicht billig, und diese Kette ist nicht schlecht. Es gibt noch einiges Geschirr und Wasserkocher im Zimmer, man kann eine leichte Mahlzeit zu sich nehmen, aber die Dunstabzugshaube hat es wirklich nicht verstanden, es gibt keine Pfeife und der Rauch kommt direkt von oben. Der Rauch ist noch im Zimmer. Self-Service-Check-in, keine Rezeption, schlechte Überlebensfähigkeit ist etwas schwierig. Das Hotel hat eine gemeinsame Waschmaschine, was gut ist.

Die Lage ist gut und die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war auch gut. Die Unterkunft war durchschnittlich.
