On arrival the holiday centre was as photographed on the website, fresh, bright, airy and modernised. Apartments are spacious with 2 wide single beds pushed together in the main room which leads off on to an exceptionally generous size balcony. Plenty of room for kids to play, loungers and table and chairs etc. the bed in the hallway (pull down from wall) was comfy and great for my 9 year old son. The livingroom couches were also single beds and of good quality and wide enough, seem some very slim, thin ones before - these were very comfy although never slept in by us as my daughter had a cot.  Check in and out was seamless but be aware a deposit is taken (around £10 per night and given back at end of apartment is left satisfactory) so factor this in to your spends needed initially.  The thing that stood out for us as a family was the lovely man and his assistants who ran the kids club, entertainment, pool games and really engaged with the children despite his obviously long days. They are a credit to the hotel and I don’t think it would attract as many families if this small but important team weren’t on board - my son Jacob loved kids club and made some great friends for the week. Now is still recommend this hotel with given some recommendations to change things. The hotel caters to very large, roudy crowds of preteens/teens on school holiday stays. They are chaotic and woke our toddler several times, running through corridors screaming, taking up lift where pushchairs and wheelchair users should have priority and teens/groups managed more carefully as they would be if from anywhere else. Called to reception to complain and inform but was pretty much brushed off as they’re excited. Just not great for the rest of us also wanting to enjoy our apartment, sleep and have children. We waited an incredibly long time with 20-30 teens in front of us. I called down to reception one evening as they were shouting, banging and screaming in the halls. Some hotels do not cater to exceptionally large groups for this reason, especially when catering to family holidays also - I’d only stay again if I knew there was no large groups such as this booked to stay. We only ate breakfast the last morning as we preferred to go out to dinners etc as a social thing in the evenings with the children as we don’t drink alcohol much when have young children with us. Food was as expected in hotels, nothing bad to note and plenty of options which are the norm.  If you like quiet this hotel might not be for you. Po. Kew is loud due to entertainment although this didn’t bother us with it stopping at 11pm but the ‘quieter’ side facing out to the road/side was filled with already mentioned large groups of teens shouting back and forth to each other continually. Highly recommend checking if these school trips are on when booking if you like a quiet, relaxed family holiday (most of us do when we have young children). All in all the hotel is great location, good sized rooms and entertainment for much younger children but would be put off returning due to the issues mentioned.

Der Service war gut, Der Pool war leider nur bis 20:30 Uhr geöffnet, den Jacuzzi durften wir erst ab der zweiten Woche benutzen, die Wände sehr dünn, man hörte alles, dazu sehr laute Nachbarn...man konnte sogar Gespräche durch die Wand hören. Sehr gute Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung, tolle Bedienung.

The room itself was comfortable and the location was good. We were also aware in advance that the hotel does not have a 24-hour reception and relies on a self check-in kiosk, which we were prepared for and had no issue with in principle. However, our experience became extremely stressful when the kiosk was unable to recognise a valid booking. We arrived close to 10pm after delays on our high-speed rail journey. Despite having a confirmed reservation via Trip.com, the kiosk could not locate our booking — neither by surname nor by booking reference. We tried every possible option for over 45 minutes late at night, with no access to staff support. With no alternative, we were forced to book and pay for an additional room on the spot just to have somewhere to sleep, leaving our original (already paid-for) room unused. By the time we finally checked in, all nearby restaurants were closed and we went without dinner. The following morning, resolving this issue was equally frustrating. There was no reception until midday, meaning we had to wait around and lose a large part of our day. When we eventually spoke to the front desk, there was no apology or acknowledgement of the distress caused. Instead, responsibility was deflected onto the third-party booking platform, despite the fact that the kiosk is designed to work with either a booking number or a guest’s name. Only after firmly explaining that the kiosk failure had forced us to spend nearly €100 on an extra night did the issue seem to register. While the additional night was eventually refunded, the lack of empathy and accountability left a lasting negative impression. It’s a shame, as the hotel itself has potential. Unfortunately, due to how this situation was handled, I would not return or recommend this hotel to anyone arriving outside normal reception hours.

Die Lage war gut (in der Nähe der Sagrada Familia), das Zimmer war sauber und die Angestellten freundlich, aber nachts war es sehr laut und es roch ständig nach Essen. Am wichtigsten war jedoch, dass laut Angabe eine Waschmaschine im Apartment vorhanden war, was aber nicht stimmte.

Am ersten Tag hatten wir kein warmes Wasser in der Dusche, aber die Rezeption reagierte schnell und behob das Problem am nächsten Tag. Die Bettwäsche war nicht besonders hygienisch und voller Haare und schwarzer Flecken. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und hatte einen riesigen Balkon – perfekt für Familien oder Freunde. Die Klimaanlage war ausgezeichnet.

Es liegt in der Nähe der U-Bahn, aber man muss trotzdem mit dem Bus zu den Hauptattraktionen fahren. Da es in einem Wohngebiet, in Seitenstraßen und Gassen, und nicht in einem Touristengebiet liegt, ist es ziemlich verlassen. Seien Sie vorsichtig, wenn Sie früh morgens oder spät abends unterwegs sind. Das Zimmer war nicht gut schallisoliert; man konnte hören, wie in anderen Zimmern Wasser benutzt wurde. Es gab keine Rezeption und keinen Personalservice. Wir haben E-Mails kontaktiert und prompt Antworten erhalten. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, indem wir den Anweisungen Schritt für Schritt folgten, erfordert aber gute Sprachkenntnisse. Da jedoch kein Personal anwesend war, ging gegen 5 Uhr morgens plötzlich ein durchdringender Alarm los. Wir wussten nicht, was ihn verursachte – Feuer, Polizei, Erdbeben usw. – und mussten es selbst herausfinden; niemand traute sich, das Haus zu verlassen. Niemand kümmerte sich darum, bis der Alarm gegen 6 Uhr von selbst aufhörte. Eine sehr unangenehme und beängstigende Erfahrung, zum Glück ist nichts passiert. Wir haben seitdem keine E-Mails erhalten, die den Vorfall erklären. Eine Gepäckaufbewahrung ist nicht vorhanden. Es hieß, es gäbe eine Partner-Gepäckaufbewahrung, die jedoch kostenpflichtig sei (mit Rabatten), und der genaue Preis sei unbekannt. Dass man sein Gepäck nicht aufbewahren könne, sei sehr unpraktisch. Frühstück könne nicht vorbestellt werden, und es gebe nur wenige Restaurants in der Nähe. Kurz gesagt, ein enttäuschender Aufenthalt; ich werde hier nicht wieder übernachten. Positiv ist, dass die Zimmer relativ neu und geräumig sind und auch die Gemeinschaftsbereiche großzügig geschnitten sind.

Das Bett, das wir zunächst bekamen, war zu klein für zwei Personen. Zum Glück bekamen wir ein Zweibettzimmer. Das eine Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer sind klein und praktisch, die Küche ist etwas klein und die Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind hochwertig und sauber. Im ersten Stock der Wohnung gibt es ein kleines Restaurant, in dem Sie einfache Speisen und Kaffee genießen können. Der Check-in und Check-out erfolgt im Hotel nebenan. Die Schlüsselkarte ist sehr schwer zu benutzen und die Tür lässt sich nicht öffnen. Ich ging mehrmals zur Rezeption, um die Karte zu wechseln, bevor das Problem endlich gelöst wurde. Darüber hinaus haben einige Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption eine gute Einstellung, andere eine schlechte Einstellung. Das einzige Hotel auf der gesamten 20-tägigen Reise nach Spanien, in dem ich mich ein wenig diskriminiert fühlte.

Die Lage ist großartig, direkt an der Rambla, gegenüber dem Boquería-Markt und nur wenige Minuten vom Flughafenbusbahnhof entfernt. Das Ein- und Auschecken verlief reibungslos. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und beantwortete alle meine Fragen. Die Zimmerausstattung ist durchschnittlich und die Dekoration ist sehr günstig. Keine Spülmaschine. Die Leistung des Induktionsherds ist zu niedrig und das Kochen eines Eies dauert lange. Es gibt einen kleinen Topf ohne Deckel. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und Kleidung muss auf der Fensterbank aufgehängt werden. Die Laken sind neu, aber es gibt Haare. Vielleicht wurde es nicht gut gewaschen.

Große Lage und Nite Platz. Nahe dem Busbahnhof und einfacher Zugang. 2 sehr komfortable Können Schlafzimmer und ein großes Sofa. Groß für bis zu 5! 100% empfohlen.
