On arrival the holiday centre was as photographed on the website, fresh, bright, airy and modernised. Apartments are spacious with 2 wide single beds pushed together in the main room which leads off on to an exceptionally generous size balcony. Plenty of room for kids to play, loungers and table and chairs etc. the bed in the hallway (pull down from wall) was comfy and great for my 9 year old son. The livingroom couches were also single beds and of good quality and wide enough, seem some very slim, thin ones before - these were very comfy although never slept in by us as my daughter had a cot.  Check in and out was seamless but be aware a deposit is taken (around £10 per night and given back at end of apartment is left satisfactory) so factor this in to your spends needed initially.  The thing that stood out for us as a family was the lovely man and his assistants who ran the kids club, entertainment, pool games and really engaged with the children despite his obviously long days. They are a credit to the hotel and I don’t think it would attract as many families if this small but important team weren’t on board - my son Jacob loved kids club and made some great friends for the week. Now is still recommend this hotel with given some recommendations to change things. The hotel caters to very large, roudy crowds of preteens/teens on school holiday stays. They are chaotic and woke our toddler several times, running through corridors screaming, taking up lift where pushchairs and wheelchair users should have priority and teens/groups managed more carefully as they would be if from anywhere else. Called to reception to complain and inform but was pretty much brushed off as they’re excited. Just not great for the rest of us also wanting to enjoy our apartment, sleep and have children. We waited an incredibly long time with 20-30 teens in front of us. I called down to reception one evening as they were shouting, banging and screaming in the halls. Some hotels do not cater to exceptionally large groups for this reason, especially when catering to family holidays also - I’d only stay again if I knew there was no large groups such as this booked to stay. We only ate breakfast the last morning as we preferred to go out to dinners etc as a social thing in the evenings with the children as we don’t drink alcohol much when have young children with us. Food was as expected in hotels, nothing bad to note and plenty of options which are the norm.  If you like quiet this hotel might not be for you. Po. Kew is loud due to entertainment although this didn’t bother us with it stopping at 11pm but the ‘quieter’ side facing out to the road/side was filled with already mentioned large groups of teens shouting back and forth to each other continually. Highly recommend checking if these school trips are on when booking if you like a quiet, relaxed family holiday (most of us do when we have young children). All in all the hotel is great location, good sized rooms and entertainment for much younger children but would be put off returning due to the issues mentioned.

Ein schöner Ausflug für ein paar Tage. Sauberes Hotel, nettes Personal, besonders Andrea. Ein paar Restaurants in der Nähe und etwa 10 Bushaltestellen zum Supermarkt. Das Personal putzt jeden Tag, wenn man ihnen ein Zeichen hinterlässt, damit sie eintreten können. Das Abendessen des Chefkochs war herrlich. Ich habe nie gefrühstückt, weil ich später aufwachte. Etwas teuer im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in der Nähe. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, warum, da es nicht am Strand, sondern auf der anderen Straßenseite liegt. Ich hatte ein kleines Problem mit meiner Rückkehr nach London und der Manager war nicht bereit, dass ich meinen Aufenthalt zum ursprünglich gezahlten Preis fortsetzte, sondern den Preis verdoppelte. Das war die negative Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe. Alle anderen Mitarbeiter waren hilfsbereit und hilfsbereit Art. Ich habe hauptsächlich Videos im Hotel gemacht, die ich nicht hochladen kann. Die Bilder zeigen eine Mahlzeit im Restaurant an der Straße des Hotels und ein Restaurant.

The room itself was comfortable and the location was good. We were also aware in advance that the hotel does not have a 24-hour reception and relies on a self check-in kiosk, which we were prepared for and had no issue with in principle. However, our experience became extremely stressful when the kiosk was unable to recognise a valid booking. We arrived close to 10pm after delays on our high-speed rail journey. Despite having a confirmed reservation via Trip.com, the kiosk could not locate our booking — neither by surname nor by booking reference. We tried every possible option for over 45 minutes late at night, with no access to staff support. With no alternative, we were forced to book and pay for an additional room on the spot just to have somewhere to sleep, leaving our original (already paid-for) room unused. By the time we finally checked in, all nearby restaurants were closed and we went without dinner. The following morning, resolving this issue was equally frustrating. There was no reception until midday, meaning we had to wait around and lose a large part of our day. When we eventually spoke to the front desk, there was no apology or acknowledgement of the distress caused. Instead, responsibility was deflected onto the third-party booking platform, despite the fact that the kiosk is designed to work with either a booking number or a guest’s name. Only after firmly explaining that the kiosk failure had forced us to spend nearly €100 on an extra night did the issue seem to register. While the additional night was eventually refunded, the lack of empathy and accountability left a lasting negative impression. It’s a shame, as the hotel itself has potential. Unfortunately, due to how this situation was handled, I would not return or recommend this hotel to anyone arriving outside normal reception hours.

Frau wollte das Budget kontrollieren und dieses Hotel einstellen. Ordentliche Wohnung, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, Hotellage ist nicht schlecht. Es ist jedoch wichtig zu beachten, dass sich der Check-in und das Apartment nicht am selben Ort befinden und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel unpraktisch sind. Und diese Informationen wurden nicht in den Bestätigungsinformationen angezeigt. Abends nahm ich zwei Puppen, nahm mein Gepäck, ging einen Kilometer zur Wohnung und stellte fest, dass ich zwei Kilometer entfernt an einem anderen Ort einchecken musste und es keinen effektiven Transport gab. Jeder kann die Situation und Stimmung zu dieser Zeit wieder gut machen. Es ist zu hoffen, dass Ctrip diese wichtigen Informationen in der Bestätigung des Hotels deutlich angibt. Wenn Sie es jedoch im Voraus wissen, ist es am effektivsten, zuerst ein Taxi zum Einchecken zu nehmen, das Taxi warten zu lassen und dann zur Wohnung zu gehen. Der Fahrpreis beträgt ca. 20 bis 25 Euro. Wenn Sie nur eine Nacht bleiben, ist der Preis nicht gut

Wir haben eine Ferienwohnung gemietet. Wir meldeten, dass keine Handtücher vorhanden seien, und uns wurden welche gebracht. Wenn man den Warmwasserhahn in die andere Richtung dreht, funktioniert das Wasser. Die Zimmer werden mit einer Klimaanlage beheizt. Die Klimaanlage ist alt, sehr alt. Es gibt eine Terrasse, die aber sehr schön ist.

Am ersten Tag hatten wir kein warmes Wasser in der Dusche, aber die Rezeption reagierte schnell und behob das Problem am nächsten Tag. Die Bettwäsche war nicht besonders hygienisch und voller Haare und schwarzer Flecken. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und hatte einen riesigen Balkon – perfekt für Familien oder Freunde. Die Klimaanlage war ausgezeichnet.

Die Lage ist sehr praktisch, 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der U-Bahn-Station Navas entfernt, die direkt ins Stadtzentrum fährt (ca. 10 Minuten) Wohngegend, ruhiges und sicheres Gebäude mit Münzwaschmaschine nebenan und Snackautomat Zimmer gut ausgestattet mit Annehmlichkeiten (Seife, Shampoo und Duschgel, Haartrockner), Arbeitsbereich mit Steckdose, eine nette Geste mit Kaffeemaschine (Kaffee und Tee werden bereitgestellt) und einem Geschenk mit Leckereien 😊 Saubere und moderne Flure, makellos sauberes Zimmer mit einem schönen Balkon mit Blick auf den Innenhof, viele Gemeinschaftsräume für Coworking drinnen und draußen Ein rund um die Uhr geöffneter kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe Ideal für Kurz- und Langzeitaufenthalte, es hat alles, was man braucht

Ich kam erst nach 14 Uhr im Hotel an, weil mein Flug Verspätung hatte. Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich und mein Check-in verlief reibungslos. Es ist ein Apartmenthotel mit Mikrowelle und Geschirr. Es lohnt sich zu bleiben und es zu erleben.

Amazing location right in the middle of la rambla and just diagonally opposite the Mercat De La Boqueria. Shower was nice and strong but the bathroom door has a strong suction that is a little noisy. They have 1 11kg washing machine and 1 dryer. Some of the nights we could hear some loud noise from above/ outside but overall a very good place.

Great location and Nite place. Close to bus station and easy access. 2 very confortable queen beds rooms and a big sofa. Great for up to 5! 100% recommended.
