The place was hard to find. There are tonnes of shop lots at the bottom of one entrance, and the other entrance had a large open area with stairs that goes up. The security guard I asked did not recognise the name, and there is no obvious signs that I could pick up. (I cannot read mandarin). I dont think there was any other way aside from contacting the person via the app. Even if you found the entrance, there is no obvious reception area. We had to ring the contact person on the Trip.com app, and I had family who could speak mandarin to help guide the rest of the process. He is helpful and quick to respond. He brought us through a metal door, to a dark alleyway with lifts inside. If we weren't in a group of seven, I would have worried about my organs at this point. There was a bit of a juggle with my cousins and my side of the family. So I ended up staying in the THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT. The layout of the three bedroom apartment (located on the 18th floor) that we ended up in is similar to the two bedroom apartment with the lounge carved up to create a new bedroom. apartment is quick to respond. The two bedroom apartment (located on the 25th floor) felt bigger and cleaner, and had better views. From here onwards, it is the review for the THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT: We ran out of toilet paper and had air-conditioning issues. The contact person is quick to respond and solve our issues. The beds are hard for my body that is use to a softer version. There is no daily cleaning services that suits us. They supply toothbrushes, shower caps, body and shampoo wash in the bathroom, and disposable towels. The towels can be reused during the time you are there, but they are meant to be thrown away so they dont have the responsibility to rewash the towels. We didn't use the swimming pool on the third floor as we were too busy. It is RMB4 per use. They also supply a singular giant bottle of water. I think it was 5 litres. The air conditioning units in all three rooms work. Our view is a live view of how Sanya people live in Sanya, families in another building, the locals sitting on their balcony on a hot day. You get a couple of tags to tag into the building, out of the building, into the lift, and into the bedroom. There is also a code you can type in to get access into the building. When we left, the contact person helped us with getting a taxi to the hotel. It went through his account and we paid him cash rounding up to the closest amount. He did not want any more for helping us. He was extremely helpful. This is one of the cheaper choices in Sanya - and my rating is for the price and location.

I have mixed feelings about this place. The best part is the location. You are on a main road with many shops, restaurants and bus stops as well as the beach. I also liked the pool despite it being a little too shallow. The view from my balcony was also great. One problem was cleanliness. Never walk around the room barefoot cause your feet will get dirty. It also looked like the crockery and kitchen utensils were not cleaned before I arrived. As you can see some of the utensils were dusty! Hot water was another issue. Obviously you need hot water to properly wash your hands and dirty dishes. However I only had hot water in the shower, not in the kitchen nor bathroom sink. This leads to my next issue which is service. I told the staff about the lack of hot water on the Friday and they said they would fix it at some point during the day while I am out with my friend. I come back at roughly 9pm to find out there is still no hot water. On Saturday morning I remind them to fix it before I go out again, hoping when I return I will have hot water. While I'm at the beach I miss a call from them. Turns out instead of fixing the issue, they want to move me to another room with hot water. When I return from the beach I saw the message and told them I am ready to move to the new room. But they replied saying I was too late and they gave the room to someone else. (If I did take that room, does that mean the other guest would have my room and have to suffer with cold water instead of me?) Instead of taking responsibility for not providing hot water or trying to fix it, the staff tried to blame me and said I can't get hot water cause I was too busy to answer their calls. When I pushed back on that comment their next excuse was that a lack of hot water is a common problem in Hainan? But then they said they would check if there was a free room with hot water the next day (Sunday). However, they never contacted me about that again so I just gave up trying. If they couldn't fix the problem, they could have at least offered me compensation but they didn't. This experience made me feel dismissed and unimportant as a paying guest. To sum up, I wouldn't stay here again based on my experience. If they were to give me a room with hot water in the shower AND in both sinks, that's great. However, I would still have to deal with dirty floors and cookware + tableware. It's definitely not the worst place I've stayed in but regardless it didn't meet my standards so I still wouldn't stay here if I return to Sanya. Disappointing.

The hotel’s location is perfect, right by the sea. Breakfast was good, and the entire property was very clean. The main issue was with the beds. The second room had a traditional-style bed basically a wide tatami which was quite hard. The first room had a standard Western-style bed, larger and more familiar, but the mattress was still quite firm. Overall, the sleeping arrangements were a bit uncomfortable.

Comfortable, lots of light and air, and insane views from the 24th floor. Bed and towels were freshly laundered. Loads of hangers for clothes airing/ drying. Slept like a log until the neighbours had an argument next door the next morning. Water hasn't been routed to the bathroom sink, but the shower right next to it works fine, and the water temperature is adjustable to be hot. The desk staff were direct and helpful, all queries answered and dealt with. Dies war mein zweiter Aufenthalt im Ascott in Sanya in diesem Jahr. Dieses Mal hatte ich mit einem Freund zwei Zimmer gebucht. Ich bin Recce für seinen aufmerksamen Service und seine Unterstützung sehr dankbar. Ich traf Recce bei meinem letzten Besuch und hätte nicht gedacht, dass er sich dieses Mal an mich erinnern würde. Er war sehr aufmerksam und hat mich erstklassig bedient. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und, was am wichtigsten ist, der Preis war angemessen. Die Umgebung war gut, das Zimmer war sauber und hygienisch und die Aussicht auf Dadonghai war großartig. Es ist perfekt für einen Familien- oder Freundesausflug. Man merkt, dass das Hotel gut geführt wird; man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Das Zimmer war groß und hatte eine Küche und eine Waschmaschine. Die Zimmerausstattung war vollständig und perfekt und deckte alle täglichen Bedürfnisse ab. Die Küche war auch sehr praktisch und das Kochen war sehr sinnvoll. Es war wirklich ein unvergesslicher und angenehmer Aufenthalt und ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen.

Unser Transporter hat uns zum ersten Mal in die falsche Lage gebracht, aber nachdem er den Vordertisch angerufen hat, war die Rezeption Lady sehr nett, schnell auf einem elektrischen Scooter zu zipieren und uns in die richtige Lage, die nur etwa 100m entfernt war. Auch im Apartmentblock waren die Ortsbewohner, einige Unterkünfte wurden für Touristen vermietet. Komfortable 2-room private Wohnung für 4 Erwachsene, mit 2 Zimmern und Doppelbetten, 1 gemeinsame Dusche, Waschbecken und Toilette. Küche mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Induktionsküche, Geschirrspüler, Geschirrspüler und einigen Speisen-Zubereitungsgeräten ausgestattet. Wohn-/Esszimmer mit TV, Kaffeetisch, 3-seater Sofa, Esstisch und 4 Stühle. Der Balkon hatte eine Waschmaschine mit Kapselreiniger, Trockner, ein paar Außenstühle. Ein schönes Meerblick erwartet mit Blick auf die umliegenden Wohnungen. Morgen/Nachmittagssonne schien auf dem Balkon schön, bietet Wärme und hervorragend für Trocknungskleidung. Nachdem wir mehrere Hotels verglichen hatten, haben wir uns für dieses entschieden und waren mit dem gesamten Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Die Lage des Hotels ist äußerst praktisch, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand entfernt, und die Zimmer in den oberen Etagen bieten eine weite Aussicht. Das Hotel bietet kostenlosen Wäsche- und Bügelservice an, was auf Reisen sehr nützlich ist. Die Zimmerreinigung ist gründlich und sauber, und das Personal ist aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Jede Anfrage an die Rezeption wurde umgehend und angemessen bearbeitet. Insgesamt bietet das Hotel ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Wir haben von November bis Dezember 2025 in der Wohnung gewohnt. Die Lage ist hervorragend, strandnah und mit vielen Geschäften und Cafés in der Nähe. Das Zimmer ist komplett ausgestattet: Badezimmerartikel, Geschirr und sogar Waschmittel. Die Reinigung erfolgte alle drei Tage, inklusive Bettwäsche- und Handtuchwechsel. Häufigere Reinigungen sind auf Anfrage möglich. Der Vermieter hatte uns im Voraus kontaktiert. Wir hatten einen Nachtflug und wurden problemlos abgeholt und eingecheckt. Am Dadonghai Beach gibt es kaum Liegestühle, und er ist sehr voll. Wir besuchten den Beach Club IPK, der Tische mit Sonnenschirmen und Hockern (statt Liegestühlen) bietet. Dort kann man etwas bestellen und den ganzen Tag verbringen. Wir waren auch am Xiaodonghai Beach, der jedoch keine Badebereiche hat und weniger besucht ist; er ist etwa 10 Taximinuten entfernt. Insgesamt ist es eine gute Unterkunft, die ich weiterempfehlen kann.

Als ich zum ersten Mal in Sanya Haifeng Bay kam, wähle ich Sanya Haifeng Bay Fukucheng Hai Resort. Das Hotel hat ein gutes Erlebnis. Im Bett kann man sehen, wie die Haifeng hört, die Wellen sind großartig. Die Einrichtungen und die Landschaft im Park sind großartig 👍, mit einem Fitnessraum und einem super großen Pool. Ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand ist sehr bequem. Es gibt einen Innenweg zwischen dem Atlantis Hotel. Die Spaziergang ist der Hotelhalle und Sie können das Aquarium kostenlos beobachten.
