The facilities were amazing. Very clean, very easy to navigate the buildings and their amenities. The location was great, close to the CN Tower, Roger’s Centre, Ripley’s and tons of food. Union station is also close which made travel around downtown Toronto easy.

Zunächst einmal vielen Dank für das kostenlose Upgrade. Die Aussicht sowohl aus dem Schlafzimmer als auch aus dem Wohnzimmer war hervorragend, und das Zimmer bot ausreichend Platz für eine Gruppe von Freunden zum Entspannen, insbesondere mit den Poker- und Tischfußballtischen. Die Lage ist ebenfalls großartig, mitten in der Innenstadt. Allerdings könnten die Duschartikel verbessert werden, insbesondere Shampoo und Duschgel, und die Zahnpasta sah ziemlich unordentlich aus (zum Glück hatte ich meine eigene dabei). Die Schalldämmung ist auch nicht optimal, da ich das Paar im Nebenzimmer sprechen hören konnte, und ich fühlte mich etwas unwohl, als ich nach einem Konzert spät abends das Badezimmer benutzte und mir die Haare föhnte. Die Check-in-Zeit ist mit 16:00 Uhr recht streng, obwohl man den Check-in bis 19:30 Uhr verschieben kann. Ich war zunächst etwas verwirrt, da ich im ursprünglichen Gebäude (vor dem Upgrade) über 10 Minuten warten musste und mir nicht sicher war, ob mich die Rezeptionistin abholen würde. Als wir uns dann trafen, war die Rezeptionistin sehr freundlich und erklärte uns die Annehmlichkeiten und die Abläufe beim Auschecken. Insgesamt hat mir das Zimmer trotz der strengen Regeln und kleinerer Probleme sehr gut gefallen, und ich hatte einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of prior communication regarding the check-in procedure. Upon arrival, we entered the loby area, and we were welcomed by the security officer who explained to contact the company for instructions which included sending photos of my ID along with a separate image of me holding it. After paying a deposit, we were finally granted access to the apartment. This process took nearly an hour, and we were surprised to find that our unit was located on the 48th floor of the tower. While this didn’t bother us, it would have been helpful to know in advance, especially for those who suffer from vertigo. Reliable Wi-Fi is essential, as a lack of connectivity can be quite problematic. The apartment itself was small and cosy, offering impressive views of the CN Tower. However, upon our arrival, the driver was still drying towels and bedding, which I found to be inappropriate. The small balcony had very dirty glass that had not been cleaned, and the kitchen was not entirely tidy. Additionally, the bedroom carpet was heavily stained, and we were required to remove our shoes. Upon checking out, we had to take out the trash and wash the towels, bedding, and dishes, which consumed another hour of our time. I couldn't help but wonder what the cleaning staff was doing. It’s worth noting that a deposit was taken, and failure to adhere to the rules would result in its forfeiture. Although I generally avoid complaining, We felt overwhelmed by the expectations, especially after paying for our vacation. Furthermore, if extending the stay for a few additional hours, there is a significant extra charge. The elevators were consistently busy, and during our departure, the security personnel in the concierge area were rather rude, insisting we leave the lobby despite the presence of chairs and tables. We simply wanted to arrange our next ride without having to do so on the street. Overall, I enjoyed the experience, but the apartment could benefit from more thorough cleaning, and the rules could be more accommodating for guests.

房間乾淨整潔 明亮舒適 設施齊全，窗外就是yonge街，對面就是超市，非常滿意。入住衹要按照房東的指引還是比較順利的。有地下車庫，出門旁邊就是地鐵，不管是自駕遊還是自由行都非常方便！

Location was perfect. Some little quirks in the room, and  front desk not very pleasant or helpful.

Ideal location for any downtown Toronto activity week with family or friends, 15 min walk to core downtown. 2 bed rooms one does not have a window but perfect for a peaceful sleep. View from the 37th floor of the downtown core and CN tower.

I want to start by saying how happy I am that the host let us check in an hour earlier since it starts at 5pm instead of the regular 3pm. This is an Airbnb type of place that requires you to put a $450 deposit for a one night stay which I thought it was very high. The location is amazing, walking distance to the CN tower and restaurants. It is a very cute place except for the cleanliness. The place was DIRTY. We decided to not use the shower because it was full of mold and hair (picture attached), there was hair everywhere! We saw there was a washer and dryer but the washer was full of towels that yet needed to be dry so we decided not to use. There were stains in the bed sheets so we decided to lay some of our own towels on top to sleep. We also decided to not touch the kitchen because the burner was broken and we did not want to cause a fire or something like that. Over all, it was decent for a one night stay but they need to fire the cleaner because I believe it is an easy fix to be a better place to stay.

Die Lage ist insgesamt perfekte Spazierweiterung zu jedem großen Ort, einschließlich Bahnhof (Vereinigung). Die Aussicht ist beeindruckend, können Sie den See mit Sonnenaufgang umgeben von vielen Gebäuden sehen, die Ihnen Stadtvibes geben. Das Zimmer mag etwas älter aussehen als das Pick, aber jede Ausstattung ist wie gesagt vollständig vorbereitet (wenn manche nicht haben können Sie kontaktieren und sie werden es Ihnen so bald wie möglich bringen) Die Badezimmertüren können etwas schwer zu öffnen, wenn Sie lange Nägel haben. Ich bin jedoch ziemlich sicher, dass ich meine Sachen im Zimmer verlassen und sofort kontaktiert, um sie zurückzunehmen, obwohl, der Besitzer sagte, der Reiniger konnte es nicht finden, selbst ich angegebene die Lage für sie. Ich weiß nicht, ob es für sie wertvoll erscheint, weil es ein Ring ist (auch es ist ein billiger und mehr wie ein sentimentales Wert für mich) Allerdings scheint der Koordinator sehr hilfreich zu sein.

Die Hotelzimmer waren sauber, Parkplätze waren vorhanden und die oberen Stockwerke boten einen schönen Blick über die Stadt. Negativ fiel auf, dass die Toilettenartikel im Badezimmer, wie Shampoo und Duschgel, nur spärlich vorhanden waren und nicht in der Duschkabine bereitgestellt wurden. Man musste sie sich während des Duschens an einem entfernten Waschbecken holen. In der Küchenzeile fehlten Kochutensilien, die man gegen Gebühr mieten musste. Zum Frühstück gab es zwei Tage hintereinander Schweinswürstchen, Hühnchen wurde nicht angeboten; Gäste, die kein Schweinefleisch essen, mussten vegetarische Alternativen wählen.
