Dieses Hotel ist wirklich den Aufenthalt wert. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und der Preis ist sehr vernünftig. Was uns am meisten beeindruckt ist, dass alle Möbel und Einrichtungen von hoher Qualität und immer noch sehr neue sind, was unseren Aufenthalt extrem komfortable machte. Wir reisen mit unserem 1-year-old Baby, und das Hotel war sehr besorgt, um einige Babyausstattung für uns zu bereiten. Das hat uns wirklich berührt und den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Dies ist sicherlich eines der komfortablesten und wertvollsten Hotels, die unsere Familie während unserer Reise nach Japan geblieben hat. Jedes Zimmer kommt auch mit einem privaten Arsch, was die Erfahrung noch entspannender machte. Es gibt einen Komfortladen nur 2 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, und es dauert nur etwa 20 Minuten, um zum Ashi See zu fahren, so ist die Lage sehr bequem. Wir sind überall sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Wir würden sicher wieder zurückkommen und noch mehr Tage bleiben.

To be fair, wasnt able to stay in the hotel since realised only 1 day before check in date that - there isn't luggage holding or storage available - yamato does not pick up luggage from here - go apps does not help since no taxi driver accepts pick up from this location As we were travelling as a relatively big family with more than 6 big luggages and owner did not response to my reachout timely, the location and inconveniences to arrange for transport resulted in us changing our itinerary and missing out on staying in the hotel. We feedback to owner and Trip.com for mitigation if we can get some refund back, but to no avail. All in all while we understand its not owner's fault, I do wish they could reply promptly on enquiries and also review their cancellation and refund policy.

チェックインの時、オーナー様自ら丁寧に案内してくださり、バスタオルやフェイスタオル・アメニティー・水やジュース、ラ・マーレドチャヤの焼き菓子・グラスや食器やカトラリーが人数分ご用意してあり、キッチン用品・家電なども充実してます。どのお部屋もオーナー様の心遣いやセンスの良さを感じられ、写真以上に美しいインテリアでした。1階洗面所奥にシングルのベッド1つが、2階リビング隣にはダブルベッドが1つあり、リビングにもソファーベッドが1つ、人数分の寝具の用意もしてありました。 どこもお掃除が行き届いて、美しく快適な過ごし方が出来、 一棟貸しなので、ホテルのスイートルーム以上の快適さで楽しめました。2階ベランダだけは喫煙可でしたので、愛煙家の家族にとっては、椅子やテーブル・灰皿もある癒しの空間！　大変お世話になりました。

This hotel didn’t have 24hours front desk services , nevertheless travelers can easily reach out by free call services if needed assistance when you arrived. Is about 5-10mins walk from Hakone-Yumoto station. Turn left right after you exit from station , across the road whereby tourists information office and bus stations . Walk across a red bridge right after walking down from stairs station , turn left after crossing bridge ,walk few more mins and you will be able to reach the hotel .

Der Ort ist riesig und es ist wirklich schön für die große Familie! Wir haben also keine Probleme, um den Ort überhaupt zu finden.
