這間民宿要重點介紹，是這次歐洲遊的高光時刻！我們下午四點從佛羅倫薩出發，趕在天黑前高速路邊預訂了這間民宿。抹黑趕到農場，老闆提前給我們留言到了打電話給他，他就在附近。一見面，老闆説他曾經在深圳待過一段時間，親切感瞬間提升。我們定的兩居室套房，上下兩層，房間裏的所有洗漱用品所用橄欖油均出自農場自產，我們離開時帶了沐浴露和身體乳9支。早餐會在頭天晚上選好，第二天早上給送到房間，用餐完畢再撤走。我們不願給人添麻煩，後面兩天的早餐都是下樓去餐廳吃的。 老闆瞭解我們的訴求，特意給我們安排了第二天去挖松露，跟着專業的獵人，獵狗，帶着獵槍。獵人衹會意大利語，民宿老闆精通英法西意，給我們翻譯，陪我們一同前往，短短兩個小時，收穫良多。這個體驗相信很多人會嚮往，值得推薦！ 2月的託斯卡納温度十幾度，陽面山坡綠意盎然。在這裏的三天停留圓滿了我們21天的假期！下次依然會入住！😄😄

Tolles Grange Hotel! Das Bauernhaus liegt auf einem Hügel mit herrlicher Aussicht auf die Stadt Siena. Es regnete bis nach Florenz und plötzlich regnete es auf dem Bauernhof. Der Himmel in Siena war wunderschön! Die Besitzerin war eine alte Dame in den Siebzigern, sehr nett und ernst und führte uns sorgfältig in die nahe gelegenen Sehenswürdigkeiten ein, die einen Besuch wert waren. Da wir drei Personen waren, haben wir eine Wohnung gebucht. Es gibt ein separates Wohnzimmer und ein Esszimmer. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist ein Schlafsofa, das erweitert werden kann. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind sauber und das Bett ist sehr bequem. Das Küchengeschirr ist gut ausgestattet, die Teebeutel, Kaffee und Snacks sind köstlich! Ich wachte am Morgen auf und fand heraus, dass die Rückseite der Farm einen eigenen Waschraum hatte, der voll ausgestattet war. Es gibt einen großen Supermarkt gegenüber dem Bahnhof von Siena außerhalb der Stadt. Sie können Frühstücksmaterialien kaufen und selbst zurückkehren. Sie können morgens sitzen und zum Frühstück auf die schöne Aussicht auf die Toskana achten. Zu viel Genuss!

Als wir an den Ort kamen, sagten sie, das Hotel voll keine Zimmer verfügbar, aber die Person war sehr hilfreich, uns zu finden Hotels in der Nähe und Trip.com schicken uns zu einem besseren Hotel.

Villa Tortorelli is a charming mix between a bed-and-breakfast and a hotel. My experience here was mostly positive, and while there were a few minor issues, I could tell that the staff genuinely does their best to run the villa as smoothly as possible. Check-in & First Impressions The first thing to note is that the villa is designed to work with automated check-in processes, which is great for most travelers. However, it could be better explained to future guests to avoid any confusion. Not everyone will have a working phone or data plan when they arrive in Italy, and it’s important for the villa to have a backup plan in case guests are unable to connect. One simple suggestion would be to provide Wi-Fi access at the entrance of the villa and share the network name and password with guests before their arrival. This would make it easier for everyone to access the automated system without any issues. Room & Comfort I stayed in the Deluxe Suite, located on the first floor of a three-story villa, right next to the breakfast room. At first, I was concerned about noise, but the thick, heavy door completely blocked any sounds from the breakfast area. I never heard a thing in the morning. The room has blackout curtains that provide great privacy and darkness, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was newly renovated with luxury finishes, including stone walls that give it a high-end feel. The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything spotless, with fresh towels replaced daily. One of the standout features of Villa Tortorelli is Karen, the person in charge of breakfast service and housekeeping. She is incredibly attentive and hardworking. She ensures that guests are well taken care of, and the breakfast is always well-prepared and served hot. Honestly, if they lose Karen, the villa would lose two stars in reviews. She is one of their greatest assets. Breakfast Experience The breakfast service was excellent. The food is prepared fresh every morning, and Karen makes sure there is always a variety of hot and cold options available. The breakfast room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of choices to start your day off right. The Villa’s Atmosphere & Location The villa is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making it a relaxing place to stay. It’s also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Florence, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. One Minor Issue The only negative point during my stay was that the room felt quite cold when I first arrived. However, I reached out to the WhatsApp help service, and the heating system was adjusted quickly. Within a short time, the room felt much warmer and more comfortable. Final Thoughts Overall, Villa Tortorelli is a great option for those looking for a peaceful, well-located stay in Florence. The automated check-in system could use some improvement to avoid any potential issues for guests without a data plan, but aside from that, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very attentive. Would I stay here again? Yes, especially for Karen’s service and the peaceful villa atmosphere!

Das vorläufig festgelegte Hotel, absolut alle fünf Sternen, ist sehr geeignet für Freunde, die mit einem Baby selbstfahren. Zu den Attraktionen nach Florenz können Sie im Parkplatz außerhalb des ZTL parken. Die kleine Schwester der Rezeption ist sehr nett, enthusiastisch und professionell, bringen Sie uns zurück ins Zimmer und erzählen Sie uns alle Details der Aufenthalt. Das Frühstücksraum ist sehr ruhig, der Pool ist tief für die Kinder...Es gibt ein sehr gutes Restaurant unter den Bergen, alles ist ganz schön, vielen Dank für das Personal hier.

Wir vermissten einen Flug und brauchten einen Tagsraum, um zu ruhen, bis wir später nach Großbritannien zurück fliegen konnten. Dies ist so nah am Flughafen und war cool und komfortabel. Keine Frills, sondern ein sauberes Bett, um zu ruhen, genau das, was wir brauchten, danke für die letzte Minute Verfügbarkeit.
