When I came the other day, I couldn't enter because of the snow. Akadate Castle is located in a hill area with an altitude of 345m in the northern part of Tanakura, and has ruled this area until Tanakura Castle was built in the early modern times. The scenery seen from the hilly area overlooks the townscape of Tanakura, a castle town, and at the foot of the mountain on the south side of the park is a monument to the site of the Soan of Kazuhisa Tamamuro, the chief priest of Kyoto Daitokuji Temple, who was exiled to Tanakura due to the "Shii Incident". The cherry blossoms were in bloom. It is also a good place to see the cherry blossoms.
