A Magnificent Waterfall

Its a bit out of the way but well worth the short trip from Sakata City. The sheer rock face and the height of the waterfall and the small gorge its located in make this an ideal place to relax.

紅葉を切り裂く滝の玉簾

山形県で最も落差のある滝です。遊歩道の入口に塚と東屋があって、鳥海山がきれいに見えます。駐車場も整備されています。 遊歩道を進むとすぐに神社があり、その裏が滝見エリアとなっています。 ６０メートルをこえる直瀑で迫力がありますね。 紅葉がおすすめです。

マイナスイオン

駐車場から少し歩くと、滝が見えてきます。マイナスイオンが発生しているのか、まわりの自然と水の音に癒されます。いつかライトアップされた滝も見てみたいです。
