Well worth the stop. Easy to locate as walking around the city. Take time to read the history. Be sure to see it at night.

Nice rememberance...
It's a nice memorial but there isn't much there other than some flat humanoid like "statues" and some engravings.

Eye Opening
Unexpected experience. Lots of emotions at this site. The tour guide explained a lot about this site and how the city folk decided these people deserved to be recognized and remembered. Very well done...

This is a moving tribute to the earliest Black inhabitants of Portsmouth, New Hampshire. This is a history that has gone untold until very recently.
