The ruins of the castle aren't all that impressive So don't make the climb if you expect a lot from it. However the view over the lakes and mountains is magnificent... so maybe do go

Steep climb for a good view but not many ruins!

The ascent through the borgo antico is more enjoyable than the climb to the castle ruins. However, going all the way up to the castle is worth it for the views of the surrounding countryside. The ruin...
