Charlotte Pass is a fabulous place, only let down by the resort management company (Blyton Group). The staff try very hard but are clearly under resourced. Fawlty Towers was better run.

Poor

Nothing to do except ski. No tobogganing. No pool tables or games room or ping pong to kill time. Kids bored. No internet. Restaurant options zilch and the place that was open for dinner ran out...

So easy to improve

Lunch was avarege, with no choices for children( unless you paid extra) At Stillwell lodge, it was cold. I mean COLD! I got my 4yor to rest inside and it was freazing inside. I asked the staff to ligh...
