It was a facility directly connected to Maiko Station. There was also a food supermarket, and it seemed that it was often used by locals. In addition, the post office was also open in the 2F area, making it convenient as a complex facility.
It is a commercial facility that is almost attached to JR Maiko Station and Sanyo Electric Railway Maiko Park Station, and uses the lower part of the UR house. The highway bus stop can also be reached from here. There are not many stores, but there are restaurants and supermarkets, so it is a facility that seems to be useful when transferring trains and highway buses. There was an observation area and a karaoke concert was held.
I used this when I used a high-speed bus on a business trip to Awaji Island. JR There is a high-speed Maiko bus stop on the Maiko station on the Honshi Liaison Bridge, but the Tio Maiko in front of the station is just right to wait for the bus. There are supermarkets, kings, Lotteria, etc., which are useful for eating and adjusting a little time.
JR It is a commercial facility in front of Maiko Station. There aren't many tenants, but there is a high-speed Maiko bus stop above this, so there are facilities that are just right to wait for the bus. There are also 100-yen shops, coffee shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The restaurant has windows on the Awaji Island side, so you can enjoy your meal with a very nice view at any restaurant.

I got lost trying to go to the high-speed Maiko bus stop from Sanyo Electric Railway Maiko Park Station. JR A skyscraper with 26 floors above ground between Maiko Station and Maiko Park Station. Because the high floor is a house, the impression that the low-rise commercial facilities are not very substantial. I felt that there was a space in one corner of the building that could overlook the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge, but I didn't notice it was the 3 floor. Sorry.
