川平公園の目の前にある醸造所でした。 内部が公開されており、製造工程を見学出来るように整備されていました。 又、ショップ併設で商品の購入も可能でした。

泡盛の歴史

泡盛の古い蔵元です。歴史を感じます。 酒造りの工程を見学できます。 泡盛の歴史のコーナーもあり、小さな博物館のようです。 購入した泡盛を保管してくれるサービスがあり、古い保管の札がたくさんぶら下がってるのも面白かったです。
