Incredible view and easy to get too
About a 4 km drive from the main road along a narrow and winding road but safe. The view is incredible and very easy to walk up the steps to an undercover area.

If you enter the bottom forest road from Ibarama, you will find an observatory just before the Marpe mountain trail. There is no parking lot, so you will be parked on the shoulder. As it is on a hill, you can see the beautiful sea in the direction of the field. It's a good place to enjoy without climbing Marpe.

I went there by saying that I would conquer the tourist spots on Ishigaki Island. The road to the observatory is narrow, and depending on the location, it may be difficult if oncoming vehicles come, but I was able to go generally smoothly.
