A lovely lady who also owns the mini mart next door (opposite Renaissance Hoi An). Very friendly and helpful. We also used the laundry service- very good and cheap!

I highly recommend, they made us feel so comfortable and it was a proper massage. if you’re after a 5* hotel spa experience- it is certainly a good deal compared to the regular price.
