Nice Rose Garden and a nice view from the top of Skinner Butte. But otherwise it didn't feel very safe. I went into a bathroom by the rose garden, to find someone in their doing heroin or something ...

Well maintained, safe, by the river. Good for kids. Great for walking or bicycling. Like everything else in Oregon, it's very, very green.
