Easily accessible for a picnic day!

This park is extremely easy to access by park with a fairly large parking lot available (though on weekends and especially holidays it can be quite full). Picnic areas are spotted throughout the park....

Nice view of the river, with firepits to have a weiner roast with the kids. Parking is very convenient as well.

Nice place to have a fire and picnic, although little to do otherwise with younger kids. With older kids, there are trails nearby for a nice cycling trip, or a leisurely walk.

Pack up your family and head down here for a fun filled day. Sit around the fire, roast hot dogs and marshmallows and enjoy the beauty!
