Great park, good facility

Nice boating place
It's a nice place to boat. Boats are available for rent in spring and summer. However, sometimes there's a lot of algal bloom which makes boating icky. It's also a nice place to walk - lots of birds.
Nice for special events
We held a wedding rehearsal dinner here. Very nice, casual setting. rules even allowed for a keg. Group size was 50-60 and it was comfortable.

So appreciative of the Urbana Park District for so many resources, especially and including Crystal Lake Park. We enjoy the Friday afternoons. in the summer. when there is live music. Looking forwar...
Gorgeous place to visit in Urbana
Champaign-Urbana is full of hidden beauty, and this is a great example. Crystal Lake is a fun place to visit with friends on the weekend. There's lots to do here! Very recommended!
