This park has a nice feature or two, but overall this is not an attractive space and it's in an even less appealing surrounding area.

So, this amazing property was part of Kirtland A.F.B. for many years. A very nice fitting tribute to our military. Back in the 90's due to downsizing this property was "gifted" to the City of Albuquer...
Very nice sports field complex and a US WW2 submarine memorial.
Lots of sports fields used by many ABQ teams. Booking fields accomplished at the ABQ Parks & Rec site. This place is one of 52 Memorials of lost WW2 submarines. Important history to be aware of... ...
