Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr höflich...sie grüßen immer, wenn sie vorbeikommen💕Die Landschaft ist schön und es sieht aus wie ein Hochzeitsort, geeignet zum Fotografieren von Hochzeiten💕Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet...Überall ist es sauber und es gibt Menschen ein sehr angenehmes Gefühl💕Es gibt etwa Dutzende Buffetoptionen zum Frühstück💕Strandreinigung 💕Es sind ziemlich viele Leute da💕So sieht ein Resort aus💕Aber Mücken sind eine Nachts draußen etwas nervig...

gefällt mir sehr gut! Waren für zwei Nächte hier. Es stehen Autos zur Abholung und Rückgabe vom Flughafen und zum Mulu-Nationalpark zur Verfügung. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist köstlich, und auch das Essen, das zu anderen Zeiten bestellt wird, ist köstlich. Die Kinder spielen gerne im Schwimmbad. Das Bett ist groß genug für ein Baby. Es gibt auch eine Kapselkaffeemaschine. Alle Servicemitarbeiter sind freundlich und geduldig. Auch in Nationalparks lässt es sich wunderbar spielen. Werde es Freunden empfehlen

Insgesamt ok. Eines muss ich hier hervorheben: Das Management stellt nur zwei Handtücher pro Zimmer zur Verfügung, obwohl wir ein Zimmer für vier Erwachsene gebucht haben (1 Kingsize-Bett + 2 Einzelzimmer). Als wir nach einem zusätzlichen Handtuch fragten, berechnete uns das Management 10 RM pro Handtuch.

The place is very clean and host is very helpful, also the view is great, we are so happy to stay here will comeback for sure

We are a beach goers , this apartment has direct access to the beach and facing the fantastic seaview. Unfortunately, no beach towel or pool towel provided which is very inconvenient for us. This apartment is for the 6 of us but yet only two rolls of toilet papers are provided and only one toilet for sharing. If you can get Roxy beach resort hotel , I would strongly advise to go for the hotel than renting air b&b via private owned flat.

Guter Service! Ich liebe es, wie das Personal an der Rezeption uns begrüßt und auf unsere Wünsche eingeht! Zimmer ist gut gepflegt. Schöne Aussicht auf die Stadt! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen +: Jacuzzi-Pool. Bequemes Bett. Sauber. Höfliches Personal. -: keine Haarspülung. Das Essen ist durchschnittlich

Hotel located a little quiet area. Chinese restaurant and many kopitiam shops around. Hotel room given was rather small. Although there were power points but it cannot fit the size of my plug so I had to use the only power point behind the TV. Chair was tall, table a bit low so a bit difficult to sit but I still use it nevertheless. One night was itching all over and had house cleaning to change the bedsheets. While the staff was changing, I realise the mattress protector was quite dirty. I m glad they responded quickly and change it. Was a pleasant sleep without itch after that. House keeping was very fast n helpful to attend to our needs. Generally it is a very nice place to stay despite some mentioned issues.

Always impressed with the Miri Marriott mainly because of the fact it is a resort, and you feel you are away from everything when staying there. Service was good, breakfast was ok - it has been better before. On checkout they made a mistake by charging me poolside drinks and food that I didn't have, but when I stated it wasn't mine they had no problem with correcting that. Great all round place if you want that escape feel.

The hotel has aged a lot including In-room safe could only be set by maintenance so they know your number, despite making a few requests, they could not/ would not change the safe.  Only reason i will stay here is due to its location.

The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Miri city, right in front of the Seahorse Waterfront. My room, which was upgraded as my original booking was full, faced the river and offered a stunning view, especially during sunrise and sunset—a gesture I truly appreciated. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, particularly with the added benefit of 24-hour gym access. The gym facilities and equipment were impressive compared to those in other hotels I’ve experienced. I will definitely return, not only for the excellent amenities and facilities but also for the outstanding service provided by the staff in taking care of their guests.
