Service is tip top. Everyone is very polite and friendly from front desk to door men to f&b staff. However the room could be better. The water pressure is not strong enough and there's something wrong with the mixer tab because halfway through showering the water will turn cold. Another thing is the WiFi speed, it's too slow.

Die Lage war perfekt – nahe an Restaurants, öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und Attraktionen. Aber was wirklich herauskam, war das Personal: wirklich freundlich, professionell und immer bereit, mit einem Lächeln zu helfen.

Die Landschaft ist unschlagbar, Sie können jeden Tag den Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang beobachten, die Einrichtungen des Resorts sind sehr umfangreich, Sie können es vier Tage lang genießen, ohne auszugehen Das Frühstücksrestaurant bietet Meerblick und eine große Auswahl. Regalodge Hotel Ipoh is an older hotel, and it shows—especially the lift and room fittings. The room has a bathtub, but you can tell the place has aged. Breakfast was decent. I enjoyed the nasi lemak and they had a mix of local and western options, including pau and eggs. However, our request for boiled eggs was declined due to limited availability. The breakfast setup felt very old-school. The plus side is free car park availability, which is great if you're driving around Ipoh. Not ideal for walking, but convenient for those with a car.

Staying in Pangkor Laut Resort was truly memorable. The resort was well-maintained and beautifully landscaped. The combination of luxury and nature was what drew me to come here and spend a short weekend getaway. It offers a serene environment to relax on a private island and even take on a little adventure such as tracking through a rainforest. Overall I find Pangkor Laut Resort, a great place to unwind, destress and enjoy nature. If you are looking for extreme sports, crowds and a place to stimulate your senses, Pangkor Laut Resort is not for you. And that is why I love my stay here, nothing but a piece of paradise, calm surroundings and pampering oneself.

Overall was a great experience, easy check-in, near Lost World, requested extra towels and provided earlier than expected. Responsive reply from home stay management. The only down part was unexpected blackout ard 10am, we checked out earlier.

It is a very lovely guest house with great atmosphere. Especially, I have to thank a staff who was on duty on 18th night shift sincerely. My grandmother was uncomfortable on that night, we were looking for pills to stop her stomach ache from the reception at around 3am in the midnight, the staff was very kind, he drove my sister to the nearest convenience store to get the pills and finally my grandmother felt better after that.
