Very good service by Sunway staffs, all smiles and patience and friendly with kids. My son is very happy from enjoying this Lost world zoo trip! 5 stars You can only check in after 3pm due to their small amount of rooms, so DO NOT come earlier! But the staff are really good to call me when room is ready so I really appreciate that. The location is also very good if you are planning to go Lost World, but other than that it is a pain in the ass to travel to old town or central area of Ipoh for good food, just secluded area. Prebook Jeff Cellar since it's in the same area if you want high end but good food. Sunway should not only sell their own products (white label) but also should include things outside like chips or medicine. Not really convenient when all the ground floor of hotel / inside Lost World doesn't have midnight snacks that isn't Sunway branded 😂

If your plan is to visit the Lost World of Tambun theme parks, this accommodation is spot-on. However, also because of the close proximity to the theme park and its operating hours from 11am to 11pm, if you have an infant or child that is sensitive to noise, it can still be heard in the unit even though windows and doors are closed. The unit looks quite new with living room and rooms cleanliness is good. Cleanliness of the both toilets as there are odor needs to be taken care of. Overall still happy with the unit amenities and facilities (playground, swimming pool, onsen, gym).

Die Landschaft ist unschlagbar, Sie können jeden Tag den Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang beobachten, die Einrichtungen des Resorts sind sehr umfangreich, Sie können es vier Tage lang genießen, ohne auszugehen Das Frühstücksrestaurant bietet Meerblick und eine große Auswahl. Es gibt auch ein Spa-Center. Ich komme beim nächsten Mal gerne wieder!

Booked twin suite for small family for 3 nights. Easy check in and check out. Location just in front of dataran which is very lively from morning until midnight. Many activities for family. Comfortable bed but the aircond not so cold. Got some issue with water heater either too hot or too cold only. Breakfast good on taste and choices. Open parking first come first serve. However, no swimming pool and no treadmill at gymnasium which is quite disappointing for me.

Großes Zimmer, gute Sauberkeit. Lediglich die Parkmöglichkeiten sind begrenzt, aber die Lage des Hotels ist die beste, da die Umgebung zum Wandern im Mittelpunkt steht. Den Preis wert, inklusive Frühstück. Aber sein Essenspreis ist so lala. Aber wen interessiert das schon, hehe.

Dieses Mal habe ich ein Spa-Villa-Wasserhaus gebucht, es fühlt sich großartig an👍Auf der Insel gibt es viele malaysische Nationalvögel, Nashornvögel, und es gibt auch sehr seltsame Flughunde, die angeblich fruchtfressende Fledermäuse sind. Auch das SPA auf der Insel ist sehr gut, es gibt mehrere Restaurants... Das heißt, dass nach der Reinigung des Zimmers am ersten Tag kein Trinkwasser bereitgestellt wurde und auch nach einer Stunde Nachfrage am nächsten Tag nicht geliefert wurde. Darüber hinaus fällt in einem solchen High-End-Resort eine zusätzliche Gebühr für das Boot an, um Gäste zu schicken. Es ist besser, den Zimmerpreis direkt zu erhöhen. Es ist im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen. Obwohl es schwer ist, wenn man es auf dem Boot trägt zurück, es fühlt sich viel besser an😀

We had our own natural hot spring tub… soaking in warm water under the trees, just talking, laughing, and sometimes saying nothing at all. It felt intimate, real, and healing. 🧘♀️ The caves — Meditation cave was so quiet, we could hear our own hearts. Steam cave felt like a reset for the body. We didn’t rush anything. Everything there teaches you to slow down. 🍽️ Jeff’s Cellar dinner — This was the highlight. Fine dining in a 260-million-year-old cave — just wow. Romantic, calm, and full of little surprises from the chef. We’ll never forget it. 🌿 The overall experience? It’s not just a resort. It’s a space where two people can really reconnect — without noise, without distraction. Just you, your person, and peace. ⸻ We came here to rest. But we left with something more. A calm heart. Love the hotel cleanliness and aim towards sustainability. Recreshing smell in and around the hotel. 2nd trip to Perak and 2nd stay at the hotel. Big family room so its good for family with small children. No halal breakfast provided there. But easily can get on Grab or easily get it near the town area.

Good location, a few minutes drive from Taiping Lake. Nice apartment with ample space for 5 persons. Good service.
