Die Landschaft ist unschlagbar, Sie können jeden Tag den Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang beobachten, die Einrichtungen des Resorts sind sehr umfangreich, Sie können es vier Tage lang genießen, ohne auszugehen Das Frühstücksrestaurant bietet Meerblick und eine große Auswahl. Es gibt auch ein Spa-Center. Ich komme beim nächsten Mal gerne wieder!

Love the hot spring facilities offered by the hotel, especially when you get to enjoy a private hot spring and pool in the villa! And regardless of where your villa is located, there’s buggy service available 24/7. Yoga among nature was also amazing. A really nice place to relax within nature. HOWEVER, as a luxury resort, I was disappointed with the check-in service. Firstly, there wasn’t a clear indication of where the reception/lobby was, so our driver ended dropping us at the carpark. Once we were within the lobby area, it took a while for the staff to actually welcome us. Unlike the check-in service we saw another family receiving later in the day when they were dropped off at the main lobby, we immediately felt the difference. Btw, the resort should really consider lighting the direction into the lobby at night. Most of our private hire drivers have pointed poor signage/lighting to the lobby. Next, the jungle walk group was too large with only one guide. We could barely hear what the guide was saying at the back, so yes it was merely a walk for us.

We stayed at Ipoh Bali Hotel for 4 days and 3 nights for our honeymoon, and we’re truly so grateful we chose a local honeymoon instead of flying overseas. This place made our trip feel peaceful, romantic, and memorable. From the moment we checked in, Raidah was incredibly warm, helpful, and friendly and she even checked us out at the end of our stay. Her hospitality really made us feel welcomed and taken care of throughout the trip. All the staff we met during our stay were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Every time we walked past, we were greeted with smiles, which made the atmosphere feel so warm and comfortable. We also had massages during our stay, and the masseuses were amazing. The service honestly felt like a 5-star experience, professional, relaxing, and exactly what we needed after the wedding. A special mention to the breakfast team as well, especially May, who was so kind and attentive. The food was excellent. We loved it so much that we ordered the same dishes twice during our stay, the Balinese chicken porridge and the Balinese rice set (can’t remember the exact name, but it was so good!). The room itself was spacious with beautiful high ceilings, giving such a cozy Bali-inspired atmosphere. One of our favourite parts was the sound of flowing water from the balcony at night It was incredibly calming and helped us sleep so well. The bathroom was also very spacious and came with a lovely bathtub, which made the whole honeymoon experience even more special. Honestly, the hotel felt like a 5-star resort experience to us, so we were surprised to find out it’s officially rated 3 stars. The service, atmosphere, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. Overall, this was the perfect honeymoon stay for us, and we will definitely come back again in the future.

Had a lovely long weekend getaway and stayed in the sea villas. The facilities were amazing with fresh water pools, tennis courts, gym and several restaurants with an excellent food selection. Our favourite was fisherman's cove which had more of a western cuisine. Overall we had a really pleasant stay. However having stayed at other similar resorts at a similar price it felt like it was lacking. I know how can I complain about staying in paradise? The area for improvement would be: an additional hose shower head instead of just the overhead one. Cleanliness of the library area. Greeting cold towels and drinks at the main lobby. Selection of shampoos, soaps and moisturisers. Eco-friendly toothbrush and energy controller with key card. Aircon and lights had to be turned off manually if we left the room. I would definitely go again but it would be nice if they took on more eco friendly initiatives.

Wir haben zwei Nächte im Hotel verbracht, und im Großen und Ganzen war es in Ordnung. Wenn Sie jedoch den Spa-Bereich nutzen möchten, kann ich ihn absolut nicht empfehlen. Das Wasser im Spa war extrem heiß, und es gab nur einen kleinen Bereich mit eiskaltem Wasser… und die Massage war die schlechteste Fußmassage, die ich je hatte. Dasselbe gilt für meinen Partner, der eine Ganzkörpermassage bekam. Die Masseurin massierte ihn mit Handschuhen, die sich seltsam anfühlten, und gab sich dabei trotzdem große Mühe!

Titel: Ein Stück Paradies in Ipoh! Das private Onsen ist ein absolutes Highlight ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ich kann ehrlich sagen, dass dies einer der besten Aufenthalte war, die ich je in Ipoh hatte. Wenn Sie Entspannung, Luxus und Komfort suchen, ist das IWH Sunway Onsen Apartment genau das Richtige für Sie. Hier sind die Gründe, warum ich so begeistert bin: • Das private Onsen: Das absolute Highlight! Ein privater Whirlpool direkt auf dem Balkon ist ein Erlebnis, für das man normalerweise hohe Hotelpreise zahlt. Im natürlichen Thermalwasser zu baden und dabei die majestätischen Kalksteinhügel zu bewundern, war unglaublich erholsam. Die perfekte Art, abzuschalten. • Die Aussicht: Morgens mit Blick auf das Grün und die nebelverhangenen Hügel aufzuwachen, ist atemberaubend. Es fühlt sich an wie ein Rückzugsort fernab der Stadt und ist dennoch so gut erreichbar. • Das Apartment: Die von IWH verwaltete Wohnung war makellos sauber, modern und wunderschön eingerichtet. Die Betten waren so bequem wie im Hotel (ich habe wie ein Baby geschlafen!), und die Ausstattung – vom Highspeed-WLAN bis zur Küchenzeile – sorgte für ein luxuriöses Wohlfühlambiente. • Lage: Die Unterkunft befindet sich praktisch direkt neben dem Freizeitpark Sunway Lost World of Tambun. Das ist unglaublich praktisch, wenn Sie den Park besuchen. Außerdem gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und einen Supermarkt in der Nähe. • Service: Das IWH-Team war fantastisch. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, die Anweisungen waren klar und meine Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Ich kann diese Unterkunft Paaren, die einen romantischen Kurzurlaub planen, oder Familien, die einen unterhaltsamen und entspannten Urlaub verbringen möchten, wärmstens empfehlen. Ich plane bereits meine nächste Reise dorthin! Meine persönliche Bewertung: 11/10

Empfehlenswert für einen Kurztrip! Die Lage ist günstig und man kann viele Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe besuchen. Besonders toll: Die Eintrittskarten für die Lost World Hot Springs und den Night Park sind kostenlos. Wir hatten viel Spaß im Streichelzoo, in den heißen Quellen und bei den Feuershows. Die Tiere dort sind total süß… Das Zimmer ist sauber und das Personal freundlich. Dank der bereitgestellten Insektenschutzlotion fühlt man sich wohl. 👍

Dies ist ein einfaches Drei-Sterne-Hotel mit dem Nötigsten. Nur für einen Kurzaufenthalt geeignet. Das Zimmer hat eine ordentliche Größe, ist aber recht spartanisch eingerichtet. Der Boden ist größtenteils gefliest – nicht mit Holz, SPC oder Teppichboden – und die Ausstattung ist minimalistisch. Der Fernseher ist klein und bietet nur wenige Sender. Das WLAN ist nicht so gut, und es gibt keinen Swimmingpool. Das Parken ist kostenlos, aber es befindet sich auf offenem Gelände und man muss ein Stück zum Eingang laufen. Bei Regen ist es schwierig. Positiv ist, dass das Personal superfreundlich ist und sich sehr bemüht, einem zu helfen. Ein dickes Lob an sie – weiter so!

Erstmal hier bleiben , es ist ein tolles Bett für gutes Schlafen, aber zu den oberen Etagen Restaurants ist enttäuscht. Keiner bedient an der Rechner und Tisch nicht sauber warten noch mehr als 5 Minuten , obwohl wir die Jungs sehen, schließlich haben wir uns selbst gemacht...

Pros - Have food options a short drive away. - The pillow was soft but not too plush (just the way I prefer - Check in and out was quick with no hassle Cons - The road outside the hotel is pretty active so it can be abit loud at night sometimes - The water drainage in the shower is pretty loud where you can hear it from the bed room - Bed is on the hard side Overall - A decent hotel with a good location, but can be abit noisy due to the road.
