We stayed at this hotel last year and really liked the location. There is parking nearby, which is very convenient. However, it may be a bit of a walk if you plan to go shopping—about 1.3 km. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff took very good care of us. If we have the opportunity, we would definitely stay here again. This time, there are 6 of us traveling. We booked 2 rooms for 1 night and 1 room for 1 night.

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Geschäften und mit viel Grünland. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und super gut gepflegt.  Das Hotelpersonal ist im allgemeinen nett und freundlich außer dem Front Desk. Die 3 verschiedenen Front Desk Mitarbeiter, die wir getroffen haben, waren ganz unbehaglich, kein Lächeln und scheinen relativ impatient.

Das Hotel war neu, sauber und genau wie abgebildet, was es zu einer beliebten Wahl für Frauen macht. Die Kronleuchter, die Tapeten und andere Elemente waren schön und entspannend. Besonders gut gefielen mir die weichen Baumwollpyjamas. Wenn ich gierig wäre, würde ich sagen, dass man, obwohl so viele Leute den Aufzug benutzen, seine Karte durchziehen muss, um den Knopf zu drücken. Dieser reagiert nicht sehr schnell, sodass es nicht für alle produktiv ist, den Knopf zu drücken. Ich würde mir auch eine Gepäckablage und einen Spiegel in der Damentoilette im Foyer wünschen. Die Eis am Stiel befanden sich ebenfalls im Foyer und nicht im Badezimmer, was ich unpraktisch und verwirrend fand. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle freundlich und ich habe mich wohl gefühlt. Ich würde gerne wieder hier übernachten, wenn ich die Gelegenheit dazu habe.

Das Zimmer ist sauber. Die Bequemlichkeitsgeschäfte und Restaurants sind in der Nähe, sehr bequem. Die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption haben auch bescheidene Antworten. Aber die Umgebung um das Hotel am Abend ist nicht sicher, so dass Sie rasche Fußgänger beim Besuch des Hotels empfehlen.

Located right next to the Ure River, with a nice view from the room. As it has only 5-6 rooms, it is pretty exclusive. You can use their 2 hotspring baths privately for 45mins each time, or you can take a short walk over to their 2 sister hotels for bigger hotspring baths. This is the only hotel in the Hazu Group that serves Medicinal Cuisine. As the hotel seems to be converted from a traditional old house, the stairways can be cramped and not suitable for bringing large suitcases, so just pack a small bag and leave the suitcase downstairs or in the car. Had a relaxing time there.

Das Hotel war für mich, in einer Spazierweiterung zum Hauptbahnhof von Tokyo, das ziemlich bequem war, aber auch in einem ruhigeren Teil der Stadt, so hatte eine entspanntere Atmosphäre.

Good value with exceptional service We were extremely satisfied with the services and had a delightful experience in that hotel. Our package included room, breakfast and dinner. Due to a minor traffic incident, we were unable to meet our dinner time of 6:00 pm. We contacted the hotel and they kindly accommodated us and provided attentive service. We were deeply touched by their care and consideration. The assistance to report of the traffic incident to the local insurance company was unexpectedly smooth with the help of the staff. The language proficiency of the staff was impressive, as they efficiently resolved language-related issues we faced. Furthermore, the traditional charm of the hotel exceeded our expectations and added to our enjoyment - good value. We will recommend the hotel to others and look forward to visiting again in the future. Special thanks to Ms. Oromo Rie, Mr. Toyama, and the staff responsible for our meals.

Das Zimmer ist sauber. Der große öffentliche Badewanne ist sehr klein, aber es ist toll, einen Freien Badewanne zu haben. Es gibt einen Parkplatz in der Nähe, aber es ist ...... Ich hoffe, ich kann buchen.

Last minute booked this hotel with onsen as this accommodation is the nearest to Nagoya station then. But it is still a 12 min walk from Meitetsu Nagoya (where you take the train to airport). Onsen is very small with 4 washing cubicles in the female. Amenities provided within the onsen are also limited eg 1 hair dryer with no seat. But the hot water relaxed the muscles after 1 day walking. I booked a bigger room that is meant for 2 to 4 pax. Comfortable stay, return your unused toothbrush and toothpaste in exchange fo a small treat. Welcome drink until 8pm is a plus point.
