Wir reservierten dieses Hotel für eine letzte Minute Reise nach Nagoya, indem wir es als eines der neuesten Luxushotels der Stadt wählen. Vor der Ankunft war es schwierig, das Hotel zu erreichen, um Spa-Reservierungen zu organisieren, und der Prozess dauerte eine ganze Zeit. Selbst bei der Eincheckung, die Spa-Reservierungen durch das Front Desk fühlten sich kompliziert, so dass wir endlich den Spa direkt besuchten, um zu fragen. Die Wellnesseinrichtungen, einschließlich Pool und Fitnesscenter, waren ausgezeichnet, obwohl eine Vorausbuchung erforderlich war, was möglicherweise ungünstig sein könnte. Die Service während des Aufenthaltes hätte flexibler sein können, vor allem, wenn unsere Lebensmittellieferung ankam und das Team es nicht kurz am Konzern halten konnte, während wir heruntergekommen waren, um es zu sammeln. Das heißt, die Lage war großartig für die Sehenswürdigkeiten um Nagoya.

Alle Aspekte waren außergewöhnlich. Meine Mutter ließ ihre Uhr im Zimmer und merkte, dass eine Stunde nach dem Auschecken. Die Mitarbeiter waren genügend freundlich, um uns zu helfen, sie zu holen. Wirklich geschätzt!

I reserved this hotel due to its location and its relatively low nightly rate (breakfast included). I had quite a good experience staying here. It’s less than a 5-minute walk from Hisayaodori Subway Station. The check-in was self-service check-in, and it was pretty easy. The room we reserved was relatively small, but clean and tidy, with enough space to open two 22” suitcases and arrange our belongings. As for everything else, we had what we needed, and I rested well. The facilities and amenities were pretty much as advertised in the Services & Amenities section. However, there’s no designated smoking area, which I missed. The interesting thing is that it has a Shampoo Bar, which allows us to try out some shampoo products. I also enjoyed the public bath. The breakfast tasted good. They offer buffet-style Japanese meals with a good selection of side dishes and drinks. One of the downsides is that the dining area is small, and at times it can be so crowded during breakfast that it’s hard to move around.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The service was outstanding—every staff member, including the kitchen team, was exceptionally polite and attentive. We were especially impressed that staff waited at the lift lobby to greet guests with a respectful 90-degree bow, which truly reflects the high standard of Japanese hospitality. During our 10 days in Japan, we stayed at several hotels, and this one clearly stood out for its amenities and service quality. The breakfast was simple yet enjoyable, done well without trying too hard. Both kids and adults loved the comic corner, even though we couldn’t understand Japanese—it was still a fun and unique experience. The pillow bar was another thoughtful touch that added to the comfort of our stay. The location is excellent, with many restaurants within walking distance, and the availability of free parking is a big plus. Overall, this hotel left a strong impression on us, and I would confidently recommend it to friends and family.

Als Alleinreisender durchaus für ein, zwei Nächte zu empfehlen. Etwas irritierend ist, dass die Schuhe nicht etwa am Empfangsbereich ausgezogen werden, sondern bereits in einem Gang draußen. Der Gang ist mit Teppich ausgelegt. Auch die Schuhe werden selbst nicht im Hotel sondern eben in diesem halb draußen gelegenen Gang gelagert. Auch die Aufteilung der Stockwerke mag, als Außenstehender, etwas verwundern. Die Umkleide bzw. Die Spinde sind mitten im Gebäude. Immerhin gibt es zwei große Baderäume ( in einem sind Menschenit Tattoos erlaubt) sowie private Duschen. Das ”Frühstück” ist quasi Durchgehend erhältlich. Reis und eine wechselnde Suppe. Morgens gibt es wohl noch Curry dazu. Es gibt auch durchgehend mit im Preis enthaltene Getränke. Am Abend auch Alkoholitäten Der Empfang ist durchgehend besetzt.

Good value with exceptional service We were extremely satisfied with the services and had a delightful experience in that hotel. Our package included room, breakfast and dinner. Due to a minor traffic incident, we were unable to meet our dinner time of 6:00 pm. We contacted the hotel and they kindly accommodated us and provided attentive service. We were deeply touched by their care and consideration. The assistance to report of the traffic incident to the local insurance company was unexpectedly smooth with the help of the staff. The language proficiency of the staff was impressive, as they efficiently resolved language-related issues we faced. Furthermore, the traditional charm of the hotel exceeded our expectations and added to our enjoyment - good value. We will recommend the hotel to others and look forward to visiting again in the future. Special thanks to Ms. Oromo Rie, Mr. Toyama, and the staff responsible for our meals.

Really love this place it’s in a really narrow street but right in the middle and next to the Westport the amenities are generous great and I’ve never been in a sauna where you can actually see the ocean. They also have a big cold bath and in addition to do Hansen another hot bath next to the sauna they also play really nice music and From analog amplified hi-fi equipment that is top-notch. It’s a real pleasure, even though I’m not geek in that area. The whole island is of course very small does not much to do and you have to go there if you really want to relax and just enjoy some seafood. There are not many restaurants in the area and I would recommend to just reserve food at the hotel I had to breakfast, which was outstanding. It was Shabu Shabu tako squid, and lots of other Japanese sites.

Das Hotel war neu, sauber und genau wie abgebildet, was es zu einer beliebten Wahl für Frauen macht. Die Kronleuchter, die Tapeten und andere Elemente waren schön und entspannend. Besonders gut gefielen mir die weichen Baumwollpyjamas. Wenn ich gierig wäre, würde ich sagen, dass man, obwohl so viele Leute den Aufzug benutzen, seine Karte durchziehen muss, um den Knopf zu drücken. Dieser reagiert nicht sehr schnell, sodass es nicht für alle produktiv ist, den Knopf zu drücken. Ich würde mir auch eine Gepäckablage und einen Spiegel in der Damentoilette im Foyer wünschen. Die Eis am Stiel befanden sich ebenfalls im Foyer und nicht im Badezimmer, was ich unpraktisch und verwirrend fand. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle freundlich und ich habe mich wohl gefühlt. Ich würde gerne wieder hier übernachten, wenn ich die Gelegenheit dazu habe.

Located right next to the Ure River, with a nice view from the room. As it has only 5-6 rooms, it is pretty exclusive. You can use their 2 hotspring baths privately for 45mins each time, or you can take a short walk over to their 2 sister hotels for bigger hotspring baths. This is the only hotel in the Hazu Group that serves Medicinal Cuisine. As the hotel seems to be converted from a traditional old house, the stairways can be cramped and not suitable for bringing large suitcases, so just pack a small bag and leave the suitcase downstairs or in the car. Had a relaxing time there.

Es ist nahe der Namestation und es gibt viele Orte, um zu essen. Große öffentliche Badegewässer sind klein, aber das warme Wasser ist sehr glatt. Das Zimmer hat ein großes Bett, kein Problem.
